He also helps you with meal plans as well as mini workouts on the days you are not training with him. JP has been my personal trainer after I took a bit of a hiatus from working out and I’m glad that I found him! Before I began working out with him, I was anxious that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with personal training but he’s completely changed my mind about that. I have been able to keep up with my workouts and even surpass limits that I had set for myself in my mind. I feel myself getting stronger and can’t wait to see how I progress within the next couple of months.

I also feel safer after working out with JP since he has been teaching me self-defense and Judo techniques. I honestly had no experience with that before and now I feel more at ease if I’m walking my dogs at night, for example. The feeling of confidence of being able to defend yourself is unsurpassable and I’m glad that I know these skills.
