I assist my clients by educating, delivering and connecting them to the Pilates program of body movement. Pilates provides an unmatched ability to address all areas of fitness to achieve optimal results. I have been able to advance my clients’ fitness levels by providing my expertise and passion to help them achieve freedom of movement, an understanding of their bodies and a deep connection with their core.

By the time I contacted Susan, I was desperate. For 10 years I have suffered from back and hip pain. I had been to orthopedists, physical therapists, and acupuncturists, and none were able to provide much relief. A friend of mine suggested I try classical Pilates. Upon my first meeting with Susan, I knew that I was in great hands. She astonished me with how knowledgeable she is of the body and how it works. She spent the first hour observing me so intently and understanding how my body worked, being able to identify my weaknesses and knowing exactly how to fix them. Each session is tailored to how I am feeling at that moment. After one month, I was feeling so much better and after a few months, I am almost pain-free on a daily basis. I am indebted to her, and I’m so grateful that I have found her.

I started with Susan while in Boca Raton caring for my sister-in-law at the end of her life. My time with Susan was not only helpful in strengthening my body but also keeping my mind sane. After a month I returned home and began working with her remotely. It has been 6 months now of working with her and I am stronger than I have been for years. I had a back injury in 2020 which made it impossible to do my regular activities - bike riding, yoga, personal training sessions - even living anything over 15 lbs. Though I have not yet gone back to bike riding or yoga I have no doubt that I could. I can move 25 lb bags of clay with no ramifications to my back. I feel strong and am getting stronger every week. Susan is a gem.

There is no one that will do Pilates with you the way Susan will!
She goes far beyond just teaching you, she gets to know your specific body and what you need to progress and get stronger. I love working with Susan. She tailors the work out for you specifically. I miss seeing her every week in person. I will happily be back in November! She's the best!

I've been a student of Susan's for over 9 years, and I can't recommend her enough. When I first met Susan, I was a dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor. But after just a few Pilates classes with her, I was hooked. My posture improved, my core became much stronger, and I found relief from many of my aches and pains. Overall, I just felt better.

Recently, I broke my elbow, underwent surgery, and was prescribed physical therapy. I can honestly say that Susan's expert anatomical knowledge helped me heal far better than my physical therapy sessions. She has an intuitive understanding of the human body and knows exactly how to guide her students toward their best selves.

Her studio is equipped with the best-in-class equipment and offers an inviting and comfortable space. Without a doubt, I can't imagine finding a more experienced or fun Pilates instructor. I'm incredibly fortunate to be "worked" by her! At 50 years old, I feel stronger and have more body awareness than I ever had.

Susan has been my Pilates instructor for about eight years. We started out at the gym, but COVID forced us to use Zoom to continue our training. She is absolutely the best and is an extremely knowledgeable instructor. I started having lower back and knee issues and she knew exactly which exercises would alleviate the pain and strengthen those muscles. I’m 78 years old and my body would not feel half as good without Susan’s expertise. My balance has also greatly improved. I highly recommend her. Not being in the same location is not a problem — Zoom works great!

If your workout goals are to build strength and balance - Susan is a master! Susan pays attention to details as she transitions each variation of Pilates on the Tower as well as the Reformer. I look forward to my session and always feel great as she knows how to isolate the muscles for an all over body workout! Susan is an amazing trainer & I highly recommend her!

Susan at BodyDocktor is hands down the best Pilates instructor around! She's all about perfecting your form and making sure you get the most out of every session. Susan listens to your body and customizes workouts just for you, which I really appreciate. Plus, her studio is super peaceful and makes every workout feel like a mini retreat. Susan is a fabulous Pilates instructor and trainer… I have known her for years and when she left LA I thought I had lost her forever… she was one of the benefits of COVID I found her online and BAM she does great zoom classes highlighting Pilates sessions, yoga and general strength and balance training!

I started with Susan well over 10 years ago. I was thin and thought I was in great shape, Lol, I was not! Susan told me the benefits of Pilates and how it would not only transform my body giving me lean and long muscles while making me stronger. She taught me that the way I was standing was even wrong. A simple move and I looked 5 pounds lighter while taking pressure off my back.
Susan is extremely professional, kind and funny you’ll not only have a great workout but you’ll have fun. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my body
