Super chill spot. The vibe at Body Hot Pilates is honestly way more welcoming than I expected. You walk in and instantly feel relaxed. Everyone here actually wants you to be comfortable. The staff is mad friendly, zero attitude, just good energy all around.

If you’re looking for a spot where you can just show up, feel good, and not get judged, this place is perfect. 10/10 would come back after a long day to unwind and get a solid workout in.

Absolutely love this place! One of the cleanest hot Pilates studio in Miami by far. The instructors and staff are the sweetest! Music is always on point! Class is super fun. The instructors give great corrections. The only issue I have is that the class isn’t truly 50 minutes. Instructors usually finish at 40 minutes and it’s a 10 minute cool down.

After leaving an honest review on ClassPass about my negative experience with a specific Pilates instructor, I was banned from booking future classes. It’s disappointing that a business asks for feedback to improve their services, yet punishes customers for being transparent. This kind of unprofessional response shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for clients. Absolutely unacceptable . I’ll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Would love to see one of the owners IGNORANT & PETTY responses .

I really enjoyed this studio at first. Leslie was absolutely lovely, and the location itself is spacious and beautifully designed. Unfortunately, my view changed after seeing how the people chosen to represent this brand treat paying members for simply sharing their honest opinions in reviews. It’s disappointing to see professionalism and respect take a back seat to defensiveness, especially in a wellness environment that’s supposed to promote positivity and growth. I've reached out for some sort of accountability, but have yet to hear back.

‼️‼️‼️UPDATE- I left this Google review before going to bed and they only had 30 reviews total. Upon waking up, they went from 30 reviews to 130+ fake reviews from repeated names. Very sad to see them try to clean up their image instead of addressing a situation.

11/10/25 update- They cancelled my upcoming class and disabled my ability to book any classes.

The studio energy is fire, the heat is perfect, and the vibe is super motivating. But the real star is Chris Mead.

Chris is an insane-level instructor—clear cues, nonstop encouragement, and brutal (but amazing) core burners. He corrects your form just enough to make every move hit exactly where it should, and somehow keeps you laughing while your muscles are shaking.

I walked out drenched, shaking, and already planning my next class. If you go to Body Hot Pilates, take Chris Mead’s class. You’ll be obsessed.

But if you’re seeking a spicy, intense, classic Pilates workout — this may not be the place.
