I’ve been working with Adrian for a little over 4 months now. And WOW, I’m seeing some real solid improvement. I’ve always worked out regularly and for the last two years I felt stuck on a fitness plateau dispite going to the gym 5 days a week regularly… adding to my frustration was I recently injured a hand that limited my weight lifting .

I heard about Body Reform Fitness, Adrian and his EMS workouts. I needed help and a change so I decided to go all in with Adrian. And am I happy I did. I have seen pretty dramatic physical and strength changes from working with him . Bad knees had limited my mobility and agility. I’m now back to running on a treadmill ( first time on 30+ yrs) and I’m playing 2 hrs a day of competive PickleBall 5 days a week. My strength and fitness are significantly improved while body fat and weight are down to impressive ( high school) numbers. And all this with only 2 EMS workouts a week.

Adrian is an amazing trainer, coach, motivator and friend. He’s super knowledgable and really listens to what Im trying to accomplish. Ive used trainers in the past but didn’t feel I was getting what I needed.

Adrian keeps me focused and motivated . The workouts are hard but progress is noticeable and impressive. And all with just 2 EMS 20 minute workouts a week. I’m no longer the gym rat spending hours a day at the gym. Workout hard and focus on recovery is what Adrian has convinced me is the key …

You won’t find a more knowledgable, caring and dedicated trainer around. And BTW Tyler just teamed up with Adrian. The two of them are going to improve the lives of lots of people in Sarasota.

I joined Body Reform Fitness after I’d been inactive for 2 months due to a hip injury. Adrian worked with me to strengthen the surrounding muscles to support the hip as well as rebalance my leg muscles as the injured leg was much weaker. The EMS system is super efficient time-wise as well as protective of joints because it stimulates muscles while lifting lighter weights. Although I joined the gym to build my legs, it is a full body workout. And the woman in me was happy to get compliments on my shoulders after just 2 months! My jeans size is also smaller than it has been in 18 years!

I was on vacation in Sarasota for 2 months in December and in a serendipitous moment I met Adrian opening up his gym. I enquired about the gym. He invited me for a complimentary assessment. A lovely space - nothing like a traditional noisy crowded gym you want to run from. He has a very high tech body scanning machine which is a radically different approach to weighing scales. These machines (STYKU 3D BODY-SCANNERS) are few and far between and only found in higher end gyms back home in London. this was my wake up call. I had the time and now the motivation to dedicate to one-to-one sessions. I had approximately 10 Sessions during which Adrian took me to the exact point of giving up!! He was a joy to work with. Incredibly dedicated and detail orientated and before I left the STYKU machine registered small but very positive adjustments to my body fat percentage and measurements but mostly I left feeling more connected to my body, more motivated and infinitely more informed. He also dedicated a session to assessing and offering adjustment to my diet with the help of the My Fitness Pal App (🌟). Go to him when you're ready to commit and he will commit in equal measure. Don't waste his time otherwise. I was thoroughly satisfied as I boarded the flight for home. I can't recommend Adrian highly enough. He is also in the most historic and loveliest neighbourhoods in Sarasota - Burns Court. THANKS ADRIAN! 💫

I’m addicted to the EMS suit - my endorphins start up as soon as Adrian turns the machine on. In three months, I have made such amazing changes to my body, my mind, and my attitude. I am very happy with Adrian as a trainer for reform my body. I have used trainers before but never had someone gives motivation and help focus on my goal as Adrian. I've been working with Adrian for almost three month and lost 5lbs, reduced body Fat by 7.3% in less than 3 month. My Body Fat ranking was "at risk" now it is slightly lower than average. I consider this as great success! also my wait size reduced by 1.2 inches. who said it is had to lose weight when you get old?! :) I do recommend if anyone want to lose weight fast and want to torn the body work with Adrian and EMS at Body reform.

I've been coming to this place for a couple of months now with my wife and we are beyond happy with the results that we are seeing so far. 20 minutes twice a week isn't much time but you can definitely start seeing the results.
EMS - this is the first time we tried out this machine, and mind you we are in our 40s and keeping off weight is not easy ! After the first few sessions you can really start seeing how it all works.

20 min twice a week that's all it takes, you have to stay committed but you will definitely see the results.

You will be working with the trainer every time you're there and he will make sure that your workout is specific to your body to get the maximum result. If you are a person who doesn't want to spend countless hours at the gym working out all week long give this a try and you will see a difference after few visits.

Sarasota has a fantastic new gym. Adrian the owner and personal trainer is excellent and very knowledgeable. He excels at providing you cues to correct your form.

The facility has a wide range of equipment so Adrian can tailor the workout to an individual’s specific goals. The equipment is also cutting edge. Some of which you will never see in a typical gym.

I've used Adrian as a trainer for almost 10 years. In that time, I've had various goals over the time I've worked out with him. He has conditioned me to sub 10% body fat, helped me run a 10 mile race in under 80 minutes, and helped me with my diet as well as always showing me new exercises in the gym.

Unlike most trainers who count to 10 and talk about their life story while you pay them, Adrian listens to your goals and spends the training session focused on you. If you want to lose 30 pounds, he has a program for you. If you want to bulk up, he has a different program for you. Adrian is not a "one workout for all people" trainer. His goal is not only improve your results but also become a better training by understanding your goals.

Most trainers will not give any nutrition advice. Adrian will tell you exactly how he eats and how you should too if you want to see results (hint: its not that crazy, just eat real foods and not anything from a package).

Getting in shape is not really hard, it just takes discipline to eat the right foods and stick to a exercise program. Adrian will give you the tools to succeed, but it is up to you to follow through on the plan.
