I was very happy with this gym at first, because it gave me that Afghanistan/Iraq feel, until I didn't re-rack the weights and my key was deactivated. As a Veteran, I was very disappointed 😞 and had to miss a week of working out, for such a minor issue. This gym has several employees, and if 'we as gym members don't give them some sort of 'job security, like re-rackweights, what are the employees truly for. I was truly appled, and as a black woman, I also felt like this was some type of discrimination issue. I suffer from PTSD, and maybe this gym isn't the best choice for someone who suffers from this type of disability, because 'lost of thought/memory is definitely a huge part of this disability. Again, I'm very disappointed in the actions of this gym for such a minor issue, and will start looking for other gyms in the area.

I used to work out there back in high school in 1996. I ended up stopping well few years later I broke my neck in head on collision. Few years after that. Both of my legs got staff. Almost amputated them. So years later I got brave enough to sign up and try. It’s been tough. But because of Body Tek open. 24 hours. I can go later at night when only a few people there. It’s chill and good gym if you want to focus on gains. And not have to wait a long time at all. Thank Body-tek I’m on week four.

I recently got a membership here. The staff are warm and friendly. There are an incredible amount of assorted machines to work out on. Wet wipes EVERYWHERE so people can wipe down the exercise machines before and after working out. This gym has different types of memberships, unlike anytime fitness.

We're about to spend our fourth winter in Wakulla and Body Tek has been an integral part of our time. My wife enjoys the classes each day and I enjoy the free weights, treadmills, and machines. Pam has been so accommodating for us. We're keeping our fingers crossed for our daughter to be accepted in grad school at FSU so we can keep our membership at Body Tek!

We’re new to town and are looking for a new gym. We stopped by Body Tek for more information and a class schedule. We were met at the door by Emily who greeted us with a beautiful smile and was eager to show us the facility. After the tour she answered our questions and even asked us for our business. 5 stars for Emily! Body Tek- you have a great asset on hand.

It's an older facility that seems well suited for those who do competitive body building. The equipment is well maintained and the staff and trainers are very kind and professional. I have participated in several of the different types of classes offered. No matter your skill level this is a great place, just don't expect any bells and whistles that some chain gyms may offer.

I really like this local Crawfordville Gym. Due to some injuries and health issues I haven't been able to train for about 13 years. I'm looking to gain some size and strength back. This place has a nice old school feel to it. After almost a month of training I will say timing is everything. Meaning, pick the right time of day to train. It's a small place, and the gym is loaded with trainers. If you're just looking to train hard and focus this is a good place. Nobody will bother you unless you want them to.

Best gym ever! Pam is amazing and always willing to help, she answers questions promptly. All of the instructors are very encouraging, no matter what your level of fitness is. I really enjoy working out here. If you follow the Facebook page sometimes they will post about good promotional deals. I highly recommend this gym.

Love this gym. Miss the ability to travel and work out in gyms across the country, but I paid too much for that benefit that I rarely used anyway. Some of the equipment needs updating and repairing but for the most part, this is a good gym with good support.

I personally don't like the "shiny" atmosphere of Anytime Fitness. I find myself getting into the "zone" much better at a classic gym like Body Tek. And man do I LOVE it here. Many gyms limit your workout ability, like cross-fit, but Body Tek's management embraces it. Also the trainers are SO helpful in helping you reach your goals. There is a cost to work-out one-on-one with them, but it's cheaper than most gyms I've been too! And man is your trainer ripped! None of this "trainer" bs from other gyms where you wind up with a guy who isn't much more in shape than you are. The management has repeatedly competed in fitness events and I'm proud to say that thanks to Body Tek, I am currently training for a fitness event myself. Can't wait!
