The Amrit style of yoga that Diane and Fred offer is much more relaxing, thoughtful, peaceful and meditative than any others I have done. I finally have the ability to completely clear my overactive, worried 'monkey' mind while keeping in tune with my body and all it utters to me. There is an amazing introspect that one obtains during these classes that is liberating. A great starting class for all ages, but particularly for the over 50 soul searchers.
I also enjoy the muscle building classes that Ben offers. He leads you through a variety of body building movement routines. After class I feel so strong. Love it!

This is a wonderful new addition to Key West. Diane has a passion for what she is doing, and it is clear in her teaching and the way she runs her business. The space is serene and calming; every time I leave, I can't wait to find time to get back there again. I'd like to also point out that her prices are reasonable and shes open to new ideas. Yoga Nidra is amazing!
