Box Flow Grow is so much more than your typical boxing class. Coach Yazeed helps become stronger both physically and mentally. He genuinely cares about his team. I’ve tried other boxing classes but nothing else comes close. I love that you see people from all ages and stages in life join the classes and he is able to customize the class to everyone’s individual abilities. Training here goes way beyond just getting a good physical work out. You learn mental fitness as well as the physical. Boxing with Coach Yazeed is so much more. I have learned proper boxing skills, conditioning, and mental balance. His guidance has meant the world to me and I am so much the better person for what I have learned from him.

Box Flow Grow has changed my life, on the inside and out. Very professional atmosphere but fun at the same time. BFG is a community that I am so proud to be apart of. Boxing exercise is great for people of all ages, I’ve brought my 12 year old son with me as well as my 54 year old mother. I 100% recommend .
