I love coming to this gym! It's been almost 2 months and I can already feel how much more functional and stronger I am in my daily life. Gaby is an excellent and experienced coach who knows exactly how to make the gym a warm and welcoming place while still pushing you to just beyond your limits. 100% recommend the morning group classes for anyone looking to get into a regular fitness routine.

This is a great place to work out for all different levels, there are a variety of classes focusing on different body parts. Gaby is an amazing trainer that motivates and challenges you. She is very knowledgable and able to adjust workouts to every individual. The workouts for the same class is different every week and there is never a boring class. It's always a small group and everybody is very friendly and there to get a good sweat and have fun. I have done a lot of classes through class pass and this one is my favorite!!!

Gaby’s an EXCELLENT trainer. I’ve been attending classes for close to a year and she offers the perfect variation of challenges for every class to feel worthwhile. Box n’ Move has become a wonderful spot to meet great people and get into shape. Her strength classes have even helped my rock climbing technique, so I’m serious when I tell you she’s the real deal. Gaby has to be the one of the best instructors in Miami! I was new to boxing and she walked me through it all seamlessly. You can tell she enjoys her work and is passionate about helping her clients. It is a joy to go there and get punching when yoga isn't cutting it anymore. If you want to get strong and have fun, Gaby's gym is for you!

What an Amazing class!! It pushes you, it’s challenging but also so fun! I feel blissfully tired after it, strong and ready for a great night sleep! Gaby is such a great gym owner, the classes are small and she makes sure everyone is in their best form and tailors each persons experience to their ability and experience. If you are looking for a great place to workout and see great results Box N Mve is the place for you. The group classes are great and the one on one training is amazing. The gym is very clean and always well maintained. Gabby the owner is a great trainer and will always get the best out of you and push you to where you thought you couldn’t.
