Laid back environment with class schedules to fit anyone. Nate works hard to ensure each participant receives exactly the workout they need, even when in a group setting. No Desperate Housewife type clientele here, just real people working hard on their bodies.

I joined Bragg Fitness over a year and a half ago.The classes are amazing, interesting, very diverse, and challenging. What I love about this place the most is the improvement that I’ve felt personally and the positive encouragement Nate always has. He’s incredibly creative with designing his workouts and always keeps me and others on our toes. I was the first one to reach my goal from his team, I do see changes on my strength and overall look.
I recommend Bragg Fitness to my friends and family and anyone who wants to have fun and effective workouts.

Because of a chronic back condition, I hadn’t been able to work out in more than a decade. Nate got me moving (and enjoying it!) within a few weeks. Now I look forward to my time at the gym, and that’s something I literally never thought I would say!

I love going here. Each class is different so you do not get bored from repetition. If you need any modifications to exercises, you are given alternate things to do so you can still participate. Nate makes working out enjoyable. Class sizes are also small and everyone there is encouraging and helpful.

I haven't done the same workout twice since starting at Bragg Fitness. The location and class times are super convenient. Nate is a personable, laid-back instructor, but will still push you hard enough to reach your goals! The small group setting is perfect for those who feel insecure about joining other gyms or being "good" at fitness. I have established some great relationships with others during classes, which makes for a fun workout!

Class times are varied enough that, even between two jobs and being a mom, I can still make it to a class every day. Workouts are always new and exciting, classes are full of real people with real goals, and I've never felt stronger than I do now after 6 months of working out with Nate. Definitely recommend!

Nate provides a comprehensive full body workout specifically design for each individual. He also provides great workouts in a group setting. Although I’m no longer working out with Bragg Fitness, because of my hectic schedule, I’m down 45 lbs because the techniques and exercises that Nate taught me to use at home daily. Thanks for all the encouragement and guidance.
