The teachers here are amazing and you can tell how well trained the girls from all ages are here. So much talent and all the girls seem to be close friends with each other! However, I also know how much tuition costs to go here and how much some of these families are paying for training, and yet none of it is spent with the upkeep of the building. The viewing room for the parents is falling apart, the TV to watch your child practice has never worked since we joined 6 months ago, and the bathroom situation is disgusting.

Our daughter has been attending this gym since she was five years old. She’s in the junior Olympic gymnastic program. If you’re serious about gymnastics, this is the gym to be attending.

My daughter visited this gym when we were out of town.The office staff was welcoming, as were the coaches & kids she practiced with. Not only is their team one of the best in the country, they are kind & caring too (which is more important).

I go to this gym and from my point of view, this gym has made me achieve tons of skills in just 9 months not even a year but it also depends on the coaches! All of the coaches are so kind and professional but the rec coaches their just there for money they didn’t seem to actually want their kids to learn.. otherwise this gym is really great

The gym size is kind of small. The coaches are great. But the girl working at the front office needs to be fired. Worst customer service of my life! I’m trying to get information from my daughter and she’s too busy talking to somebody else not a customer just a friend. My daughter and I were standing there for a long time while she was still just talking to her friend, as I’m waiting for information to try to get my daughter into gymnastics. She did not even acknowledge us, and I felt bad, even having to interrupt her conversation with her friend at the front office during normal working hours. And I had to break up their conversation. She said that she would send me an email of information for my daughter and she never sent it. This needs to be fired. She sucks.

Disappointed as I have a daughter wanting to relocate to FL and she had a few questions about moving her level 7 gymnastics daughter to a gym and person answering the phone was RUDE! Other gyms in the Lake, Seminole, Orange and Volusia Counties were friendly and willing to answer a a few questions. Owners may want to re evaluate their office staff. Poor business.

Very disappointed with the disorganization and mismanagement from upper management in the direction of the Xcel program. They shuttered the program before it even really got stared and did it behind the coaches backs. Led the parents to believe that they were going on with a program that they were never fully invested in. I am extremely annoyed that I payed for a membership that I am not going to use and was told on the day of practice that they were canceling the program and not given an explanation why although I can definitely assume it was because the program was much bigger that expected.

Switched to this Gym from another one. Communication is not very good. Lady in the front desk always seems to be upset when you talk to her. Daughter has been going there for almost a year and started a program that was just cancelled from one day to the next, just months from competitions. Started off great but quickly declined. Schedule changed multiple times, which made it difficult to coordinate since we have 3 kids in multiple.

My daughter has been going to this gym for about a year (maybe longer). She did take a break for a couple months due to severe growing pains. But I don’t feel this gym invests in their kids at all. My daughter loves the sport but she is getting bored with once a week rec classes. She wants someone to really coach her, give her that time, train her! But no one cares to communicate to families or the kids as to what they need to do to even be considered for any kind of advancement.

My girls have been training there for 6 years and 4 years now. They are part of their successful team program. The coaches are very experienced and have national and international exposure with national team members. My daughters both look up to girls in the gym and have very real attainable big dreams. They love their coaches and teammates. Very lucky to live so close to such a wonderful gym family. Thanks for all that you do!

I had some difficulty getting someone on the phone (no answer, no voicemail) to ask questions in regards to signing my daughters up for classes. I eventually ended up just going into the gym in person and it has been a great experience ever since! Great instructors and my girls absolutely LOVE it. They have only been there a month and have learned a lot of skills already. Reasonably priced as well.

My daughter broke her collar bone during summer camper at this facility. Injuries and gymnastics occur and I understand that. However, they waited over an hour to call me, insisted my crying child was fine and was left to fend for herself- being told to sit down and eat her lunch. The staff is untrained and the facility not equipped to deal with emergencies. Do NOT leave your children in the care of Brandy Johnson gymnastics. It's only a matter of time before something very serious occurs.

One of my favorite places in the world. I go to this gym and I love it. It has lots of equipment and many nice experienced coaches. I started gymnastics wreck classes here 3 years ago and fell in love with the sport and gym. I'm now on the level 7 team and I couldn't be more happy. I live in winter garden which is about 30 minutes away but it's worth the drive cause this really is the best gym. :)!

We were misled by the front office clerk. Visited the gym in person, asked about trying a class and we were given a list of classes and a schedule. We were told to come back a week later so we did. To our disappointment we were turned away, same clerk said we did not call ahead. I tried to explain that we were told a week prior we should come this week. She stated the class was full. She never mentioned that we should have called ahead of time and she insisted she did. Simply disappointed, English was not her first language, I recommend hiring someone with better communication skills.
