We have always had such an amazing time coming here with our kids! We are here on a weekly basis, and they love swimming here, they love the atmosphere, and most of all, they love their instructors! The two most important things when dealing with any child are love and patience, and we can see those qualities in everyone at this wonderful place. We might forget someone, but our kids have had lessons with Isabella, Marianna, Kelly, Charlotte, Fabian, Sydney, Miles, Faith, Bianca, Ginger, and even the owner herself, Alison! They are all very skilled, experienced, patient, friendly, and always help us with schedule changes, etc., especially Jackson, who is so helpful and just a great person to deal with as well. In short - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as a place for your children to not only learn to swim, but to be treated with great love, care, and respect.

There really aren't enough words to describe how incredible our experience has been with this place. Why? Because of the people.
The owners Sean and Alison provide something that almost no business does any longer - AMAZING service. Always caring, always accommodating, always helpful. Our kids LOVE this place and always look forward to coming here twice a week.
Our youngest son's lessons are usually with Charlotte, Bianca, Sydney, or Mariana. I can't say enough great things about them - they are SO amazing with the kids, super friendly, very patient, and overall, as a parent, I can tell they love kids and love what they do.
Our two older boys usually gets instructions from Ginger, Isabella, Kelli, Fabian, or Faiths (there are two ladies whose name is Faith). Again, I couldn't ask for better instructors than all of them, they do such an incredible job with the boys, and the kids absolutely LOVE them. (A few of them actually "completed the set" and worked with all three of our boys!)
I highly recommend this place to absolutely anyone who is considering swimming lessons for their children. You won't find another place that has so many instructors who actually LOVE and CARE about kids and not just "doing their job" going through the motions.

I have loved my experience with British swim school and my sister has improved greatly swimming here. She is 1 and a half and she is currently in the tadpole class. My 8 year old has been attending this school from the past 1.5 years and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. She started to learn the survival skills and now she is doing extremely well and promoted to shark 2 .The instructor to student ratio is excellent so every child coming in get equal attention . Today I were to LA fitness at Lake Mary to enjoy the pool, and I noticed all the students of British Swin School kids and adults they didn’t shower before to go inside the the pool, I was worried about that and ask to one of the trainers if the ask to all their clients to shower before he answered me NO WITH DONT DO THAT, this is unacceptable, authorities will know about this and I already in con contact with LA Fitness Corporate Office to fix this problem , I won’t put my family and other in danger ⚠️

I have known this place for a while as it is part of the same gym I’m a member of. The facility and location is really great. I recently signed up for the swim class along with my daughter . The fees is definitely competitive considering the facility and the coaching we get . One of my friend referred me to this as he and his son were part of this swim school. All I heard was positive experiences from him about how soon he and his son were able to pickup and became more confident than ever . So I wanted to give a try. Now I’m able to see why my friend referred me. Alison handled our enrollment process very smooth by going over all the options we have and suggesting the best that suited our needs. Alison is so accommodating and is available round the clock to answer all our queries. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. It’s been over 5 classes since we started and we have been making very good progress. I have been associated with my coach Sean . I really enjoy being trained under Sean. He is very calm, polite and a great coach. He doesn’t push us too hard . At the same time he makes sure that I make progress at the right pace. Also, my daughter has been making great progress with her coach Chelsea . I would definitely recommend British swim school for anyone(for yourself or your kids ) looking to learn swimming or improve your skills in the water.

The staff and instructors are very friendly. They treat kids as if they are their own and explain each and every instruction very calmly. The instructors give enough time to each kid , so that they understand instructions and learn quickly.
This helps to motivate kids to keep learning swimming and help they overcome water fear.

Unfortunately, I feel the need to edit my review a few months later. We ended up abruptly quitting lessons (and losing hundreds of dollars) due to a female swim instructor (well, two of them) that made our experience turn from great to poor, with my daughter crying and not wanting to attend. Hope your experience is different. We had some really great instructors but we kept getting put with one that was not a good fit/ clearly did not enjoy teaching my child and one that was new and just not meant for the job.

I cannot say enough good things about British Swim School (Esporta Lake Mary). My 5-year-old son has been attending classes here for the past month, and the progress he has made is remarkable.

As a mother to a child with autism and ADHD, I was initially apprehensive about embarking on this journey. However, my fears were quickly resolved upon discovering this wonderful place. My children have always enjoyed swimming, but they require some safety skills. We are still new to the program but the instructors here not only helped them acquire some skills but also made them feel completely at ease throughout the process. It's evident the instructors were carefully chosen with great care, skill, and attention to detail. Moreover, the owners themselves are truly remarkable individuals. They are frequently present, warmly greeting us and even joining in the pool to assist both the children and the instructors.

I also can't forget about the wonderful person who checks everyone in and assists parents with all their questions. He frequently walks around the pool and greets all the parents.
