I trusted this school with my son when he was just 6 months old and they have exceeded all my expectations. Now 2 years later, at 2.5 years old, my son is in turtle 1 level and he’s doing wonderful. He is indeed the youngest amongst all his classmates who are 3-5 years old. Over time he has had classes with all professors, but Antonio is the greatest of them all! It is impressive how Antonio manages to teach while being funny and playful, and make a toddler listen, behave well, and follow instructions! Paying for 2 lessons per week when my son turned 2 was also an excellent decision because he has advanced greatly in his swim skills. My son loves his swim lessons and looks forward to them throughout the week. He has a beautiful bond with his professor Antonio! I love the flexibility this school has to cancel lessons when little ones go sick and how easy it is to schedule makeups. Although, I gotta say it becomes a challenge to find spots in classes with Antonio (who my little one adores) because he is such a great professor his classes are usually full. But we always manage to make up lessons in time before they expire in a month. Also the school is very understanding when little ones are sick for longer and parents need to extend accumulated makeups. Professors are also very professional and always careful to test pool water to ensure appropriate chlorine levels and cancel classes in time if there are issues rather than exposing kids to unsafe chemicals. I adore this school and would absolutely recommend it to all parents!

En el segundo nivel de bebés donde ahora está le están enseñando técnicas de flotación y nosotros los papás (uno de ellos) nos metemos con ella a la clase. Es mejor meterlos desde pequeños porque es más fácil para ellos acostumbrarse al agua, más adelante los papás no se pueden meter con ellos a la clase y me he dado cuenta con los otros niños que les cuesta más trabajo a los que empiezan más grandes empezar solo con el instructor sin el padre dentro del agua (después de cierta edad o nivel los padres ya no entran al agua).

We signed up my three-year-old son and have had a great experience so far! My son enjoys the water but struggles going with new people, so I did not expect our first class to go as well as it did. My son had Samar for his first lesson and within just five minutes he was comfortable and happy with her. He was trying new things that we have never been able to get him to do in the pool. We had the same experience with another teacher, Tahaji, who covered for Samar one lesson. She was professional and warm and quickly got my son to advance in his skills. I love seeing all the things my son is learning and have recommended this place to many people already. The time is used wisely and the lessons are structured to challenge the students. I highly recommend!

This place used to be good when my son joined few months ago and now it’s awful.
A regular class used to have 3 kids per instructor at least that’s what it used to be when we joined and now they try to squeeze 4-6 kids. What do you expect the kids to learn when it’s so much chaos.
The old instructors no longer work here. Every week we will be given a new instructor and it’s so hard on the kids to adapt.
I’m definitely going to switch my kid to a different place as this place has become a joke.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. I enrolled my two children last summer but one of them was very scared and refused to get into the water. I called to try to get a refund because the child didn’t join the class and my refund was denied, they just said that my daughter could take his classes. After 2 months my son tried again and he joined the classes.

Also, my daughter took over 30 classes and took too long to pass to higher levels. Now she is going to somewhere else and she had to start from level 1 because when she took the test she didn’t know anything she was asked for. It was a shame that after more than 30 classes she had to start from zero.

When the kids begin the classes they’re given a swimming bag as a gift, however, I enrolled my two kids and the lady said she could give me only one for both which doesn’t make sense because I was paying for two separate memberships… also, the same lady gives them stickers at the end of each class and one day she said she could give me one sticker for both. How do you explain two children 4 and 5 years old that they have to share one sticker? I know this may sound funny but I work in customer service and details like this make a big difference.

The staff at British Swim School of Doral are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. My son has improved tremendously since he first started taking lessons after nearly drowning. They helped him overcome his fear of being in the water, overcoming his fear of jumping into the pool, to now to the point where my son is learning the freestyle stroke and is doing laps in the pool. My son loves his instructors, the classes and the other children. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is wishing to have their children learn how to swim.
