After my skydiving accident I was out in a disadvantage with my knees. Chris is very knowledgeable. Chris is my trainer for 2 months. He has prepared valuable workout with my limitation in mind.
Chris is committed to his clients health wellness. Today he offered a free nutrition class follow with a simple intense workput.

I recently had the pleasure of joining Innovative Fitness and I'm so pleased with my experience. The owner Chris is super helpful and the equipment is modern and well-maintained. I'm also impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming culture at the gym, which make it a great place to work out. All in all, I highly recommend visiting Innovative for not only a membership, but also personal training, and supplements!
