I’ve been going to Bunda for several months now and I have loved the workouts. The combination of a stairmaster plus weights has helped me have a more consistent strength training routine. The front desk staff and trainers are all kind and encouraging. I recommend everyone trying out this unique workout.

I was a class pass member for years and then I became a member to try to get into better shape. As soon as I became a member I thought maybe I would get more instruction for form and some modification assistance..it all went down hill on my 7th week when I woke up with the left side of my body completely numb. Cost me 700$ for medical care and counting. 80$ for some no show fees from bunda when I didn’t book the class, the app is garbage. This is not a gym for fitness goals!! Find a place where they care for your wellbeing, assist with form !!! The instructors are pressed for time and need to come over and assist. I ended up texting for assistance with someone named a Taylor and they gave no care of anything that happened. But I do know she has been a manager for 7 years and SHE has never had a problem.

I began consistently training at Bunda starting in November and could not be happier with my decision! I previously was at a HIIT gym for four years, but felt the quality of the trainers and workouts go downhill. At Bunda the trainers have corrected my form and tweaked it so that I am seeing real muscle growth. I have broken all my PR’s here and continuously am being pushed to do my best. I also love the fun challenges they have throughout the year! Most importantly I love the people. The trainers Christina, Kacey, and Sydney -to name a few- are all AMAZING. They genuinely care about all their clients and want you to do your best. The manager Taylor and all the girls at the front desk are so welcoming when you come in and always make me smile. They put a personal touch on everything they do and truly want you to have the best workout. I absolutely love this gym and community!

Absolutely love BÜNDA and will always recommend it to anyone and everyone! I joined around October 2024, and never looked back. From the staff to the coaches, they are all AMAZING and have the best vibes. The coaches are skilled and passionate, creating an energetic and motivating atmosphere. Every coach helps you learn the form of the exercises, pushes you to find new limits, and teaches you how capable your body really is. I get my cardio (Stairmaster) and strength training all within an hour of class. I am so glad I found BÜNDA Coral Gables. Best workout!

I won't do it anymore! You lost 3 students. I arrived 2 minutes late! There were only 2 people in class, 1 of whom was from my group and you were intolerant. I left Edgewater when there was a lot of traffic. You made me and my friends waste our trip. Zero consideration. Therefore, we will not be back.

Had my baby in October, cleared to workout in December. Started with baby-bop post-partum specific YouTube workouts. Good for learning how to heal the core, but I knew I wasn’t going to achieve fast results and get back into my pre-pregnancy clothes anytime soon at the rate I was going.
Joined Bunda in January. Started going at least 4 times a week. When I started, I couldn’t get my loose-fitting pre-pregnancy jeans to go over my thighs.
By end of February, they were ALMOST fitting, but not closing, seen in pic. Less than a month later, they finally fit! Slowly starting to unlock more of my old wardrobe.
Bunda is awesome. Love the stairstepper, great if you’re not a runner and not super into traditional cardio. Easy to maintain and not burn-out. You feel great after.
Very women-centric studio, always clean, good management, friendly guests and they also validate parking. And if you go early in the morning street parking is free until 9am. 100% recommended.

I absolutely love Bunda! I started about 5 months ago and my body has changed so much in such little time. I never get bored, I am always pushed consistently in my workouts and I've never felt stronger than I do now. I really appreciate how Bunda has changed my life not just my body but its really helped me with a change in mindset in pushing myself not just physically but mentally! Love this studio!!! This was the most unprofessional gym experience I’ve ever had in the Gables. I arrived two minutes early, only to be told my spot had been given away because I was supposed to be there 30 minutes in advance—without any prior call or message. No one expects to show up half an hour early just to learn how to use a stair master and some dumbbells. Taylor, the so-called manager, was unapologetic, unprofessional, and extremely defensive. I had heard about the studio’s poor service, but experiencing it firsthand—especially as a fitness coach myself—was disappointing. This place is not about community; it caters more to a specific crowd than to people genuinely looking for a quality workout. I won’t be back and definitely won’t be recommending it.

I recently attended a fitness class in Miami and arrived 10 minutes early. However, they wouldn’t let me in, claiming I needed to be there 30 minutes early to sign documents. Requiring such an early arrival just for paperwork is ridiculous. I drove 40 minutes out just to be turned away and sent back home. Demanding arrival 30 mins prior is absurd. In 2025, one would expect a better system. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience possible with this fitness class and am highly disappointed.

I moved to Coral Gables 2 months ago and I came across Bunda while walking/exploring my new neighborhood. I absolutely love this fitness studio. The studio manager is so attentive and answers all my questions so quickly. The entire Bunda community and studio atmosphere is top notch. The instructors are certified trainers and are so informative during the workout. They challenge you, in the best way. I’ve joined many group fitness studies over the years and this one is by far the most fun and most effective. The class is 1/2 stair master and 1/2 strength training, which is perfect for me because I hate the treadmill! They also have several membership options to choose from. I started with the 3 class pass because I wanted to try it and now I’m a monthly unlimited member!

I can’t say enough great things about Bünda. I love it here! I had been a member of a standard gym for about a year with little results. It wasn’t until I tried my first class at the Coral Gables studio that I realized how much I needed this fun group atmosphere and instructors to truly push me. In just three months, I saw significant changes in my body and energy levels. Each instructor is a certified personal trainer which I appreciate more and more each time I come in. They all have a great attitude and are highly effective at keeping the class motivated. I feel challenged each time, in the best way, and I leave feeling SO accomplished. The staff and management are really great too. Always friendly and ready to answer my questions. The class is fun, engaging, and enjoyable! I do not exercise often, and they have weights of all sizes to suit participants’ needs. The trainer corrects your form, paying attention to each person. I love love love this gym! I’ve tried so many gyms around Miami and this is definitely my favorite gym ever! I’ve taken every class with almost every trainer. Camila’s butt and legs is a must! It’s no surprise why her class is always full! Not only does she make it fun, but she motivates you to test your limits. Josh’s class is without a doubt one of my favorites. The fact that he knows every person’s name in the class really makes a difference. It shows his dedication not only to his profession, but also his trainees. If you take Amy’s class you know you’re going to get a hellava workout. FYI she makes the best coquito 🤭!! Kacey and Kelly have the sweetest deposition and have the best way of explaining every single exercise. Last, but certainly not least being greeted by Sean and Yessenia always makes the class better! They always have the warmest energy and the best attitude!! In conclusion, I’m a proud bundi!

Each class incorporates the stair-master and strength training. If you are looking for a challenging workout, knowledgeable and motivating trainers, welcoming atmosphere and community , BUNDA is the place. After years of working out, I have seen the most change in my body since joining Bunda a year ago. Their programming and trainers are THE BEST hands down.
Camila and Kelly's classes specifically are my favs, their good energy is contagious. No matter how I feel I always leave here in a great mood.
Management is always around and accessible. Sean and Taylor treat you like family. Additionally the front desk staff is so kind ,welcoming and remember your name. Yessenia especially who always takes the time to give everyone her undivided attention and is ALWAYS smiling,

I love Bunda! As someone who’s used to weight lifting, joining a group fitness gym was out of my comfort zone but the classes are fantastic and I’m seeing better results by incoporating their style of training. I really liked my experience here for a lower body class. It was unlike anything else I’ve ever taken. It was a mix of stair stepper and free weights at a fast paced environment. I give it 4 stars out of 5 mostly because I don’t think it’s a place for beginners for working out. The weight selection is heavy and the class moves quickly, so it can be intimidating for someone new to exercise or may need a little more time to get setup. Other than that, instructors are great as is the space and front desk staff.

The actual class was amazing but there is NO good parking. I went once to this class and was harassed by the parking attendant at the only near by garage the girl at front desk told me to use since there was no street parking available. She wouldnt let me leave because their machine was broken and blamed it on my cards. I went to a vending machine with her inside the garage and bought water bottles to prove her wrong, then she told me to go walk, find ATM and get change for a $5 parking! Ridiculous! took me 30 minutes to leave that situation. A shame bc the class was good but parking situation is the worst

To say BUNDA is one of the best things that happened in my 2023 is an understatement. Not only have I become physically stronger and gained over 4pounds of muscle - I feel mentally stronger too. I have created a routine, become more disciplined, and committed to myself. I feel determined to achieve everything I set my mind to, because if I can lift HEAVY weights every morning what won’t I be able to achieve throughout the day?
BUNDA has become a family to me and I am grateful to everyone that’s been part of my journey. LOVE THIS GYM!!! it has the best staff! Great vibes and energy all around. Just completed the summer challenge and I loved it! I had zero butt and now I have a slightly more defined and firm tush. Besides that, my waist is slimmer and I am more toned overall. I believe in their approach 100%, but you have to do it 5-6 times a week to see results.
As for feedback, sometimes the girls that work there were not the friendliest. It felt a little cliquey at times. That is except for Kelly, who is a highly technical and wonderful coach.

Please be aware that they do not allow you to cancel your membership. I tried to cancel and emailed the manager Taylor my reason for cancelling which was medical and never got a response. This is very disappointing as I wanted to give this place a chance since the location was close to me. The manager not even responding to an email is very frustrating and shows lack of organization.

I have to admit after working out like NEVER in my life, Day 1 of Bunda was definetlty a challenge, and I am hurting everywhere. I wanted to walk out after the first 10 minutes, but I gave it shot and at least finished the class. My favorite thing was the vibe in there, the mood, and Kaley, she was very patient and kind and understanding to my "newbie" status. I will definetlty become Bundie Girl! Up for the challenge!

Fun class! I tried their Upper body and abs class through class pass and it was definitely a good workout. The studio's main focus is lower body but I was impressed by the difficulty of the workout even though it was pretty simple. I was happy to see them offer heavier weights than 15 lbs and actually encourage women to work towards using heavier weights. At your floor station you have 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 lb dumbells but heavier ones were available for anyone to use. I liked their incorporation of the stair master for cardio (my personal choice when I do cardio at the gym), but made sure we used it properly for max benefits (not leaning on it like most people do at the gym). Overall, I had a great workout and was happy with the experience.

The place is really nice and I love the idea of using the stair master instead of other machines that tend to be tougher on the joints. I also really liked the strength-focused exercises for that same reason. I did seriously consider joining or coming from time to time but was really turned away from their policy of having to buy their brand of bands only. They’re very stiff and as someone who suffers from knee issues, I use a specific band that stretches just enough to fire the right muscles without limiting movement. Unfortunately their band didn’t work for me and I literally had to take off my own band in the middle of class. It was an embarrassing, unpleasant experience and I left early.
They should reevaluate their policy. Their excuse is that they’re not insured for other bands but I’ve literally taken my own band with me to any class in other studios I’ve been to without a problem. I get it, it’s branding. But some suggestions:
Have a better selection of bands (not just a one size fits all approach), wider bands are more comfortable than the skinnier ones and don’t roll up. For the loops, have a range of tension, not everyone can handle the same tension, not to mention some people have thicker legs than others, I could barely stand shoulder width apart with the loop they provide, that’s not safe for my knees. Lastly, don’t charge $5 for renting every individual item, the classes and membership cost should factor in these costs so members aren’t left feeling knickled and dimed. Lastly, or just let people bring in their own stuff. Don’t force them to buy additional equipment when they already have what they need at home.
That’s all, hope they continue to succeed and can take some of the suggestions.

Awesome workout that incorporates stair masters and weights! Every day you focus on a different part of the body which allows you to lean out and focus on individual muscle groups. Trainers are welcoming, certified and make the effort to correct your form in order for you to get the most out of your workout.
Highly recommend Bunda if you want to try something new or looking for a solid consistent workout!

Such a great studio! I’m a Pilates gal but I’ve been needing to mix things up (this metabolism of mine is just dragging these days) and Bunda has been the perfect way to do so! I always prefer the stair master over running, and the weight training aspect has been a nice change. Admittedly clueless when it comes to weights, the instructors all do a fantastic job of keeping an eye on everyone and helping to correct form so each person really gets the most out of their 50 minutes. Great music, great space, a parking garage with parking validation for $1 (cheapest parking in Miami), and knowledgeable instructors (favs are Kaley and Josh)… highly recommend

Bunda is unlike any other group fitness workout that I’ve been to. It incorporates the stairmaster and strength training. I like the fact that all the instructors are certified personal trainers and they also take their time to correct your form. I’ve been a few times now and everyone is really nice and welcoming. This is definitely the place to go if you really want to get in shape and feel great. I really like Ami and Taylor’s classes. I couldn’t walk after total body!!!

Best workout class, could barely do the stair master 1st day of class, and started at a base level 1 and barely being able to lift 10 lbs, a month later, my base level has gone up to 4 and lifting 20-25lbs. Im going 5-6/wk、and I feel stronger, Im steadily seeing small changes to my body. Highly recommend and trust the process
