Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. For me this is A well balanced to work out, it’s also easy to schedule and you’re in and out in a 45 minute class and I’ve had a good workout. The workouts are a great combination of cardio muscle strengths as well as endurance. Everybody is very upbeat, it’s a good way to start your day.

I was hesitant to try burn at first because I wasn’t sure it would be challenging enough for me. I was wrong! I love the complimentary mix of strength and conditioning. Plus, the trainers are quick to provide a more challenging mod-up to provide that extra push too. I am so glad I tried it, because here I am a year and a half later still loving it and getting stronger!

I absolutely love coming to the 630am and 830am classes! I feel amazing after that early morning workout. My kids love the child watch center, along with the amazing staff. Kayla and Quinton are great coaches and make working out fun! The girls that greet us and make smoothies are so friendly, and help you with any questions and help you with product purchases. The smoothies are great too! Burn is what helps me get through the week!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such a positive, high-energy atmosphere that makes the 25-minute drive completely worth it. The trainers are absolutely incredible — they push you in the best way, motivate you to give your all, and genuinely care about your progress. Burn Melbourne is amazing and so worth the wait!! I love coming to a gym where they take the guesswork and planning out of my workout. I just show up and do the work! It’s been over 4 years since I attended a camp and that was at Burn Viera, i never committed to a membership because of the commute from Palm Bay and I always said if the gym were closer I’d definitely sign up! Once I found out Burn was open in Melbourne I went out for a class the next day and then signed up for a membership on my 3rd visit! It’s a very motivating atmosphere with this style of training by working out in a group as well as having the trainers help adjust the workout to your fitness level. The trainers are all amazing and they encourage you to push your own limits for improving your strength and skill! Also can’t forget to mention the complimentary child watch, huge plus for me! Not only do I love working out here but my 2 1/2 year old loves coming with me to play with all the kids 😊

This place is amazing! I was not certain if I wanted to come here because I haven’t done anything in years! But since the first day I joined I’ve never felt more invited, more motivated and more cared for. You meet great people along the way, and the child care is absolutely amazing. Any Mom in the Melbourne/ Palm Bay area needs to join this gym! The childcare is so amazing at this gym! Both my kids love going! I have never found a gym in my life that worked for me! I have consistently been going for 46 days now! The atmosphere is INCREDIBLE!! The instructors are incredible! Everyone is so welcoming at this gym! In just 30 days I have already lost so much weight!! You show up and they have the entire workout routine set up! They will coach you to help you reach your goals!! If I could give them more stars I would!!! You HAVE to try this gym!

Burn Melbourne is my home away from home. As someone that travels A LOT for work, I’ve had the privilege of trying other Burn locations and let me tell you, this is the BEST! Every staff member (literally) has been so welcoming and remember me when I pop it week to week! I’ve attended camps offered by Dena, Kayla, and Quinton and they are all top notch! I’m very out of shape and have a few limitation with body parts and arthritis old injuries ect., however each trainer is aware , checks on me frequently and protects me by offering alternate exercises and body positions to allow to keep up with group without risk of injury! Excellent energy each time I come in and leave and a nice comfortable welcoming community. The gym has kept very clean and equipment is in the best of shape. Supplements are also offered and good advice for rest hydration and protein intake as we leave each day. The format is easy to sign up for classes and it appears that the childcare is very well run. All the children are happy and get to peek through the glass at their parents And our carefully babysat, giving their parents a chance to exercise. I go to the Melbourne burn Boot Camp!

Burn Boot Camp is the mental reset I needed from law school! Law school always talks about the percentage of students and attorneys that get burnt out because of how intense the legal field is. One thing I told myself I was going to do when I started law school was stick with my Burn Boot Camp schedule no matter what I had going on. I go 6 days a week to Burn! I joined Burn Boot Camp during their soft opening and have already been to about 20 camps and I’m absolutely thrilled they’re officially open! With a fused lower spine, upper back issues, and two kids, I hadn’t worked out in years. Getting back into exercise here has been such a rewarding experience. I love the built-in personal training support that helps me keep my form safe and effective, and the trainers are not only knowledgeable but also make every class so much fun. I really value the exercise modifications that allow me to participate fully, and I’m excited to dive into their Focus Meetings to learn more about nutrition for my body type. The child watch experience was exceptional as well. My kids enjoyed their time and I’m looking forward to bringing them again this weekend.

A friend of mine has been trying to get me to join the burn in viera for over a year. But with the drive from palm bay I never committed. I had been patiently waiting for the melbourne location to open and have now been going since day one of the soft open and im obsessed! I joined everyday for their soft opening and it was a great experience each day. The trainers help motivate and push you with exercises without judgement or exceeding your ability. They help & go around to each group/person. Everyday was something different but it allowed you to push through your "I can't" moment. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. Facility was clean and organized each day. Membership is flexible for those seeking different options. Definitely recommend!
