Super cute and clean studio! Staff is really friendly. I love Anahi's hot mat classes...it was challenging but effective. Also her playlist made the time and pulses go by faster!

This was my first time taking a mat class at the studio and it was such a great experience! My instructor Jen, led a fun and challenging class. The class was fast paced, and included weights which I really liked. I left feeling like I got a really good workout and can’t wait for another class. The studio itself is beautiful and has everything you need. Highly recommend!

I drive twenty minutes to this studio because it’s quite frankly THAT worth it. I try to go everyday, and sometimes I’ll even take two classes between the mat and reformer side. The studio is organized, clean, and professional. I literally can’t get enough.

I visited this studio while traveling and booked a drop in heated class. When I arrived, the power was out and there was no heat, so the class did not match the service advertised. I reached out afterward to request a refund, and the responses I received were extremely unprofessional and rude. They made inappropriate comments about my “budget” (which I never mentioned), involved me in their internal payroll decisions, and dismissed the issue rather than addressing that the class provided did not match what was paid for.

Overall, both the experience and customer service was disgusting. Condescending, rude, and a horrible mean girl environment.

This studio in Delray Beach has completely raised the bar for Pilates studios. The space is beautifully designed and instantly calming. Every detail was thoughtfully considered-from the Bala accessories, music, aroma and aesthetic reformers. The extra touches like Dyson hair dryers, high-end beauty products, a sauna, and flavored water machine make the studio even more elevated. The classes are the most challenging Pilates classes l've been to (in the best way) and each one feels completely unique.

There is also a hot mat Pilates option next door to add variety to my workouts. Overall, it's such a welcoming environment and a place I truly look forward to going to.

BVRN is one of the best pilates studios I have been to! The environment is amazing, the studio is beautiful and Melissa is so caring! She truly cares about everyone who comes in the studio including her staff. The instructors are so knowledgeable and you will leave feeling better than you came in! They also send out emails making sure you know what to bring for what classes ensuring that you have grip socks for reformer class, and a mat and towel for the body classes (you also can see this when you book the class) It’s nice that they have mats that you are able to rent and towels to buy as i know some places don’t do that! I highly recommend to come try a class! I love BVRN!

My sister and her friend went to this studio today and it ended up being one of the worst experiences theyve ever had. They’ve both been doing Pilates for years, and they’ve never encountered anything like this before.

I love BVRN!! Both the reformer and mat studio are amazing and have amazing instructors who make the space that much more special. Melissa, the owner, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and you can tell she loves and takes pride in her craft. Let it be known to everyone that grip socks are required for the reformer studio, and you have to bring your own mat for the heated studio. They rent mats for $5 and towels are available for purchase. Simply reading the website or class description before attending a class not just here but anywhere will save you so much stress and unwarranted hate afterward just because you don’t agree with a studios policies ❤️

My friend Yasmine and I attended the 9:30 AM class on October 26, hoping for a calm start to our Sunday. Instead, the owner, Melissa, turned it into an exhausting and humiliating encounter. I regularly attend studios like Tracy Anderson, New York Pilates, and Fuze House in New York and Miami—places known for high prices and strict policies—and I have never experienced anything like this.

Before class even began, Melissa stopped us for nearly 10 minutes of lecturing about “mandatory” fees: $25 for towels and $5 for mats on top of the $35 class fee we had already paid. We said we didn’t need towels, but she insisted there was “no other way” to join without buying them.

The towel itself was tiny, thin, and completely useless—charging $25 for it makes no sense. Her tone throughout was scolding, not service-oriented, and by the end of the lecture, I was left with anxiety from how negative the energy felt “in her sanctuary.”

I agreed to pay for both of us just to move on. Because they don’t accept Apple Pay, I handed over my physical card and was told we were “all set.” Then the assistant entered the class 3 separate times within 5 minutes, demanding the international card code. I explained each time that I’d help with the payment afterward so I wouldn’t miss more of a class that now cost $65.

The interruptions disrupted not just me but everyone around me trying (the girl next to me supported me by reaffirming my response to the assistant). Despite the issue being caused by the studio’s own mistake, I was treated as if I might skip out without paying. I felt belittled, embarrassed, and completely unwelcome.

What should have been a peaceful Sunday workout turned into one of the rudest and most stressful interactions I’ve had with any business. I begged for a refund and left the class after the 3rd interruption in the studio. I know the owner often replies defensively to negative reviews, but this is my honest account. I have every right to describe an experience that was genuinely awful from start to finish.

I can’t say enough good things about BVRN Pilates studio! From the moment you walk in, the space feels welcoming, clean, and calming. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging, and they always take the time to make sure you’re doing each movement safely and correctly while still challenging you to push yourself. What makes this studio so special is the sense of belonging, you don’t feel like just another number in a big chain. Instead, you’re part of a close-knit group where everyone celebrates each other’s growth!

If you’re looking for a place that feels like family while helping you reach your fitness goals, Bvrn Pilates is it. What makes Bvrn special is the sense of community—it’s more than just a workout studio. The people, the vibe, and the space itself make you want to show up, grow stronger, and feel your best. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed, motivated, and connected, both to myself and to the amazing community here. I love it!!

Like some of the negative reviews below I tried to come in for a class and Melissa said I have to do a specific class. Unfortunately I’m a full time working mom and I also have two little kids so those times don’t work for me. Melissa came to me at the front desk was a little condescending so I never went back because I was offput. When I go to other gyms or places of exercise the owner and teachers are way more excited and welcoming. I’d rather workout in a welcoming, encouraging, and supportive environment regardless of how upscale the experience is (or how close it is to my house for that matter). I think the negative reviews below represent people like me. The replies of the owner are a bit bizarre- totally gaslighting the reviewers and acting as if things are totally made up. Also, who turns way someone who is one minute late on their first class!?! Yucky. I’d rather exercise in my garage. I wouldn’t have wasted my time reviewing but I felt bad for the people below being gaslighted.

I had never done pilates before my first class here, and I truly couldn’t have found a better place. From day one, the instructors made me feel welcomed, supported, and empowered. Now, not only am I seeing physical changes in my body, but more importantly, I’m experiencing a deeper mind-body connection that’s been incredibly rewarding.

The entire team is absolutely lovely. Melissa, the owner, is warm, kind, and so clearly passionate about creating a space where people can thrive. She takes the time to ensure you're doing each move safely and with proper form. I also regularly take classes with Savanna and Jessie, who are both phenomenal. I leave every class with them feeling strong, grounded, and inspired.

I’m also beyond excited for their new mat studio opening next door! BVRN just keeps getting better! ♥️

The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and make everyone feel right at home—no matter your experience level. In between classes I have gotten to know the owner, Melissa, and some of the instructors on a personal level and they are all wonderful people. I have trained with Melissa for the better part of five years and followed her to BVRN when she opened her studio last year. I have worked out at several different type of studios over the years but nothing beats BVRN. I am completed hooked and attended classes several times a week. Melissa and her team are super knowledgeable and the workouts are challenging, high energy and always unique (and I have taken hundreds of classes). I love the community we have built at the studio and couldn’t think of a better place to start my day each morning.

My mom convinced me to sign up for BVRN and now I’m totally hooked. After a really hard year, I needed something to help me feel like myself again and this place has become my addiction and what I now call my therapy!

The workouts are super challenging (in the best way), with a unique style that mixes classical Pilates with their own spin. It’s unlike anything else I’ve tried. I’m there six days a week, and if I’m not, it’s probably because I’m out of town. The owner takes pride in what shes created and always puts her clients safety first, especially in the advance classes.

This place has also turned into a family affair - with my mom, both my sisters, and even my cousin when she visits for the summer all going. The community is positive, supportive, and full of good energy, not to mention the studio is beautiful, clean and has the BEST lighting! If that vibe’s not for you, I’m sure there’s another studio out there but this place is something special. Forever grateful for my mom making me go.

I have been training w Melissa for several years and her BVRN studio takes pilates to a whole nother level. As a guy, pilates always seemed like a "girls excersize" and it took my wife 2 years to convince me to even try it. Now after training in pilates for almost 3 years, I am in the best shape of my life, and when you combine it with regular weight training you get the added benefit of elongating the muscles for intense definition, and flexibility. Lastly, the clients in this studio are some of the friendliest people you'd ever want to train with. In short, I highly recommend pilates to all guys out there who are looking for a way to get more flexibility and definition, and the place to do it is without question BVRN.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this Pilates studio! From the moment you walk in, the space gives off the most positive, calming, and welcoming energy — it’s absolutely stunning and so thoughtfully designed. Every class is challenging in the best way, and the instructors are truly top-tier — knowledgeable, motivating, and just all-around amazing.

I’ve tried other studios and instructors in the past, and nothing compares. This place is in a league of its own. The studio is also run incredibly well — everything is organized, clean, and professional, which just adds to the overall experience.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to take their Pilates practice to the next level… though part of me wants to keep this gem a secret so I can always snag a reformer 😉

I’ve been taking classes with Melissa for 5 years now, and I can honestly say she has transformed both my body and mind. As soon as she opened BVRN, I was one of the first to follow her. At 53, I feel stronger, more aligned, and more energized than I ever have. She’s not just an incredible instructor—she’s a true professional who creates a welcoming, motivating, and empowering environment. I’m so grateful to have this studio. It’s truly the best.

I'll be honest, I was a bit skeptical going to a pilaties class as a 40 something year old man whose choice of exercise consists of spending hours in the gym lifting heavy things, but as a favor to my wife, I gave BVRN a shot...

That was about a year ago and I love it. I have to give a special shot out to the owner, Melissa who guided me as a pilaties newbie...making sure I understood the fundamentals and making sure I didn't hurt myself. Now I am proud to say I can almost hang with my wife in the advanced classes, lol.

Overall great experience, great studio, great teachers...if you are a guy who is on the fence about taking a class, take the leap...you won't regret it.

The instructors are top-tier—highly trained, motivating, and attentive to form and technique. You can tell they put a lot of thought into each class, and they always push you just enough to grow without overdoing it.

The space itself is stunning: modern, clean, and beautifully designed. It feels more like a wellness sanctuary than a workout studio. And the community here is amazing—welcoming, supportive, and inspiring. It’s one of those rare places where everyone wants to see each other succeed.

I was a first time pilates girlie and always intimidated by the reformer so I decided to start somewhere that offered different levels of classes. as instructed, I started with the beginner boot camp class! it was much needed to understand the reformer and most importantly, build the confidence between me and the reformer. Where to start.
I booked a class that was recommended for beginners that was $45. Felt really excited for it because it was my first time doing pilates but had an idea of how it worked.
The same day in the morning I received a text message from the place that I couldn’t do the class without doing a class that teaches you how to use the machines and everything which I thought was okay but a bit sad because I wanted to start that day but whatever.
When the owner or the person who was texting me told me it had to be a Saturday I said I couldn’t because I had work so it would be better if I could just get my money back. Obviously they said no that it would be store credit. I told them I rather have the money back so that I could organize my schedule and check what dates I would like to go (because my plan was buying a package of classes which thank god I didn’t). No answer. Nothing, I called and nothing. At the end, as the owner reaffirmed I called 14 times because I was worried I didn’t want to get scammed and that they could do it any other day. At this point I just wanted my money back, I texted that and from there no answer at all the whole day.
In my opinion, I know the place can be busy, lots of clients but is it too much to ask just for an answer back? Had to call the bank and ask them to help me get my $45 for a class I never went and didn’t want to at this point because the place wouldn’t refund me. Today I texted them “i think you could at least answer something” and that I would be leaving a bad review + telling them about the bank.
The owner Mellisa called me right away, but not to give me a solution, but to give me an advise and tell me I’m troubled and that I need to watch my tone when talking!!! At this point wasn’t even worth it to try to talk to someone that is either too “zen” or just wants to take advantage of the situation. Now my advise would be, that’s not way of treating clients, not answering, giving them passive aggressive responses? Based on my experience of customer service, I would not recommend going to this place. The Pilates classes may be amazing, I don’t know and I never will I guess, but the way you treat your clients is not the correct one Melissa, and that is the first impression I got. $45 may not be a lot for you maybe, but for me it was. I saw it as an investment that I was planning on making on your place for my benefit to learn something new. Now ,of course, I’m sure i’ll be getting a passive aggressive reply to this review, which I would not be surprised if it’s trying to leave me as the crazy person in the situation, I guess it’s the way they have to defend themselves from this claim.

Was looking into this place & then met someone who had a bad experience with the owner/instructor. The owner was condescending & nasty & had to have the last word with this person instead of turning the situation around to try & make her experience better. I would not waste my time or want to give money to condone bad behavior.
She should listen to her own advice & have a BETTER attitude!

My second home! When I say this studio has changed my life, I truly mean that. I started in May with absolutely no prior pilates experience. After taking 3 classes, I was hooked. Now at almost 200 classes, I have noticed improved core strength, better posture, and my muscles are more toned and defined. The best part is other friends/family have noticed these changes as well!

The owner, Melissa, is the gold standard. She has curated an experience unlike any other. Her classes challenge you and push you to your very best while ensuring proper form, breathing, and technique. Her choreography and flow is one of one. This is also reflected in all the instructors at the studio who all provide 50 minutes of a unique, ass-kicking work out that leaves you feeling strong and invigorated. They offer a variety of classes including mat, TRX, and bounce to keep things fresh and exciting.

The studio is LUXE! It is always clean, organized, and smells wonderful. It is equipped with the best reformers and Bala weights. They have a water dispenser with various flavors, electrolytes, and caffeine. In addition, they provide mirrors and vanity stations with hair tools and sprays. There is an infrared sauna that you can book for 30 min. sessions.

Lastly, the community at BVRN has truly become like a family. I look forward to seeing other members every day and have made so many friends along the way.

If you're looking for a studio that offers exceptional instruction, a welcoming environment, and noticeable results, I highly recommend BVRN.

This studio has truly transformed my life! As a former Division I collegiate athlete and certified mega reformer Pilates instructor, I signed up for my first class and was encouraged to start with a beginner Boot Camp. Respecting the studio's process, I attended the beginner Boot Camp and three BVRN Basics classes before asking to move into more advanced sessions. Looking back, I’m so glad I took the time to build my strength first because the advanced classes are no joke—they’re incredibly challenging! Some of the movements are so intense, it’s clear that the studio’s approach is designed to protect and empower us.

Fast forward six months, and I’ve seen dramatic changes in my body. I’m the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been, and I can see and feel the difference—my clothes are fitting looser, and my confidence has skyrocketed. The studio itself is stunning, every instructor is warm and welcoming, and it’s become my personal sanctuary and outlet.

If you come in, leave your ego at the door to trust the process, and commit—you’ll be hooked, just like I am. I’m so grateful for BVRN, the incredible community, and the peaceful environment the team has worked so hard to create and maintain!

BVRN is truly the best studio in the area. I have Pilates experience but nothing compares to these classes. Every class is different and challenging. Melissa the owner truly cares so much about her students and progressing them into the more difficult classes. She knows so much and has a modern twist to all of her classes. These are the best workouts and I am so happy to have met such a great community at this studio. I even met one of my best friends who will be a bridesmaid in my wedding next year! I will always be a member here and recommend it to anyone who is experienced or looking to start their journey. She offers really insightful beginner classes and then will progress you into harder classes as you are ready. I have gained so much strength and hate to go a day without making it to BVRN. I'm going to reply to the owner here since she left me a passive aggressive reply on my original review that diminishes my horrific experience at this studio. I cannot express how much you should not go here. This is not a way to start a business in a community where people value kindness, customer service and positive experiences. I will assure you that everyone I know in my community will know about the experience I had here.

First, regarding the waiver: I’m genuinely confused by your response. You said I “missed these directives” and implied I’m “not used to following rules or policies.” It’s human to miss an email and this doesn’t explain why you couldn’t simply remind me to sign the waiver when I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with you. You clearly knew I was new—made even clearer when you told me I should attend the beginner class—so why not address this before the class started? Instead, you interrupted your own class after you already started, calling me out in front of 11 other students, and forcing me to leave to get socks and complete the waiver unapologetically. Do you believe that’s professional or welcoming for a new student? I can only imagine how uncomfortable this was for the other students who had to witness you scold me mid-class on your microphone. And now you're turning it on me, saying I don't like to follow rules?

Second, you say that you have a zero tolerance policy for negative energy, harassment, or bullying of any kind. That's laughable given how you bullied me in front of your 11 other students, on a microphone sarcastically explaining your 'policies' and sarcastically asking me if I was having a bad day because I was expressing frustration with my experience. The way you treated me as your customer was unacceptable and you should take accountability rather than write an inauthentic reply that completely misrepresents what actually happened.

I was eager to be in the class and responded politely to all of your requests, which is why when you asked me to purchase the socks I got up immediately. I was fine to buy the socks, I was frustrated that I was being told when class was already started when you had ample time to address this before class started. You telling me that you sent me an email and using that a a reason to tell me that I'm not a rule follower is unacceptable. You then embarrassed me on a microphone asking if I would like to leave, essentially kicking me out of the class in front of your other students. You don't think that's embarrassing for you and your business?

There are countless ways you could have handled that situation better, first off by being welcoming and excited to have a new pilates lover in your studio experience your class. At the very least you could have been kind and apologetic for impacting my experience rather than sarcastically berate me on a microphone in front of everyone and then pretty much kick me out.

I too hope you have a better day and wish you happiness in your Pilates journey!

I had an absolutely awful experience at this Pilates studio. I decided to try it out after seeing it in the shopping center—it looked beautiful, and I was excited to give it a shot. However, from the moment I walked in, things went downhill fast.

It was my first time at the studio, so I arrived 10 minutes early to ensure I could check in and get oriented. The instructor Melissa, who was also handling check-ins, acknowledged that I was new and said, "Normally, I make you take an intro class, but because we were understaffed, we couldn’t call in advance." No problem, I understand, but I was already there so letting me stay was the right thing to do. I assured her I had pilates experience and would be fine and she seemed to agree. She directed me to reformer #3, and that’s when the nightmare started. That said, during that conversation I already got bad vibes considering how she spoke to me felt condescending and rude already.

As the class began, she suddenly walked over to me (on her microphone, in front of everyone) and announced, "You need socks." I was shocked—why couldn’t she have told me this when I checked in? Clearly frustrated, I asked her why this wasn’t mentioned earlier. She dismissively said it was on the website and in the email, but I hadn’t noticed it.

I left the class to purchase $20 socks, which was already annoying enough, but before I could go back to join the class she stopped me and said I also needed to sign a waiver. Seriously? Why wasn’t this handled when I arrived early? I had to go back to my reformer to grab my phone to scan the QR, but I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. All while I’m missing class. Frustrated, I politely asked, "Is there any way we can do this after class?" Her response? "No."

At this point, I asked why this wasn’t handled earlier, and she sarcastically replied, "Are you having a bad day? Do you want to leave?"—in front of the entire class on the microphone. Feeling humiliated, I said I wanted to leave. As I walked out, I left the socks at the counter, only for her to say, "Oh, you opened the socks, so you have to pay for them." I hadn’t even put the socks on!

This was beyond humiliating. She berated me publicly in front of the 10-15 other students, all while on a microphone. The tone she used was rude, condescending, and downright inappropriate. For a place that should want make new students feel welcome, this studio failed spectacularly. Instead of a warm, inviting environment, I was made to feel embarrassed, frustrated, and ashamed.

I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this studio. If you value customer service, respect, or even basic human decency, this is NOT the Pilates studio for you. I’ve never been treated so poorly at any establishment in my life. I have done a ton of classes Pilates and otherwise and truly cannot believe how I was treated here. To make a customer feel that way in front of everyone… I’m still in shock! There were other people in the room that witnessed it as well and could likely attest to the way I was treated. If I were them and witnessed it I also wouldn’t come back.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about BVRN. The instructors here are absolutely INCREDIBLE — they are so skilled, motivating, and genuinely care about your progress. The owner, Melissa, is wonderful and knows each of her members by name. Each class and flow is challenging in the best possible way, and they really offer something for everyone, whether you're just starting your Pilates journey or looking to push yourself further.

The studio itself is beautiful with luxury amenities that make every visit feel like a mini retreat. From the thoughtfully designed layout to the high-quality equipment and personal care products they offer, it’s clear they’ve thought of everything to make your experience first-rate. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a mix of challenge, support, and a bit of luxury!

I can’t say enough good things about this Pilates studio! I was never able to stick with a gym routine before, but here I am, celebrating my 100th class! From day one, the instructors made me feel welcome and supported, and I started out knowing absolutely nothing about Pilates. Now, I’m stronger than ever, both physically and mentally.

The instructors are truly the best—knowledgeable, patient, and always encouraging. They’ve taught me proper form, helped me progress safely, and kept every class fresh and challenging. It’s the most rewarding experience I’ve ever had, and I actually look forward to every class.

Plus, this studio has become like family. The community here is amazing, and the positive energy is contagious. If you’re looking for a place where you feel motivated, supported, and genuinely valued, this is it! Thank you to everyone for making this journey so incredible.

Fantastic Pilates studio. Every instructor knows how to teach an athletic workout that provides you the all incredible benefits Pilates has to offer. The owner, Melissa, built an amazing space that’s clean, well equipped and inviting, and she knows all of her clients by name. She’s passionate about teaching Pilates and it shows in the quality of her classes. I’ve been a Pilates student for many years and this is the best studio ever.

The absolute best studio in the Boca/Delray area, hands down. I struggled to stick to a studio because everything felt repetitive until I found this place. Every class here is dynamic, unique, and genuinely challenging. Melissa and her team are fully committed to helping you become your strongest self. They push you to new limits and inspire you to level up every single time. You won’t find a better community or a more rewarding experience anywhere else 🤍

BVRN is a beautiful Pilates studio with classes for all levels, beginner to advanced. I came to BVRN with no prior reformer experience and have slowly built up my confidence and strength through the instruction and encouragement of the owner, Melissa. I really love the classes and the challenge! Beginner bootcamp and BVRN Basics are great if you’re just starting out.

Couldn’t say enough good things about this studio! First off, the owner Melissa is the sweetest person and extremely welcoming to all. All the instructors here are so sweet and play the best music. I was taking privates for a year bc I never found a place that I liked until I came to BVRN. I recently had back surgery and just started to get back into Pilates. The instructors come around and take the time in class to show me things I can do when I’m not able to do that exact move. They are extremely caring and make me feel so comfortable. After my first class I immediately signed up for the membership. Highly recommend this studio to everybody!!!

Would not recommend this place if you have not done Pilates in while. I signed up for my first class picked a class that sounded like it was a refresh class if you have not done it in a while, to be told that I could not take that class have to take a different beginner class that they only offer either middle of the day, at 5:30 at night or Saturday at 11. Would never recommend this or ever try this place
