Super bad experience over there, smell super bad and the machines always are broken, I went there for Few days and when I want to cancel for the service they told me that I have to pay for the all years because the contracts was for 1 year, but in planet fitness or youfit, you have to pay just a fee like 50 or 60$ and that is, but they don’t do that, you have to pay for the full year 😡

I have to give this a two star, you cant even bring a guest for free like most gyms . I dont feel the gym is often cleaned . Their equipment some are broken and most are old . The staff highly friendly yes , but even their bathrooms i rate unsatisfactory. I now go to crunch fitness and i get way more benefits , way more accommodations , for less than what i pay at caltas . They even have massage chairs and saunas that caltas does not have ... and personal trainer i cant beat that . Sorry caltas gave you guys a try but , i am not satisfied

Great Gym with all your standard equipment and specialized equipment like battle ropes, sleds, punching bags etc; has a grear focus on boxing. Only left because i needed a ppace closer to work. Didnt bamboozle me with the contract, i knew about every fee up front, including the 2 month cancellation notice, and worked with me to have a monthly membership. Highly recommend.

Who ever the a**hole is that works every Wednesday night locks the gym therefore noone can train Thursday morning this happens every week. This gym use to have alot of bodybuilders and be a solid environment. Now, its pu**ified and has a weak crowd of insecure Beta Males. The black guy with the dreads trains females in there for free and has a nasty attitude. He acts like his s*** don't stink. He isn't even in any good shape. The other fat black guy is another one with bad attitude that makes the gym look bad. Zero cosumer service. Theres one white guy on the weekends who actually is in shape and is pretty cool. The owner is nice as well. However i see this gym losing ALOT of clients due to old machines, poor costumer service. nasty attitudes, and overall dirty ffacility. Fire those losers and get some REAL TRAINERS. Bring the old Caltas back. Waters and the other Caltas are SOLID. Busch branch....TRASH. And this isn't me being bias or hateful im being real. I love the gym. The environment is just going to the dogs. FIX IT FAST!

Just had lunch with a friend rudely interrupted by a phone call. He won't complain so I am. You guys bill under a different name and he works out of town. You sent him to collections of like 80 bucks without contacting him. He called his bank btw your payment service had several fraud cases and breach of security and was therefore taken off of his account. Because you failed to contact him he never even knew since your billing operates under national acceptance company. If It was me I'd call the AG but again he's being nice. I'd reach out to him though because that's just bad business and I will be telling our other friends about this.

Contract signers beware we was paying over $50 everymonth to be held in a contract that obligated us to stay the full year even though majority of the time most of the machines are broke if you have high blood pressure or a heart condition avoid this gym because it stay extremely hot all the time. they do more socializing there than working out forget getting on a machine you need because if a group of men are talking while on it or near it then you just wont be getting that particular workout last but not least most gyms have rules about no loud grunting or slamming of the weights expect to hear that all the time. GO TO PLANET FITNESS ITS WAY BETTER TRUST ME

Haven't worked out here yet but they are NOT 24/7. You can be a 24/7 gym is you have the special membership but walkins and day passes have limited hours.
Parking lot was well lit and the inside of the gym seem to be very clean and well-kept.

Overcrowded with rusty old machines in a desperate attempt to overcompensate for how poorly operated this gym is.

The water fountain is broken and the one working one spits out warm water. When told about this repeatedly, they said the plumbing is old and that it would be a while before they can get around to fixing it.

No foam rollers because "members keep stealing them" which is very hard for me to believe considering they are posted up front and their members are charged an average of $30+ a head. Despicably corrupt business.

They tell you about "annual cleaning fees" last minute as you are signing up. Then they tell you you have to pay for the first and last month up front. Fine, but they fail to disclose that there is no way out of the contract unless you have someone take over your payments. Do yourself a favor and forget this place unless you are like me and have been burned in which case you probably never will. Lesson learned.

The membership price is the only thing I'll have to say is good about this place majority of the treadmills don't work the women bathroom stays locked so I'm forced to used the men which is a safety hazard but other than that it's cool

This gym has horrible 24/7 access because half the time you try to enter after hours they don't have the system activated. When you bring this to "management" they tell you there is no one you can speak to directly about the issue and they do nothing to solve the problem since it happens consistently.

Nice price for 24 hour access. Sometimes equipment repair can take quite a while, and the ceiling has leaky spots, but the equipment for hardcore weight lifting is there. None of that watered down purple box gym stuff. Fear not as half the gym is dedicated to machines, the other half free weights. This is NOT the place for cardio or fancy stretching/balance work. The cardio equipment is older and not in good shape. Staff isn't always there during the claimed hours, but they are friendly when you talk with them.

This is a great gym! Very big, spacious, clean and affordable. Staff is very nice and friendly! They offer personal training (813 personal training) and my trainer is awesome!!

i like it has alot of machines even though the location is small i go at night and the only thing is the airconditioning is super cold and when i work out my body gets hot and then the next day im caughing and runny nose they also need more treadmills

Be sure to check your contract, otherwise they will take your money forever! I signed up for one year, and I'm still paying for something that I do not even use 2 years later.$60 a month is not a whole lot of money, but when its not something you use at all it can become quite frustrating, especially when not one person within the company will work with you. The location is great if you like people straight out the big house, and if you like to be hit on the whole time you're there. It's not my cup of tea.
