I have been seeing Bibi for a few months now and the benefits she provides to my life are immeasurable. I was scared when first looking at the machines. I have never done pilates before and now I absolutely love it. That love was cultivated by Bibi directly. She provides support that helped me build my confidence with strength and control. For the past year or so I have been struggling with weight gain and it was really starting to take a hit on my self confidence as well as my ability to carry out day to day tasks. A couple months ago, my friend introduced me to her trainer, Bibi, whom she loves. I’ve had fitness trainers in the past, including multiple kickboxing trainers at a kickboxing studio, but they were expensive, inexperienced, and unorganized so I decided to leave them and look elsewhere.

It’s only been a couple months but needless to say Bibi is so much better than the trainers I’ve worked with in the past. She has decades of fitness experience and an arsenal of fitness knowledge that is available to you at your disposal. I pay less than what I paid at my last kickboxing studio, and I gotta admit, her rates are amazing compared to the extreme dedication she has shown in helping me work towards my fitness / weight / body goals. Weight gain can make one feel bad about themselves, like it did with me, but Bibi has been helping me feel more like myself again. I have been noticing not only improvement in my mood and mindset, but also in my day-to-day productivity. Work and chores and all that boring stuff doesn’t seem as bad anymore now that I have that natural rush of endorphins coming in every morning from working out to lift me up.

It’s hard to come by trainers that are transparent and 100% dedicated to their clients instead of their clients checkbooks, so I’m really glad I found Bibi at a time when I really needed fitness assistance to get me out of my funk.

I hate working out and I rarely do it as a result; but for the first time in a long time, I actually look forward to my fitness routine in the morning because I know eventually Bibi will help me achieve the body that I want and the health goals that I have set for myself.

If you find yourself in a rut with your current trainer and/or mental/physical state, I recommend you give Bibi a try. Whatever you need, she will personalize a plan just for you. Even my old trainers with whom I paid over $250 a month for did not ever do this—they actually only gave me 1 “health” plan and it was a print out from the internet. Needless to say, they were useless and not very helpful.

In short, go to Bibi. She’ll get you right and will get you feeling good and back to your normal self in only a couple sessions.

Bibi is incredible! When I first started at Centering Pilates and Fitness, I hadn't worked out consistently in years and was wanting to get back into shape and tone things. Bibi worked with me to determine my goals and what my current level of fitness was, and adjusted the exercises appropriately so that I did not get injured. I love working in the studio on the reformer with her but I am also loving the ability to work 1:1 virtually from home during these crazy COVID times! I immediately signed up for 8 sessions after my first meeting with Bibi because I was so impressed with her. We talked, exercised, and we talked again – what she discovered about my body (she was so accurate with my issues) and recommended. Twice a week, 30 minutes sessions I'm improving. I love my private 1:1 sessions. My workouts are designed to my age, my fitness level, and my needs. The sessions include Pilates, strength training, and cardio. During the sessions, we communicate how I'm feeling, if something hurts, and correcting my form. I feel great! Bibi's knowledge/education, attitude, personality, and workout room is exceptional. I'm learning to PROPERLY use the reformer, trampoline, ring, bosu ball, and exercise bands. I highly recommend her!

I have seen BIBI for 12 sessions and the results are amazing! I was having trouble with my back and went to PT for some help but after 6 wks I was still stiff as a board. The physical therapist recommended pilates and sure enough working with BIbi was the answer. She took the time to learn what and where my specific issues were and designed a program just for me! I am 68 years old and thought arthritic pain was just something you had to live with but after 12 sessions I can get out of bed without pain and I feel like my core is strengthening and I am having less problems with stiffness day to day.
