My daughter had an amazing first season with CFA, we came from another gym and the owners & coaches welcomed my daughter with open arms. This gym leads by example with integrity; it is clear they have a true love for the athletes that come through here. The gym manager Ivy is kind, compassionate, and does a great job in making the athletes feel heard. This gym is helping raise the next generation, it really does take a village. Thank you CFA!

So far so good for my daughter! She loves it so much and is excited every week for class. But just like other parents have pointed out in past reviews, I as well am a bit shocked that parents aren't provided a waiting area with seating. It's a bit rough to stand an hour looking into the window; Some parents choose to sit in their vehicles and wait, but I've noticed most cheering through the window and encouraging their children throughout class. It's a well known facility and their work is definitely top notch, but hospitality for your clients/customers goes a long way. Something as simple as seating is greatly appreciated, especially by someone like myself with a physical disability. Again the facility is amazing and you won't regret signing up, but I wanted to shed some light on this situation and hope management at some point finds the time to work on this potential improvement for us parents. ♥️

Tuve una experiencia supremamente mala en este lugar, sacaron a mi hija del lugar porque supuestamente no la había registrado para el siguiente mes, cuando se supone que el mes de “Marzo” aún no acababa era 31, yo no hablo muy bien inglés pero cuando llamaron la dueña del establecimiento, una señora hispana y latina, me dijo que “ERA MI PROBLEMA” no el de ellos, fue extremadamente grosera y humillante su forma de tratarnos, y cuando estaba intentando grabar el establecimiento en la parte de afuera, me amenazo con llamar la policía, mi hija lloró con todo este asunto, porque lo único que estaba exigiendo era respeto y amabilidad pero me queda supremamente claro que no lo son, debo agradecer la amabilidad de un coach latino use siempre intento ayudarnos pero esta señora Cathy o como se llame (dueña del lugar) despota y grosera en todo el sentido de la palabra, ignoran completamente el SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, NO RECOMIENDO este lugar desde ese punto de vista, porque sus clases son muy buenas!

CFA is the best village in Broward! My daughter just finished her 2nd season and we’re super excited to see what our 3rd year brings! Cheer Florida is more than just a cheer gym to our family. It is a place where my girls feel challenged, where they feel supported, where they learn hard things, where they are (and feel) safe, and where they’ve made indelible lasting friendships. It’s hard to believe they will be starting their 4th season at CFA…and though they may not always have an easy practice or a winning competition, they have never, not once, thought about quitting, taking a break, skipping a practice or missing a gym-wide event. I can’t say enough good things about Cheer Florida. The coaches, owners, and staff run a very professional/ organized program that has teams built for athletes of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. We started CFA during Covid and while the world shut down, CFA became my daughters second home. I’m 3 short years, she blossomed into a fantastic athlete, team player and devoted to this sport more than I could have imagined. The coaches demand excellence and not by scaring their athletes but by gaining their respect and leading the way to it. When we say “CFA- we don’t play” that comes from the top; owners don’t play, this is the kind of place you can trust whole heartedly with your child. We are finishing up our 2nd season with Cheer Florida and looking forward the third! Cheering with CFA has been an amazing experience. When my daughter started at 12 years old I thought since she was older she would have a difficult time learning the tumbling skills. She went from not knowing how to do a backbend to doing walkovers, back handspring series and more in 2 seasons! I am so proud to watch her grow within the program. This was our first season at Cheer Florida but our 5th season overall in competitive cheer. This season has been absolutely amazing. I have two daughters who attend CFA and in just one year here, they both have grown and excelled drastically. They have gained so much confidence in themselves and their capabilities. My daughter will be starting her 5th year of all star cheer at Cheer Florida. She started out as a shy girl with no skills and is now thriving on the mat! She went from barely doing a cartwheel to being front and center giving the call to start the routine. Cheer Florida works hard at teaching skills the girls need in order to be successful. Cheer Florida Gym and All-Star Teams are Excellent! This was my daughter’s first year, and we loved the transition from Pre-team > to Try Outs > to a full Season with the gym. Two years ago, my daughter had zero All Star experience, she could barely do a backbend! With the help of the CFA Family (including her team, class and private coaches), she has gained so many skills (on and off the mat) and is now working on her backhand springs.

But it's not always about gaining tumbling or cheerleading skills. What's most important to us, is the life skills this gym has been able to provide. My daughter is more confident, has learned to accept losses and wins with gratitude and sportsmanship, learned how and when to put her team above her personal ambitions, she has made lifelong memories and friendships, and learned to be extremely dedicated to her team and this sport. For me, that's our biggest WIN, and CFA made it all happen!

Cheer Florida is really her second home, she enjoys being there for every practice, private, class and open gym, sometimes up to 6 days a week (she would do it everyday if she could)! I highly recommend joining our Village!

Our experience at Cheer Florida for the past two years has been nothing short of amazing. We have two daughters whose skills have grown exponentially in the past year alone, and that’s due to the girls working hard and most definitely because the coaches are masters at their craft. Honestly, this has been an incredible inaugural cheer season for my daughter. The entire Cheer Florida staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, and highly professional. I put my daughter on the Thursday level 2 class and the couch is so disrespectful he told my daughter that she was not good enough and said “My grandma can jump higher than you” and he was humiliating other girls. When I comforted him he said to my face that my daughter was not good enough. I will NEVER go to that place again. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!

Beyond disappointed in the owners and the way they allowed their coaches to verbally abuse not only my daughter but other children on her team ! 2 weeks ago after fearing that they would kick her off the team for even having this conversation she was removed from the team . Cheer Florida has an amazing family atmosphere with wonderful owners and an amazing staff of coaches. When my daughter was injured in a swimming pool accident, the owners, Rob and Katya, checked on her regularly. I was so touched and impressed that they took time from their busy day to check on my little girl. They are very caring and professional owners. We just moved to the new Wellington facility and it is beautiful. It has been an amazing experience so far and I look forward to being part of the CF family and watch my daughter grow not only as a cheerleader but as a young lady all while enjoying herself at such an incredible gym!

Well went to the new gym tonight. My daughter was so excited to see the newly anticipated opening. To discover the AC doesn't work. Coaches walking around miserable and obviously there's an issue that no one wants to admit or address. Coach Nikki apologized (the only one who did ). My 5 yeAr old came out after an hour crying. Overheated. Refusing to finish class. While she sat crying in lobby with wet towels over head the owner, Katya, gave me attitude. Refused to tell me what the thermostat said because it's not broken. Said its hot outside and that's why it's hot in here. Did air quotes at me and called an "Ac expert". Twice. And told me she'd call me when the Ac that wasn't broken "was fixed". Again with the air quotes. Never expressed concern for my daughter. Never asked if she was ok or apologized for the situation. Ya know, cuz there isn't one. It's not broken it's just hot outside. Meanwhile the other gym we've been attending all summer long never had an Ac issue and it was just as hot outside last week as it is today. Never experienced such unprofessionalism ever. There's obviously an issue. And and thanks to the other moms who were so mad about it when they arrived and all said they were gonna say something because they were concerned about heatstroke and then never had the balls to speak up when it came up. They all just sat there and let me fight it out with no defense from them. Thanks moms
