I have suffered a series of back injuries over the last 20+ years. These injuries had a significant impact on my quality of life. Chris and I have been working together for more than a year with amazing results. I no longer show injuries on my MRI and no longer need to see the chiropractor. If I have a soft tissue flareup, I have the tools to resolve the pain myself.
Chris is an amazing partner in self care and health. He is patient and creative, finding techniques that worked for me. I simply can't recommend him enough.

I’ve known Chris for over 10 years and I’ve recently in the last six months been working with him as a Functional Patterns instructor. I’ve had a long history of hip back and neck injuries from full contact sports early on in life and now I endure a high stress career. Chris has helped me to better understand the dynamics of my body through the Functional Patterns process, which has made a big difference to my overall strength and stability. What makes his offering special for me is the combination of these cutting edge teachings, combined with his insightful nuggets and anecdotes, based on his own personal experiences over the years on how to simplify and make the task of consistent exercise fun again.
What I have come to appreciate is that my body is more connected than I ever imagined, and the process of functional and fully integrative training not just tunes my muscles, my mind, my organs and my heart; it really gives me a sense and realization that my body can sustain me for many decades to come. Chris shares an incredible wealth and depth of knowledge from a variety of modalities, training and techniques. He is a reliable professional who is exceedingly personable and accommodating. I have been training with Chris for well over a year and have known him for over 10 years.
His unique ability to identify areas of weakness within the body’s structure and functioning allow him to personalize a program tailored specifically to each individual client. I have experienced significantly increased strength and deeper functional physical abilities as a result of his training. He uses and has built such an incredibly varied library of exercises that I have never been bored nor felt my training was repetitious.
One of his unique strengths is his Thai massage which he uses to address any issues of discomfort and allows for improved adherence to his training program.

Chris is the real deal and one stop shop to physical therapy, strength training, and overall physical health!!!
I’ve worked with Chris over the past couple years and especially in the last year, where I worked with a few different PTs, but didn’t get the care and attention I needed.
I came to Chris with pretty severe tendinitis on the knee that I had the ACL reconstruction on. I was six months out from surgery where I should have been pretty active, but couldn’t even walk up the stairs pain-free. Within six weeks of 2-3 sessions a week, I was nearly pain-free and running, kiteboarding, playing Pickleball, and doing all of my favorite things I love to do.
Chris is not only an expert practitioner. He’s an amazing human being whose attention and custom treatment plans are top-notch. Could not recommend him enough!!
