A nice fitness center with plenty of equipment. One seldom has to wait to use their desired machine. Also has a lovely heated pool and a good selection of classes. A lot of youth come for kids programs but I personally have no knowledge concerning it. I do love to take advantage of their steam after a workout.

Coach Linda has been an absolute gift for our 6-year-old son’s swimming journey. From the very first lesson, it was clear that she was a perfect match for his personality—you can immediately tell she’s a “boy mom” and knows exactly how to connect with kids in a way that makes them feel seen and understood.

Our son had a real fear of going underwater, and Coach Linda approached it with so much patience and care. She never pushed him but gently encouraged him, making the idea of going underwater fun and enticing. Most importantly, she always left the decision up to him, creating a sense of trust and confidence that allowed him to overcome his fear on his own terms.

We’ve had such a great experience with the Children’s programming at Christi’s. My kids starting swimming at 6 months and 1 year old in the baby and me class and then advanced to private lessons. The swim staff shows a high level of pride in swim safety while also making it fun and engaging for the kids. Their experience shines in their ability to adapt to each child’s individual needs. They also have incredible patience and compassion to deal with the inevitable toddler meltdowns.
My kids also enjoy the baby and me gymnastics class. Running around the open gym is a great way to get some energy out in the AC and expose them to the gymnastics equipment before starting them in lessons.

I’ve been a member at Christi’s for about 7 years now. I started going there because of the amazing group fitness classes but have developed the most amazing friends and family now! The ladies that run these classes are top tier! Currently I am taking weight training with Robin, Toning with Cindy and Zumba with Melissa and Edwin. All are amazing instructors. In addition, they do lots of events to make a community! It keeps you motivated to keep coming back when you are going to see friends!

The best swim program there is in Indian River county! You can’t find any more caring, knowledgeable, and patient instructors. They really take the time and build a bond with your child while teaching them the tools to save their life in the water. Learning how to swim should be the very first thing you teach a child. There’s no amount of money that could ever replace that peace of mind if your child would have an accidental fall into water. Literally the best thing I did was sign my baby up for swim lessons. And she loves it and looks forward to it every week! Not to mention she’s now a good swimmer at just 2 years old!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the swim department at Christi's Fitness! Coach Linda Simos is an amazing teach. My daughter and son absolutely LOVE her and she has a way of teaching that males kids so excited about swimming all while making sure they know exactly how to keep themselves safe around/in a pool.

We’ve been coming here for the past year for my daughter’s gymnastics and love it! Nichole is always super responsive with any questions or concerns and is super easy to get involved with great day camps for the kids. The instructors really push the kids to learn and keep them moving. My daughter comes out of class exhausted every time. Great facility, not too big but enough room. Coach Linda Simos (swim) is a genuinely fantastic human. She’s been teaching our son how to swim for about a year now and I would highly recommend her to anyone - babies, kids, adults! She’s down to earth, relatable, knowledgeable, professional and still so much fun, SO passionate about what she does and just an overall magnificent teacher. Our son looks forward to his swim lessons each week and has progressed rapidly - Coach Linda has exceeded any and all expectations I’ve had! Coach Kira is also a wonderful human! Our son loves to play around with her in the water, after his lesson - and she never rushes him. It’s so nice that these women not only look out for our son, but also me (giving Mommy a little break!). Absolutely beautiful, genuine souls - I cannot express this enough!

Coach Grayson (gymnastics) is yet another incredible soul! She’s passionate, patient and so much fun with the homeschool gymnastics class our son is in. It’s been a real pleasure getting to know her and watch how our son perfects different movements.

It was a fun and fantastic experience with alot of guidance from Coach Kathleen! He continued with private lessons with Coach Linda and is now 2 years old. Back in September 2021, I called Cristie‘s fitness to cancel my child’s gymnastic service. They told me that I had to come into the gym to cancel the service even though I was out of town and not available to come into the gym. After many conversations, I thought that we had verbal confirmation of cancellation.
A day after our final conversation, they did send me a cancellation paperwork over email, but they never notified me that they sent it, so it went to spam.
Then March 2022 they started billing me again all the way till I noticed it in the month of May.
I have reached out many times to be in contact with their manager to get a refund for services I did not want, nor did I use. The manager has not returned a call to me at all.
Ever since Cristie’s fitness has been purchased by Empire holdings (that is who I was told who owns Christie’s fitness now). They have went downhill regarding caring about people in the community.

Joining a gym was a big decision for me as I was pretty sure I wouldn't stick with it. Turns out, I've barely missed a day in over three years. The awesome staff and friendly members make it easy to keep going back. But most of all, my trainer, Stephen Vendryes and my swim coach, Linda Simos, keep me motivated. You won't find better anywhere. The pricing is right, there are lots of classes from which to choose, and the gym is the perfect size: not too book and not to small. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't check it out.

Our 2 year old granddaughter has been taking swim lessons at Christi’s Fitness with Coach Linda. She started out crying not wanting to even get her head wet, but with Coach Linda’s cheerful attitude and abilities we now have a swimmer who can swim, jump in without fear, float on her back and now loves to be in the water. We didn’t have much of an issue until we needed to cancel the gymnastics membership in order to do swim lessons. I called before the end of the month and was told I would receive a phone call back from the gymnastics department about cancelling. I never received a phone call then I called again a few days after and told the same. This time I did receive a phone call back telling me I had to come into the office to cancel. After going in I was told I would have to pay this month my daughter is not attending plus an additional month because it was after the 1st. Our two daughters recently joined Christi’s gymnastics competitive team this past Fall! We couldn’t be any happier being there! Brittany and her team of coaches provide a safe, fun, and high-quality instruction. The facility is second to none in the area. They just installed a brand new Gymnastics Floor. Every aspect of the team is managed professionally. We feel free to ask any questions about gymnastics and quickly receive an articulate answer.
The most important thing, our girls quickly realized about Christi’s Gymnastics, is the TEAM atmosphere that they were previously lacking. They are happy and enthusiastic before and after practice which is what any parent really wants for their child. There is a strong feeling of family that is created by the Coaches. At the beginning of the Covid outbreak, Christie's reached out to all of us in gymnastics to see what we wanted to do, i agreed to freeze until a later date. Today they hit me for 96 and change. I called and explained that I have been unemployed since July and that I did not approve that charge. I explained she just took our food money. Needless to say, they could care less. They are keeping it. Or I can argue with corporate, alone without their help. Nice job during a pandemic. Enjoy our grocery money.

My review is just for the gym portion of this facility.
There is an adequate amount of machines and I could always end up doing everything I set out to work on. It’s not too busy later in the evenings which is a huge plus. We ended up moving and I was able to cancel my membership without much hassle.
My only con was the price- it’s quite a bit more expensive to go here than other chain gyms if you are just utilizing the gym portion. Perhaps that’s why it’s not so busy.

I have recently switched to Christi’s from Sebastian Anytime and I do not regret it. After I stormed out of anytime fitness (Sebastian location) crying my heart out, because of the way the employees were treating me because of my life choice, and I could tell the staff at the front desk at Christi’s could tell I was upset and had been crying, and they welcomed me in, and have been so incredible since I started there. Even the members are great! One older gentleman heard me talking about what happened and he couldn’t believe it and he hugged me and said “well we don’t care here. We accept all” and that’s why I’ve never looked back. The gym is VERY clean, spaced out and a lot of space to do anything. Haven’t tried any classes out, but they look fun! I’m definitely going to be staying at this gym from now on.

Our family was 3 days late canceling the next months payment for child swim lessons for our 4 year old. We were late as a result of everything happening with our Down Syndrome new baby who recently had open heart surgery. My wife quit her job job to take care of our baby. We are on one income now. Christi’s Fitness would not refund our money. Christi’s would not even meet in the middle to compromise. Their way, or the highway. My wife tried to contact a manager, but got passed around to multiple people who never gave message to correct people. This went on for weeks. Finally got the name of manager, and was told to “email”. TERRIBLE customer service! The human element of compassion/understanding was missing. Their response was quite bureaucratic and corporate, even though they are a small local business...read the fine print! They don’t budge for anything. We will NEVER return...

Beware Studio C. They don't explain that they charge you $10 for missing class AND they won't let you into class late. They give your spot to another person who is waiting AND charge you $10. I attended a birthday party there and the service was awful. The three young party attendants were rude and unwelcoming to the children. They were not friendly and barely smiled. They seemed aggravated with the kids and rushed us through the party, taking our plates while we still had pizza in our hands. I did not like the atmosphere or the simplicity of the party for the amount of money they charge. Call me crazy, but I think you should hire people that like kids or are at least able to act like they like them, if you are going to hold CHILDREN birthday parties at your facility.
