This gym doesn’t seem to value its instructors. I’ve taken several classes with different instructors and the classes with the instructor Prie are by far the absolute best. Even though I properly reserved my spot and had a green ticket I was turned away because her class was full but many people did not reserve bikes. It needs to be posted on the door that the class requires a reservation and a ticket. This issue has been happening for months. For goodness sake, train front desk staff to enforce the ticketing and reservation process! And get more bikes! Additionally, as a newer member I notice instructors bring their own speakers because the sound system is not properly set up. That is absurd. All of the renovations being done in that gym need to include a functioning sound system. Classes are quite literally the only reason many people keep their memberships at your gym. Do better by your instructors and set them up for success.

We are visiting from out of state and Chuze Fitness was nearby our family’s house. We opted to try visiting here instead of Planet Fitness as we are used to having more of a similar gym layout as Chuze has. Gym has gone down hill since Chuze took over from Baileys. Warm water in the water fountains, AC is broke, cars are being broken into right I front of the building, all the equipment is crammed together, and every time you turn around a piece of equipment is broke. At this point I iight as well go pay Planet Fitness $10 a month. People complain and they don’t do anything to resolve the issues

Definitely not worth the costs! This is a small gym that is over priced and lacking in amenities. The new owners now charge extra to bring your children! The costs will be over $50 per month! And you will have to schedule ahead of time to make sure they can be accommodated!!!! Definitely consider the YMCA and other gyms for the price you will pay.

Frustrated.
The staff is pretty nice but something is always broken.
Several time when I went in the sauna wasn't heated enough. Instead of getting a new heater they moved the thermostat so that it is directly over the heater. So that thermostat says it is a higher temperature than it really is.
I'm disappointed in this short cut because the sauna is important to me. I'm still a member because this is the only gym with any sauna close to my house.

I never leave reviews but this one has to be left, I went into the gym and got a membership and I had 30 days to cancel no problem there. Then I realized that I wasn’t going to be in FL any more and that I was going to be traveling abroad, so I went into the gym and cancelled my membership and payed the cancellation fee all within the correct time frame to cancel, the women I talked to said everything was done and taken care of. Next thing you know I keep getting charges and have an outstanding balance of over $300 for a gym membership that I haven’t used and cancelled so I thought. I call them and they said yes it looks like you cancelled your membership and payed your cancellation fee, but we did not receive proof of your relocation. 1. You don’t need proof of my relocation that’s my information 2. That’s bad business and sketchy that you continue to charge me after the member CANCELS the membership. Now I have to call corporate apparently and close my account out and pay the balance still. I would not recommend this gym to anybody just due to the fact of them lying and misleading you and finding a way to continue to charge you. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.

This gym is great. Exactly what I’m looking for as far as simplicity. Decent selection of weights and machines, but something is always broken. Not sure of the parameters behind getting things fixed but some machines are absolutely vital! I think Fran- the morning front desk attendant- is phenomenal! She stands out above the rest, remembers your name and is just a pleasant person to encounter in the morning. The gym could use a bit more cleaning and I wish it were cheaper for the athletic room with month to month memberships. (I will deduct that star mentally) however there’s cheaper options. overall great gym; Better than the other bailey’s location from what I remember and beats out any LA Fitness for sure

Pros:
-open 24 hours with platinum membership, no one bothers you, friendly staff, easy to get in and get out. Overall decent gym.
Cons:
-some of the equipment is outdated and broken down, can’t really see the numbers on kettle bells, etc…
-the gym itself could use a good deep cleaning. There is a lot of dust and dirt collecting on the equipment and floors.
If they just cleaned and replaced some of the equipment it would be a 10/10 but it gets the job done.

I enjoy spending time at this location because it’s the closest to my home. The only downfall is the equipment run down & discolored from long term use. Some machines are a bit rusty & people don’t wipe them down after usage. There’s one lady who cleans. The child area isn’t always open, but when it is my son enjoys it. It has a nice spacious play area with many toys & a tv. You can only leave your child in for an hour so let’s be realistic, workouts take longer than that unless you’re doing quick cardio. My favorite feature is the athletic training room away from the crowd. That’s a feature you also have to pay for…if the other locations weren’t as far from home I would rather go to those for better updated equipment

My experience with Anna and the corporate office was one were the customer doesn't have a chance regardless of the circumstances. All questions will be answered with policy. Regardless even bad information is given by poorly trained employees and all policy will end with Bailey's Gym getting one more payment from every single customer. Every single time so please be careful and read all policies before becoming a member.

The facility need permanent male and female cleaners. It is impossible for 1 female to clean that entire gym. So many good cleaners have come and leave after 6 months. There have been many complaints about the female trying to clean the male restroom. The equipment also needs updated. It's make you wonder what is annual equipment fee been used for if we can't get new equipment. Just old equipment for other gyms. It would be nice if our bicycle had the TV monitor. You need to check out the front door with all the finger prints and smudges.

The gym is 24hrs but they lock the big room at 8pm. Why can't it stay open. We pay for full access but that's not considered full access. We have schedules that may not allow us to get a spin class in during the day and we should still have access to them whether an instructor is there or not.

Great gym! I specifically love the training room with the punching bags. My only gripe with THIS location is that the entire floor is turf(im guessing that's what that is) and it feels weird doing boxing drills in that surface. It would be awesome if that replaced that material in the boxing area.
