Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped for GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS® & Pilates training in small groups, shared, & private sessions. We also offer Bosu, TRX, specialty classes, & nutritional coaching and unique workshop experiences such as breath-work, kundalini activation, sound healing & more. We are proud to be a host site for Master Trainers to conduct Teacher Training in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods.

I feel so grateful to have found Cinde Carroll’s studio! Cinde skillfully and intuitively sets a beautiful tone as she demonstrates her dedication, devotion and exceptional skill.
Students and teachers are serious about their work while simultaneously embracing a peaceful, friendly and joyful atmosphere.

Cinde Carroll is prodigy level trainer of trainers. She’s gained a true mastery level knowledge and practice of movement and alignment based training and even therapy. She makes it tough and challenging but without sacrificing integrity of alignment through movement. She keeps her classes small enough to watch everyone like a hawk. She makes excellent corrections and I always grow in body-awareness and make strides toward breakthroughs in her classes! You must come experience it for yourself!!

If you’re looking to create mind-muscle connection within and overall bettering yourself as a person, this is the place to go! Cinde is the best….. ever.. extremely knowledgeable about the body and how to perform each exercise perfectly, each time. Ronda and Doreen are amazing as well, they are all STOTT instructors aka incredibly smart and then still able to engage with all types of learners!!!! I absolutely love and adore this studio so much. There is so much thought and intention not only put into the space but every single class taught. I’ve been working out with Cinde at her studio since 2016. My body shape and strength is better today than it’s been in my 20s. Today I’m 49, just for reference. The pointed instruction she gives and the attention she pays to how I do the exercises in order to strengthen and build-on rather than overextend and injure my body is second to none. I’ve tried other studios and other instructors, and Cinde is absolutely the best. Even in group classes no two classes are the same. She uses a lot of the fitness modalities in her studio (Pilates reformer, jump-board, Pilates spring board, Yamuna balls, stability ball, bands, to name a few) to make the workout. Interesting and challenging every time! I highly recommend Cinde Carroll, Pilates and Gyrotonic studio SRQ if you’re looking to strengthen from where you are at, even if you suffer from old injuries (she’s actually super great with those).

I have been going to Cinde Carroll Studio for about 2.5 years now, and at age 72, I believe I now have a younger, stronger body and healthier way of approaching movement in my daily life. The studio is very discriminating about hiring only highly qualified instructors. And Cinde Carroll is truly amazing. When she is teaching or individually training she is carefully and patiently observing every detail to make sure her students learn to move correctly. I was encouraged to go to her by an M.D. friend of mine who refers to her as a “body savant”. Sarasota is lucky to have her and her studio as a resource.

I have been doing private gyrotonic weekly sessions with Artur for the past few years. I initially tried it as a way to heal from trauma, and it was effective. After that, it became about opening facia, increasing mobility, and gaining strength. Artur, as a teacher, makes it fun, listens, and pushes me as needed. The studio is inviting and energetic, and Cinde Carol is delightful. I have tried other studios in the area before settling on Cinde's.

I came to Cinde as an athlete wanting to better my core strength and get stronger for my competitions. By the first class I was hooked, I have done both the Pilates and Gyrotonic with her and I was BLOWN away! I’m an avid gym goer and extremely active but she knew instantly where my body was compensating and I left feeling AMAZING I could feel my body was strengthening in places I hadn’t been even paying attention to. I go multiple times during the week and I’ve seen a HUGE shift in my body and my strength. Especially as a woman its important for me to build inner core strength. Cinde not only kept the class fun and full of laughter she literally didn’t miss a beat and constantly made sure my form was correct so I got the full value of her class. I seriously cannot say enough how much I love her class and how looking forward I am to continuing my journey with her.

Cinde is amazing!! She is very attentive, her attention to detail in guiding the exercises, how to modify, how to perform them correctly, areas to focus on, specially breath/core incorporation.
it is sooo noticeable her knowledge and her passion for this practice - body movement, musculature, the connection of mind-body- intentional breath.
I have had back pain for a looooong time and since starting pilates in her studio and her guidance it is completely gone.
I can definitely notice a huge difference in core strengthening and stability, greater posture and self confidence.
This studio has been renovated and expanded where all the equipment is super nice.
The environment there is so welcoming and relaxing, I always leave feeling so great about my day and my body!

Cinde Carroll s classes are different each time. Engaging the whole body. I leave feeling better, aches in my shoulder and back gone,
I feel taller and straighter, more balanced and of course stronger and slimmer. Definitely a core workout!
I also take private sessions with Karen Reynolds. For me it has taken my body to the next level.
I perform better and stronger at work, at HIIT classes, even walking my 2 dogs.

I feel very fortunate to have found Cinde. I hate to exercise, but I look forward to going to Cinde Carroll's studio. I have done pilates in another city, with other instructors and she is in a word "the best". In class she see's everyone and nothing passes by her. She will never let you hurt yourself by doing any of the exercises incorrectly. This studio is a gem.

The Gyrotonics and Pilates classes offered by Cinde Carroll are, by far, the best that I have done. Her attention to detail of movement gives your body the reward you are looking for. She is always helpful and supportive . With her extremely practiced eye , she checks your posture for any tweaking that can be done to improve your performance during her class. I think , also, Cinde keeps her class work on a constant change up so boredom is not in ones vocabulary. If you are looking for a great strengthening workout, without a doubt ,I would recommend , Cinde Carroll !
