Excellent vibe and energy from the place and all the staff!
We walked in, there was a Zumba class in full swing and everyone looked like they were having a great time. Santiago was very friendly and gave us a tour of the whole place, explaining every detail, very attentive! To finish off, we did Patricia's class, which was fantastic! She was smiling the whole time and was technically excellent in her teaching!

I wouldn’t recommend. They assume everyone speaks Spanish. The only thing I can say they keep the gym clean. Note for owner - staff should not see someone’s first and last name and assume they speak Spanish it’s very rude and disrespectful.

It is hard to feel like you’re getting your money’s worth in Miami, but City Zero pulls it off. That’s hard to do with a $180/month cost, but somehow they do it. I am pushing myself to come every day of the week to the group classes and I still feel like I am missing out on other group classes. I want to come every day. The group classes are top notch, and the machines are top of the line as well.

I had never had the opportunity to experience Zumba before City Zero, so when I did the tour of the gym, I kept wondering why the employee was spending so much time talking to me about the Zumba offerings. I associated Zumba as an older people activity and not something that I would enjoy or stick with.
Okay, trust me, after three months at this gym, now I FULLY GET IT. Zumba is *that girl* and City Zero has the best of the best instructors. Zumba with Cat gives you an empowered, happy feeling. Zumba with Carlos is the most technical in my opinion, but you leave feeling so satisfied. Zumba with Jenny feels like Girl’s Night Out, but you’re at the gym. All of the instructors are just great, including in the group classes. I can’t recommend this gym enough!

Whenever I visited Miami in the past , I would attend Betsy Dopico’s zumba classes. Now she teaches at this amazing gym! I wish I lived in Miami so that I could be a member and go everyday. Every time I visit Miami, my schedule revolves around the exceptional classes that I can take at City Zero. The facility is so clean and modern and has all the equipment you could ever need. The instructors are the best I have ever encountered.
Everyone is welcoming and the gym has a very positive and friendly vibe.
If you are just visiting Miami , make sure to make time to attend some classes here.

This was our first time here. I was there with two other people. The place is really modern but welcoming. We were there to take a class and after they gave us a tour. They have world class installations with latest tech machines. They have an energy bar with pre and post workout smoothies and are the bomb. The only issue was they don’t have a lot of parking but a lot of people ride on scooters. Definitely coming back. Well done!
