I love this place. I am a former mma fighter and I have been training with Juan for 2 weeks. The training is tailored to my goals and it is fun and challenging every time. He really knows what he's doing. I am a business I owner he is an incredible owner operator. I searched many other commercial gyms in the area and searcher through trainers before I gave Juan a try, but none of the trainers actually live the life. Juan does! He is the best personal trainer around and you can tell by his appearance that he actually practices what he preaches. The gym is clean and has special machines other gyms don't have. An amazing gym 24/7 private gym!!

My family and I traveled up from Fort Lauderdale to Clearwater for an extended weekend. I found Clearwater Beach Fitness a few minutes away from where we were staying and that they offered different day pass options.

The owner is extremely nice. The gym has a great vibe and great pieces of equipment.

This is a gym like no other. First of all, I have to appreciate the old-school bodybuilding atmosphere with the metal weights, music playing from the speakers and motivational posters/quotes all over the walls to keep you going. The lighting is crazy and when that mid-workout pump comes, you're going to look unnatty! The equipment is top-tier and if you're looking for a machine to train a specific muscle group, Clearwater Beach Fitness has it all. I know that it's common for gyms to have dirty floors and weights all over the place, but not this one. This gym ensures that the area is cleaned daily and you'll almost never find weights lying around. Very friendly and supportive community too, especially the staff. They recently added a cold plunge and bloodwork room, so I'm excited to try that out soon. Highly recommend Clearwater Beach Fitness! You will not regret visiting!

I've been a member of this fantastic gym in the heart of Clearwater for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The owners are incredibly passionate about their sport and the facilities, which really shows in how well the gym is maintained and the atmosphere they've created.

The gym itself has literally everything you could possibly need for a great workout—machines, free weights, and much more. Juan just brought in a weighted sled to push and pull. Gym is well-equipped to suit ANy fitness level, whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned powerlifter / body builder or instagram influencer.

Recently, I started training with Juan, and I’ve seen tremendous progress. Juan takes the time to understand my fitness level and creates routines that not only challenge me but also keep me motivated. Constant switching things up so I develop and don’t get bored. Gym has a large array of equipment and free weights. Convenient location as I can walk home to shower after workout or use my backyard swimming pool and hot-tub (facilities that are part of my regular gym in Massachusetts have on location indoor track, large lap pool and a hot tub as well as several shower stalls and multiple toilets).

This is a great little gym. Bought a week pass while visiting Clearwater beach. It has tons of useful equipment so your vacation workouts aren’t a waste. Everything was really clean and it wasn’t crowded. The only issue I had was with an exposed damaged cable that cut my arm up. It looked like it was taped up but easily wore off. I still wouldn’t hesitate to buy another week pass next time I visit.

This little gym was perfect for a daily full body workout before hitting the beach. While staying at Opal Sands for a week I needed a real gym to get my lifting in. I stopped by the gym to see what was available and how weekly membership worked. I was greeted by a friendly trainer and shown around.

Bushwhacker Luke was working in the office and helped me with the membership. He was nice and easy to talk to!

The gym itself has everything you need... I was able to stick to my routine and deadlift, squat and bench as usual, something I couldn't have achieved at the resort's fitness center.

The only place convenient to Clearwater Beach. Signed up for a month and visited nearly every day. Juan and Julie are great people and are passionate about what they do. Too often I see folks training people who look like they have no business doing so, not the case here. Gym goers I encountered were friendly and willing to suggest places in the area. Place is kept clean... a must in today's environment. They pack a lot of equipment in efficiently, and I was able to go about business as usual. Dumbells go up to 120. All the normal free weight, Smith machine, pulley equipment. Plus a vibrating machine that I ended up finding my self on at the beginning and end of my sesh. Some supplement availability would be nice so I don't have to carry my whole kitchen with me next summer... but I'll probably bring it all anyway.

First off you actually get to meet BushWhacker Luke in person, that wasn't a gimmick. The guy has still got it. Very nice, straight forward owner. I personally saw him vacuuming and keeping everything neat and tidy. The prices are outrageously cheap as I got a whole week for $30 and I can tell you trying to find a decent cheap gym on vacation is usually impossible. You get a key fob and can let yourself in anytime of the day, literally 24/7 as claimed which is great. There was a great balance of aerobic equipment and weights. The weights went up to 120 for dumbbells which you can't get at those rinky dink hotel gyms. There was a side room for massages you could book as well. All in all, great gym, great price, highly recommend

I loved loved loved this gym!! We stayed on the north side of the island so had a nice 2 mile run to it, weights workout with heaps of choice of equipment, friendly and well maintained. Highly recommend!! If we come back to stay at Clear Water, would definitely rejoin :)

On top of being a very insightful and knowledgable trainer, Julie is effortlessly personable and makes every workout session go by in a blink of an eye. She always pushes me further towards my goals and pushes me past my comfort level. What impresses me about Julie over other trainers I have tried, was her ability to know my muscle ability within the first session and know what weights to use and where to go from there. In working with Julie I have gained muscle and mental strength. I’ve trained with Julie for 3 months and now it’s time to go back home. I wish I could bring her back home with me. I definitely will come back to Clearwater Beach Fitness!

Love Going here. Owned by "Luke" from the Bushwhackers. Hardcore Atmosphere. If you're a Fan it's a Must go. One Monitor has Wrestling Documentaries on at all times. In between Sets I'd ask Luke about some of the Guys on the Screen and he had great Memories of them. Good, Well maintained Equipment.

From the time you walk in the door of Clearwater Beach Fitness, you feel like you're family. Bushwhacker Luke, the gym's owner, greets you when you arrive and he's always smiling and friendly!

The equipment does exactly what you need it to do. It's easy and it works! Great workout atmosphere!

The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of fitness and nutrition. Every question I asked...they had an answer for.

The prices are excellent. No better price for what you get!

Last, but certainly not least, how could you ever get a better location to work out than on incredible Clearwater Beach? It's world-famous as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

If you're headed to the Clearwater Beach, Florida area, definitely stop in and get in a workout at Bushwhacker Luke's gym...it's more than worth it!

Vacationed in Clearwater for the first time and of course I needed to keep up with the workout schedule. I read the positive reviews online about Clearwater Beach Fitness and I became interested. With it being 24 hours, it was a great convenience because I could go super early to alleviate my wife from complaining about workout time impeding in on vacation time. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Luke, the owner, and wrestling Hall of Famer who is a very nice and down to earth guy. Sign up was fast and easy. The gym itself is definitely an “old school” style gym but it has a lot of diversified equipment, and is very clean. The trainers and staff were friendly and welcoming, and the members themselves were friendly. I definitely enjoyed my workout time here. I’m not trying to sell anybody on anything but feel as if good business and good people deserve recognition. Hope this review helps.

BEST gym in town! So much love for this place. Thy play Hair Nation on XM throughout the day (80's Rock n Roll) and has occasional Rocky movies and WWE wrestling video's from the 80's playing as well.. The decor is old school bodybuilding photos' on the wall. And a Key club?? Are you kidding me. I belong to LA fitness, and Gold's on East Bay Drive, but when I want to ride my bike down the road and get my workout on ...It's Clearwater Beach Fitness. Thank you for the memories and love!

Love CWB fitness! Plenty of equipment ranging from a multitude of machines, free weights, bars/plates, multiple benches, an 8-station Smith Machine and cardio equipment. Gym has 24 hour access and the owner, Juan, is usually on site at least 6 days a week during the day for questions or general help. The customer base ranges from beginner to advanced and all age groups. I like the fact that for a gym that’s fully equipped for any level of fitness, I’ve never run into any “lunk heads” or real ego lifters. Everyone there just kind of goes about their business and is pretty courteous to each other. The gym is very clean as well which I find very important. There’s 3 stations for anti-bacterial foam and paper towels for cleaning your equipment after your done. I’ve observed that most people there are pretty good about wipe downs after use. The staff and owner also seem very proactive on keeping a safe, clean environment. Overall, I’d say if you were just on vacation trying to get a good workout in or are a local like myself then this is by far the best gym in the Clearwater area. Great staff, comfortable environment and enough equipment to do whatever workout you are geared for!
