This is honestly a club that’s inconsiderate. On August 5 it was pouring like crazy and if you know miami gets flooded fast. A class that had a waiting list become available for 4 spot 30 min before the class start so I scheduled it. Right when I’m under the light by Starbucks to get it I see 4 car sedan stuck in the water mind you I have a small car as well so I called the front desk who told me that regional manager were being contacted to avoid getting charge for cancelation fee mind you I just schedule the class cause spot were just open. Then she proceeded to text me this message which they will charge me a fee if I don’t drive in the flooded area. I literally have unlimited membership $260 a month and have the nerve to charge me $25 more for a class that I can’t attend due to weather conditions. I will definitely look for another place cause that’s extremely inconsiderate of them.

I had been a loyal member of Club Pilates Aventura for two years and always appreciated the instructors, they are very good , nice and always smiling.
Unfortunately, I recently had an experience that led me to cancel my membership. On one occasion, I arrived about 6–7 minutes late due to a very difficult personal situation. My husband was in ICU at Mount Sinai.I explain this to the front desk staff member, but she told me that rules are rules and I could not enter. Despite this, I joined the class, as I was in desperate need of a moment to relax. Shortly after, the instructor—who was very kind—asked me to leave because the staff member was upset. I respected the request and left, but I decided to cancel my membership immediately.
What saddens me most is that the day before, I had shared my situation with another instructor, and she kindly allowed me to keep my phone with me in class in case of emergencies. That level of empathy meant a lot to me. Unfortunately, this same understanding was not shown the following day.
I also emailed the manager to explain what happened but never received a response. For me, this lack of acknowledgment was very disappointing.
I am truly grateful to the instructors for their dedication and warmth, but I believe long-standing members deserve to be treated
with compassion, especially during challenging times. For this reason, I have chosen to say goodbye to Club Pilates Aventura.

Nathalia, a very educated young woman. I love to see that she is the one who is there when I come. She makes me feel very happy and wanting to continue coming. Super clean studio, amazing instructors, and great energy all around. The classes are tough in the best way and actually fun. I’ve gotten stronger and feel better in my body since joining. This place is absolutely wonderful. The studio remains clean, the members form beautiful friendships, the front desk is so welcoming and kind. Coming here is always a great experience and feels like family! The instructors offer a variety of different classes for different body parts and difficulty levels, my shoulder and hip have felt so much better since I started coming here. I’ve been a loyal member of Club Pilates for years and have always appreciated the quality of their classes. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Aventura location was extremely disappointing.

This was my first time visiting this studio on 5/28 and I planned ahead knowing it was far from home. I drove nearly 40 minutes, dealing with heavy traffic and multiple accidents along the way. Despite my best efforts, I arrived 10 minutes late. I normally pride myself on arriving early to every class, so this situation was frustrating to say the least.

Despite explaining my situation to the front desk staff, I was met with a lack of understanding and no attempt to accommodate me. This was not only inconvenient but also felt very disrespectful… Given the specific circumstances and the effort it took to get there, I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED for that class. I showed up. I was physically present. I was simply turned away.

On top of that, I’ve seen a decline in the quality at what many would consider the “main” location (ifykyk). The equipment is worn down, with fabric cracked and patched instead of properly replaced. The AC is hit-or-miss. Maintenance and cleaniness issues are frequent. And when it rains? The parking lot can often flood so badly you risk damaging your car just trying to attend class. And yet - if class is still on and you can’t make it through the water, you’re charged anyway.

It’s clear that this Franchisee’s focus is on opening new studios rather than maintaining the standards and care that made this brand what it used to be.

People have choices, especially in today’s economy. These classes are not cheap. When someone chooses to invest in their health and well-being, they should be treated with consideration and respect. What I experienced at Aventura fell far short of that. Between the lack of accommodation and the nightmare traffic and accessibility, I’ll absolutely be avoiding that location going forward.

And please - do not respond to this review unless you truly plan to take accountability and make meaningful changes. A generic apology means nothing if it’s not followed by action.

I truly hope management hears this and takes the feedback seriously. Clients deserve to feel valued.

If you’re looking for a Pilates studio where you can actually relax and enjoy your membership, this is NOT the place. Their policies are extremely rigid — honestly, they feel almost authoritarian, like there’s absolutely no room for human error or misunderstanding.

If you make a simple mistake, like getting confused about your class time (which can happen to anyone!), they won’t let you make it up or reschedule, even if you physically show up and are ready to participate. They treat every situation with zero flexibility, no matter the circumstance. It’s all about strict rules and squeezing more money out of you, not about creating a welcoming or supportive environment.

Given how expensive the membership is, you’d expect at least a little understanding and customer service. Instead, it’s rigid, cold, and completely unforgiving — the exact opposite of the calming, stress-free experience Pilates is supposed to provide. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy, positive workout

Been a member for over a year, called to move into a class with three openings at 2pm instead of my scheduled 4pm, they will not accommodate it without penalty. Simply bad business practices not to accommodate members when you have spaces available. Manager was “gone for the day”, called before 1pm. I requested a phone call, was told she wasn’t there and would only call tomorrow. Mentioned to the representative that a manager doesn’t have to be there to make a phone call. Just because your computer system doesn’t have the capability to do the adjustment, there should be some common sense/human basic customer service used to overcome this. Overall, find the location not up to par w other competing or even same brand studios, lots of turnover of instructors, and not for the better.

the app doesn't work well, sometimes when you check in it cancels your class and they charge you extra for that, don't go there, it's better not to do exercise than to pay for such bad service you will thank me for this

Had the opportunity to visit and take classes at Aventura Club Pilates for an entire week. Have to say I was so welcomed with open arms. What an eye opener for me to see how professional and experienced a true Club Pilates location and instructors should be modeled after. First let me say a huge shout out to PERIL, OLGA, ELENA and LIZAVETA. Best instructors I’ve ever had in my 15 years of taking Pilates. OLGA taught the BEST EVER 2.0 Club Pilates class that challenged me in ways I didn’t even know I could accomplish!! Bravo!! All of them made me feel so welcome and harnessed me to my full potential. I look forward in returning to Aventura soon to sign up for more classes.

This place never lose!! Most of their classes are always booked in advance, which means that you have the possibility of not being able to get in even if you have a full membership. In many occasions and supported by their “Policies” charge you for cancelation even if your cancellation was a day before with 11hrs and 55 min in advance, the same thing happens if you still have 3 minutes to starting the class and you are in the waiting but you didn’t get the studio and someone on the class never arrived, they will charge this person and you for being on the waiting list. On the contrary, if they don’t have space for you, it is simply “Sorry” they don’t give you a penny back. In addition to this, some administration staff are not very empathetic in the face of any concern from the members. For example today I wanted to cancel and the person who attended me with very nothing of empathy asked me to explain why I was going to cancel and of course as a reward he told me that if I left and wanted to return I would lose my high monthly payment and they give me an other more high. Additionally, the person pointing that I would not be able To continue taking my classes paying in advance as full member because my cancellation would be immediately “ As I say, they don’t lose, the client lose always”. However, I must admit that the teacher and classes are very good and professionals. I left this place disappointed, I really wish they would appreciate their members more.

Don't even waste your time making an appointment because if you're even 1 minute late they will give your spot away even if you've called 5 minutes before to tell them that you will be one minute late.

Definitivamente @clubpilares me cambio la vida . Comencé en Octubre una prueba de 30’ y no pienso dejarlo, el mejor regalo que puedo darme a mi misma para sentirme bien, fortalecer mis músculos, sentir que cada uno trabaja en cada sesión y se puede sentir la diferencia .
Las instructoras son muy buenas y el staff siempre es muy amable y cordial .
Recomiendo 💯 % hagan la prueba gratis, dense el chance de sentirse bien 👌.
