I used to go to Club Pilates in Coral Gables. (End of 2022- Beginning to 2023) Loved the workout and most of the instructors. The studio, however, forced me to sign up for the last month because I “hadn’t requested discontinuing my membership with enough time in advanced.” Then stole 2 classes from my last month…

It was getting expensive and my cousin was dying. So Pilates wasn’t a priority…

It made the grieving process worse. I will never go back to them.

I went for my first time and was welcomed by Brianna, Isa, and Valentina who answered all my questions and provided amazing service. They were all so kind and helpful. The instructor Audrey as well. I’m a visual learner and she led me throughout the class reassuring me and redirecting me when needed. Overall the experience was 10/10. Definitely coming back.

I was a loyal client of this studio for three years, always appreciating the quality of classes and the atmosphere—until my recent experience left me feeling dismissed and even humiliated.
When I called to inform the studio that I couldn’t attend a class due to illness, I was met with a curt response from the receptionist, who simply instructed me to handle it through the app. Any attempt to explain was met with a harsh tone, which ultimately led me to cancel my subscription. Despite having prepaid classes remaining, I was told I couldn’t attend my final session due to the cancellation. After explaining that I’d already paid, I was finally allowed to join, but the experience left a sour taste on what should have been a positive end to my time there.
As a dedicated client, I felt my loyalty was overlooked, and the lack of empathy was disappointing. This treatment reflects a change in the studio’s values, which no longer align with my own. I can no longer recommend this studio to friends, as I once would have.

HIGHLY INCOMPETENT! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I signed up for a membership through one of their partners. I got to the studio today to be welcomed by a very rude receptionist. After explaining the situation several times, I was invited to leave… happily left to never return.

This studio has changed so much since it changed owners. Fernanda, the manager, and the instructors are great, but policies are designed to get as much of your money as possible, period.

I had emergency back surgery 10 months ago and they wouldn't let me freeze my account beyond 3 months, even though I had a note from my neurosurgeon that I wasn't allowed to do anything until physical therapy released me at 6 months. So, charge, charge, charge.

When I was able to go back, I was at unlimited with the founding members' raised rate. I upgraded to the passport because other studios are closer to home ***and have more classes available*** When I wanted to go back to unlimited, they informed me AFTER THE FACT that I cannot get my previous founding members' rate because I lost that when I upgraded. That's a MINIMUM $70/mo. difference and they just "failed" to mention it when I upgraded. But when I decided to cancel a few days ago, they made sure to mention that if I come back (won't happen, I would rather give my money to another studio that actually has classes available), it would be at the current price.

They made sure to stay quiet when I upgraded and lost my founding members' rate, so they got what they wanted all along: to upcharge me to the current unlimited rate. I know the managers are just doing their job, but I know for a fact that the previous owners wouldn't do this. Besides, they are banking on limited class availability, so it just didn't make sense to keep paying them for a service I may not use.

I decided to go back to do pilates after 5 years ago. It is amazing class to release stress, tune and core your body and increase your elasticity. I love it!! Marina is super creative, enthusiastic, motivated and every class, she has a new exercise. I never miss any of her class. Audrey is super good, kind, she likes to listen and help you in any question you have regarding exercises. Stephanie is good and creative. Ashely is good too. I recommend pilates class to anyone who loves pilates and release stress.

My review is going to be based on the instructors, I been a member for a year and half . Marina is amazing ..extremely knowledgeable , cares a lot about doing their exercise correct , she is fun and loving . Audrey is amazing also very knowlageble and has great techniques and super sweet same for Stephanie her classes are fireee and Alisha to which she is new but introduces you to many new techniques . Love em all thank you for making the classes so good , fun and kicking our buts . Management sucks they are mean and don’t care for nothing or no one had so many bad experience dealing them .. not going mention names but you suck . The environment of motivated strong ,Beautyful ,friendly women is encouraging and welcoming .

I was not happy with my experience here for several reasons. Yes some of the teachers were nice that's who I'm giving the 2 stars for....otherwise I would give 1... The place has Moldy dirty air vents- yuck! yep you go somewhere to workout and here you get to breathe breathe nasty air. They need to fix this and should be able to afford such a simple fix it with their insane rates... Next let's talk about their membership and the waitlist. Horrible program. Make you sign up for 3 months- Most classes are waitlisted- they tell you they aren't and they are easy to get into- that's not true. I have plenty of screenshots. You are expected to wait around and see if you can get into a class and you loose your credit if you get approved and can't make it after waiting and making other plans because this one is not reliable. They want you to wait and then last minute throw you in while they probably charge the other person for canceling.. not to mention your credits don't roll over to the next month so if you travel like I do you are screwed. I paid $466 plus the expensive socks and ended up taking a total of 9 classes so that's more that $50/class. Such a joke. Not worth it- I want a refund. I do not recommend this place.

I arrived 10 minutes late and they wouldn't let me in and my position was free. The person at the reception is too rude, he didn't make any effort to help me. I have been a member for months and paid for the most expensive plan and he was very rude to me. I was very happy to be part of this club but today Saturday I wanted my class that helps me a lot with my leg since last year I had surgery on my knee and Pilates has helped me but now I think about continuing to pay because they are not friendly to customers of the clubs at least today, Saturday, March 18, 2023, the one in the morning was a very disgusting woman

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated in this place. I paid a three-month contract that includes eight monthly sessions for December 2022, January 2023, and February 2023. They told me I could book the sessions through the application on my phone. The application never worked, even after they tried several times to install it on my phone. I booked the sessions in person for December. Late January 2023, I went back in person and tried to schedule a session for Sunday, January 29, but the person at the front desk told me that I couldn't schedule; she was clueless why I could not schedule the session and was pretty rude. She said that the manager would call me to try to help me to book the session. However, nobody called me, and on February 1, 2023, I went back and asked for the manager again. The front desk lady mock about me, and again, she told me that the manager would call me.
The manager called me the next day, and I asked her to cancel the contract because they failed to allow me to schedule and have a session in January. She did not take any responsibility regarding not allowing me to book the session in January, saying that she could not change the past and there was no way to get the money back. She offered me the 8 last sessions for February that I had paid already and refused to reimburse me any money, despite the fact they did not comply with the contract.
I preferred to cancel the contract even if I will lose the 8 sessions that I paid already due to the terrible customer service and the dishonest behavior.

I was passing by this Morning and decided to take a look at the club. Alejandra welcomed me, she is super attentive and with all her knowledge I’ll decided that I will join the club. Alejandra is really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. The attention to detail provided by her was impressive and her customer service skills are excellent. She is a fine ambassador for the company. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Bought a 1 month promotion 3 for $75 from club pilates on miracle mile. A week later I am trying to book a class and my credits are gone. I call the studio to let them know and I am told by the new manager Alejandra that my credits were only valid for two weeks. It literally has not been two weeks. It's been a week and my credits are gone. Bought on 8/8, today is 8/17. First of all, I was told I have a month to use the credits but it's no problem if I don't. When I told her this she said sorry but its only two weeks. I literally have been lied to by the staff and told her you need to train your staff. Your staff is telling the customers wrong information. Yes, she extended my credits for another week. Which by the way would not even meet the 1 month mark as I bought my credits last week. Having that said. The classes are not amazing and not worth the terrible customer service and most of all being lied to. I cannot support a studio that I cannot trust. BEWARE!!! Their promotions are a scam and also they have terrible customer service especially their studio manager ALEJANDRA. Super disappointed. I will use all of my credits which I paid for and never return again and highly will not recommend this studio to anyone. There are much nicer studios in the area.

Worst customer service call ever. I we could give a zero star we would have done it.
Still trying to have a conversation with a manager.

My spouse advised them ( spoke to Tania) more than two weeks ago about putting on hold inscription.
We have been charged into our CC full month after the notice and got insistent calls about making the full payment.
Person in the call didn’t provide her name and threaten us about sending us to collections!

Hung up on us because we were trying to explain what happened and she said without listening what we have to say that will hung up because she can’t speak. She only said that we must fill a form that we’ were not told before. We are feeling beyond frustrated.

This review is just to be read by the manager, we asked multiple times to speak to her/him without success.

Not the service we were expecting at all.
I hope to receive still the call of the manager with an apology and the situation fixed.

Just joined last week. The club is very clean, the machines are good. But, today was my 3rd class and the instructor never showed up. The class was cancelled once every arrived.I heard from other participants this happens often which is extremely unprofessional and concerning. Not sure I'll stay beyond the 90 day trial. The owner should be hands on with the instructor.

I came for an intro class and Marina was soooo amazing and attentive!!! I’ve been doing Pilates for a while but she corrected the whole class’ form gave me insight on focusing on control rather than movement. She was also bilingual which was great for a member who didn’t understand English! Her energy was amazing- she was vibrant and positive, made the class so fun!

I came over from another location, so I was nervous about leaving to a new location. All my doubts faded after my first class with Katia (miss you!) and later, Matthew, then Lorin, and others. So knowledgeable in how to make a move more challenging, how to keep you from getting hurt, how to correctly do movements, and how your body should feel at certain times. After months of taking pilates, it was humbling and necessary to go back to the basics and master seemingly simple moves, but I was able to do it with them. No matter what instructor I have, they are all so knowledgeable and, even with different styles, the movements performed in the class flow and level up in intensity and segue nicely into the next move.

It has been a year since I joined the Coral Gables studio and it was one of the best decisions of my life! Pilates has helped me feel grounded and be centered, listen to my body, and focus on my breathing. These are all things that I carry with me throughout the day and aspire to when I lose it, however briefly. And it has become necessary to maintain my balance and reduce my stress and anxiety during this pandemic.

Beautiful new studio conveniently located on Miracle Mile.

Classes with Lorin on Thursday evening are my favorite. She is a wonderful instructor that always asks what we would like to work on beforehand and will help and correct your form throughout the class.

I also love the cardio sculpt class with Rina. She really challenges you & you'll sweat a ton in that class.
