I am 63 yrs old and never worked out. As I age balance and strength has become very important. If I fall or get sick I need to fight back! I started going about two months ago. After five years of Pilates with a personal trainer, I joined Club Pilates Hollywood. The front desk team is very friendly and always helps me feel good. I like the environment and the dynamic classes—no two are the same. The teachers are very professional and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

I love love love coming the club Pilates in Hollywood. It’s my happy place. Full of happy beautiful faces. The instructors are top notch The beautiful ladies at the desk always welcome me with a beautiful smile in their faces. I absolutely love my pilates classes here in Hollywood!! I take classes in the evening with Kiva and Alyssa. They are friendly and inviting. Kiva is very knowledgeable with body mechanics and explains why we do the exercises and what parts of the body to focus on. I have used Olga and Delores on days I can do a morning class. They are both amazing trainers as well. This is an expensive investment, but after 1.5 years I feel it was worth every penny!!!

I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and have improved my strength and flexibility. I started taking classes to improve my lower back issues and it has made an amazing difference! The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. We work hard but it’s also a ton of fun!

11/02/24 9:15 AM Only ever came here to get purified water with my stainless steel gallon jug from their machine every once in a while since I live nearby, yet they're very stingy with their purified water & don't like my presence despite being familiar with me. They're also not very friendly, welcoming & loving like they should be. They just pretend to be. Just a bunch of mean, judgemental girls that arbitrarily deny access to their water because they feel like it & don't like me. I can see now that the very bad reviews this place has have been validated from my experience how I've been treated. Never had an issue with YogaSix whenever I would go there to get purified water from the same machine they had. Sister company yet get treated the complete polar opposite. Pilates studio will never replace & be as loving, welcoming, inviting & friendly as YogaSix was. Too bad they had to close due to landlord greed raising rent prices. Would've been so much better if pilates studio closed down instead.

The sad part about "club pilates" and this one in particular is that you feel ripped off. It's so incredibly expensive to begin with -- $260 a month is practically a car payment. And then, there are so many rules about signing up and fees to cancel that it feels like you are walking into a trap. And you are.

Club Pilates in Hollywood has been a great experience for me. They have great instructors particularly Doreen and Keva. I take classes 4 times a week. 1) it gets me out of my house and 2) It’s a good head to toe workout. I had to have surgery on my foot and was out for over 5 months. They froze my account with a doctors note. There was no charge for this. I’ve also been able to make friendships that also carry on outside of the studio workouts.

I made the best decision 3 months ago when I decided to join Pilates Studio of Hollywood; I attended the free introductory class and found out the differences and benefits I would obtain from the different classes; the staff are excellent!! Very helpful in everything you ask. Doreen and Nesrine have been my favorite instructors, as they help me with my specific chalkenges. The front desk girls are all sweet and ready to help!! Unprofessional. I wanted to cancel my membership and they said I only had to pay $100, I even have this in writing!!! Gave my card info but locked it to make sure they were only charging that amount. Well, came to see they tried charging another month of membership. Terrible, never again. Send me to collections and we’ll see you in court cause I have everything in writing!

I love Pilates but club Pilates is not it ESPECIALLY this location. These people have con artist ways and will lie to you about their “policy” and will not have corporates information to give to you so you can confirm whatever they’re telling you. The Pilate instructors are unprofessional will have everyone show up to class and the instructor will not show up, will have everyone in class waiting and confused just to be told 20 minutes into class that class is canceled. If I could have given a 0 star I would. The 1 star for Club Pilates Hollywood is generous because they are horrific. It really does scare me how shady they are and you have to commit for 3 months to them so really consider long and hard before you become a member! And they only allow you 4 days to pay your membership or they will send you to collections and collections at least that’s what they tell you.

Be careful! Tenía tanta alegría e ilusión de formar parte del club. Debido a mis dos embarazos quedé con mucho dolor de columna , a lo cual pilates fue una gran y buena decisión por qué en los tres meses que llevo asistiendo he visto resultados increíbles , ya no más dolor . Pero no todo puede ser bueno, ya que tuve una triste experiencia debido a que me cobraron $20 por una clase a la cual si asistí. Y ellos dieron por hecho que no lo hice. Lo cual me parece injusto y absurdo por qué teniendo cámaras de vigilancia no pudieron investigar que si asistí a la clase . Tengo la membresía de $260 al mes y para el colmo me cobran $20 dólares más por asistir a clases. Cuando veo el cobro en mi banco inmediatamente di el reporte de lo ocurrido , a lo cual la única chica amable de recepción es Nicole ella quiso ayudarme pero su manager no le permito resolver. Entonces tome la decisión de retirarme del club , porque es absurdo pagar 260 por clases supuestamente ilimitadas y aparte 20 por asistir a clases! Que tipo de compañía hace eso? Yo no peleo por los $20 dólares , peleo por injusto ! Y me parece tan tonto que dejen ir a un miembro que paga $260 al mes y quedarse con $20 injustamente . Tengo hasta el 13 de julio para llegar a mi última clase a lo cual me tiene muy decepcionada . Y creo que será muy incómodo para mí estar yendo a clases los pocos días que restan . Me llevo en el corazón a las entrenadoras ! Keva ! Olga son realmente magníficas !!!

Las instructoras son geniales, pero la política de reserva es fatal, (absolutamente desastrosa) sacas una membresía por 8 clases, y al final del día nunca puedes reservar, ya que siempre están full, si te pasas el mes con los créditos, para poder usarlos tienes que volver a pagar la membresía que está sumamente cara, y si quieres cancelar te cobran 100 dólares, más lo que has pagado por tu membresía que no pudistes usar porque sus clases siempre están llenas, y nunca tienen cupo, o te ponen en una lista de espera, a ver si falta alguien para poder entrarte a ti a la clase, en fin que lo que tienen es un robo autorizado, y cuando haces tu contrato tampoco te hablan con seriedad, todo es cobrar su dinero, y después resuelve tu como entras a las clases , definitivamente no les recomiendo para nada este lugar, y cuando pides explicaciones, las muchachas parecen operadoras repitiendo lo mismo constantemente, muy mala experiencia, no recomiendo estar lugar para ninguna persona, a ellos solo les interesa recoger su dinero, no les importa en bienestar del cliente, esta es mi experiencia,la cual fue muy pero muy desagradable y agotadora…

This place is around the corner from my house, but I choose to do a longer drive to another pilates studio. I received a gift certificate for 4 classes, and when I tried to book a class online, the wait time is 2-3 weeks. All the classes are full. That is absurd. Asked for my money back. What is corporate head office doing, if anything?

I will say classes are great, specifically Doreen, Keva & Paula. However, their class booking policy is absurd. Members book weeks in advance, you'll often be wait listed and will not know if your in the class until the last minute. If you cancel a class within 12 hours of the scheduling time, you lose the class even if there's people on the wait list that take your slot. What I find most bothersome is, if you have an 8 class package per month- they will not let you book your classes until your credit card is charged for the following month. The problem with this, is that by the time your CC is charged, all the classes are booked and you won't be able to get in. Keep in mind, that you are already under contract and they have your credit card on file, no reason why you shouldn't be able to book in advance. This sort of forces you to get their more expensive unlimited class membership. Also, when you call to make inquiries they are rude, cut you off and just repeat the same thing as if you're calling an overseas call center. Such a shame, because as previously said classes are great. I guess you cant ask for everything.

Speakers have been broken six months. It’s impossible to book (always book 2 weeks in advance) and while other studios let you book up up to 12 sessions when this studio maxs at 9.

The final straw was me being robbed over the weekend and all my future bookings were cancelled with no warning because I had to freeze my cards. I’ve been an unlimited pass member for 8 months, so do the math (I’m over 2k in at this point).

Pick a studio where you are more than an invoice because life happens to us all.

And no, I did not receive all my bookings back because of “the system”.

Love this studio. I joined prepandemic so it was put on hold a while but since reopening I come 4-5 times a week. It is high demand so unfortunately it is necessary to pay extra for unlimited classes so you always are booked. The instructors are knowledgeable. The staff is very welcoming.

The booking system is just absolute trash. I never usually leave bad reviews but honestly this time im just super annoyed. You will constantly be on the waiting list and you never know weather or not you'll youll even be in the class. Impossible to know how to plan your week with this system.The app constantly lags and it doesn't feel like the team has your best interests. you're better of finding a different place.

It all started good for the first 3 months, after I finished my 3 months commitment they charged me for 2 additional months without me knowing, and than didn’t agree to pay me back for the 2 months. After a few sms and phone calls they agree for me to use the classes BUT wanted me to do my 2 month subscription ONLY in 1 MONTH (while I’m working, have 4 kids and 1 baby at home), super disappointed from the service! Very BAD experience, GO TO A DIFFERENT CLUB PILATES IN THE AREA!

The club is great HOWEVER THE BOOKING SYSTEM SUCKS! For a club this busy 9 slots is NOT enough! They are often booked full a week out! Constantly on waiting lists it’s so annoying! And the 24 hours booking is just a money grab 6 to 12 hours would be more than suffice to cancel why should I be getting charged for an emergency or an inconvenience? Currently looking for a less commercialized studio. Pilates is amazing for your body 😍

When I first visited this gym, I feel in love not only with the classes but with the lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Sadly, about 2 weeks ago, I had the displeasure of dealing with the manager, Julieta. I had some questions regarding my membership and class schedule. Not only was she not helpful nor professional, but she was incredibly rude, condescending, hostile, and patronizing.
I truly have NEVER dealt with, either as a client nor sales professional, with someone as awful as her.
