I’m going to start by saying I have a BS in health science with a focus on healthy lifestyle coaching and fitness science, and I do not agree at all with the review below me.
This club is focused on safety, which is why you have to be approved for a level 2, additionally if you’re doing any Pilates with enough mind to muscle connection the level 1 classes being complained about by the reviewer is likely due to not putting enough into it.
That being said, I’ve done every type of fitness you can imagine, I lifted heavy for years, I did group classes, pure barre, yoga, spin, and after multiple health issues and injuries was forced to change how I was active.
I went from moving my body all the time to not being able to move it for years. It took its toll, I was always in pain and I obviously gained weight.
I was not stoked on the idea of Pilates. Lifting heavy was something that had become a part of my identity.
This studio and Pilates has changed my life. I’m able to move again and I it feels so good. I’ve been going to the studio for about a year. Even with my history in fitness science I still too had to be approved for level 2. I appreciated that.
Each instructor had their own little flair which is nice, because everybody cues a little differently and sometimes it takes a certain cue for you to get it. But they all bring something so nice to the table, they’re quick to help if you have questions, and if you mention any injuries on the white board they make sure that anything you may need modified is told to you prior to doing it to ensure you’re safe.
The ladies at the desk are also a joy. They’re so incredibly patient if you have any issues with scheduling, they know everybody and are always fun to chat with as well.
As far as form goes, again, that’s on the client. You’re in a GROUP class, they cannot see everything you do. If you’re looking for somebody to constantly watch your form and correct there are amazing one on ones that do just that and are definitely nice to have as an option.
I won’t pretend scheduling is easy, but the waitlist DOES work. I almost always get a class I’m waitlisted for.
All in all I LOVE this studio. There’s an incredible amount of diversity of people from age to body shape and the environment created is one of camaraderie over our ailments and one that is truly based on being healthy. Not once have I heard a weight or outward appearance based comment, which is so rare in anything fitness related. Not one instructor saying “alright lets do this for the summer butt” but instead “alright we do this to keep mobility and keep our joints healthy.
Im genuinely offended by the review below. Id pay good money to see that person do a level 2 class with the master instructor Cara, have an update the review after.
If you want to focus on taking care of your body and pilates interests you and you want a non toxic environment to do it in, I cannot recommend this studio enough. The environment was one that made me feel so safe coming as somebody who balloond out and had to relearn my body.

1. If you workout often, you're going to be sadly disappointed by the level 1 classes. It said I needed permission to enter the higher level classes & it was a bit frustrating.
2. I am a personal trainer and felt the form education was incorrect & outdated from the classes I did go to. I didn't feel like I was protected from potential injury, which makes or breaks a good instructor.
Lastly, it's near impossible to make a class if you're even slightly busy. Hoping we can have more intense classes from other businesses in the area soon, because club pilates needs some help. Sadly I can't recommend it to my clients, so I wouldn't recommend it overall. YouTube's mat Pilates classes were way better :)

A friend recommended Pilates for work related back issues. I ignored the advice for years until about a year ago. The exercise is great for back issues, posture, balance, flexibility, and strengthening muscles I didn't know I had. Club Pilates has good equipment and great instructors.

I've had the pleasure of taking two classes with Melody Coleman, and I must say, she's exceptional. As someone recovering from a back injury, her attentive instruction and focus on proper alignment have been invaluable. Melody's informative guidance ensures that every movement is executed with precision, making each session not only effective but also safe. Her expertise and dedication create a supportive environment where I feel confident in my progress. I'm truly grateful to have found both the studio and Melody as an instructor. If you're seeking a knowledgeable and caring Pilates instructor, look no further than Melody Coleman.

Really loved Graces classes and didn’t mind paying 200 per month for the few days that she was there.. But then when I had to cancel my membership my last class was cancelled a few hours before simply because even though I was complaining 1.5 classes with ease I wasn’t allowed to take the 2 class since I wasn’t going to be a member following a week from now.. Terrible experience and I’d suggest you go elsewhere. Word to the wise Cara will openly make fun of you in class as she did to me and had made me cry & I don’t think that’s very professional or kind .

Is Pilates only for non-working moms? I don’t understand how literally every ( I have checked) Pilates studio in Brevard county does not have any early morning classes. It seems it is literally a stay at home mom’s club. Can you throw us working moms a bone and add some 6 am or even 6:30 am classes? Normally working days start at 8 am and no one with an 8-5 job can attend. Pilates is great for teachers but literally can’t attend your classes before we have to get to school to work. PLEASE pilot 3 days a week 6:30 or 6 am classes- we will come!

I enjoy this workout which says a lot because anyone that knows me would say I don’t exercise. The strength training and stretching have definitely given me more mobility and less aches and pains throughout the day. They have classes for every level and you can easily pick and choose which ones to attend through their app. I also love that no two workouts are ever identical. All of the staff is friendly but my favorite teacher is Cassidy - her classes always have a great vibe.

I have been a member of Club Palities for almost 2 years and have taken over 770 classes. I am stronger, have better balance and am more self aware than I have been in years. I can honestly say I have learned something from every instructor and found value in each class.
I am still growing in skill sets and muscle awareness and highly recommend.

I have been going to Club Pilates for a year and a half and I absolutely love it! The instructors are fantastic and the schedule really works for me as there are multiple classes during the day, but most importantly on Saturday and Sunday. I never get bored because the class is different every time. I can’t recommend it enough!

The intro class was good. Laura was patient and encouraging. Gonna give it a try.
Update: Come with grip socks or it is not really a free class. Should have thought out joining cause it ended up not my thing. They try to get you to join quick after intro class with money off(should of thought it out, my bad). You have to cancel within 30 days and your credits don't roll so if that 1st month you don't like it you still pay the next month. Kinda an expensive free class and lesson.
That being said if you are into pilates you might like it.

This place is fantastic! I’m a huge fan of the private sessions, but even the group sessions are super personalized and the instructors are so attentive to individual needs and modifications (and will challenge you if things are looking too easy!). Lauren Moonan is a rockstar of a Pilates teacher! I always leave happy (and sweaty!). :)

I attend here sporadically but I enjoy the classes. The instructors are great and each have their own personalities. If I had more free time or lived closer I would attend more often. The facilities are clean, well kept, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Club Pilates has made me the strongest and most flexible I have ever been in my adult life. In three short months they have completely changed the shape and composition of my body. The instructors are all knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and great at adapting the exercises for all types of bodies and abilities. They are especially good at helping you work around a previous injury. The classes never have more than 12 people, so you get a lot of personal attention and every person is at different levels and abilities, so we support each other and cheer each other on. I am preparing to have a major surgery and I know I will have an easier recovery because Pilates has made my body so strong. I started my pilates work with Erin Gipson and I still try to take her classes whenever I can, because she understands my body so well. Erin does a really good job of motivating me to work hard, but also encouraging me to take it easy and listen to my body. Pilates is about working your muscles but not pushing through pain. Erin really taught me that and taught me how to change the moves so they wouldn’t hurt me. I also love taking class with Cassidy and Lauren. Cassidy is very deliberate and soothing which allows me to focus on how my body is moving, and Lauren really knows how to activate specific muscle groups and is very good at correcting your form, which helps you get deeper into the exercises. All the instructors are really caring and each one is so good at asking you about your injuries and then helping you modifying the exercise to suit your body. Every instructor brings their own energy and expertise to class, so you can’t go wrong in any class and classes are never the same, so it is impossible to zone out or get bored. I can honestly say I will miss taking Pilates and miss the camaraderie of the studio while am I recovering. When is the last time you felt like that about an exercise routine?
