I’m so glad I joined this studio. I was a beginner in Pilates and the instructors are so good at instructing all the different exercises. They always check everyone before class to see if there are any problems or injured areas prior to class. I’ve now moved on to 1.5 and always look forward to my next class.

I am so happy to be a member at this Neptune Beach location. I joined about 4 months ago, twice a week membership. I'm almost 70 and there's no way with my back issues and other heart health issues that I can go 5 days a week. This studio has changed my life. I'm getting stronger and I love every time I go. In fact I book my favorite instructor since day one. Angeli has been my angel. I had so many health issues fighting against me, but I'm never giving up. She keeps me motivated and makes every class fun. I have gone to some of Brittanys classes and also enjoy hers. But I've stuck with my Angel.
I understand the confusion people mentioned about the membership price and scheduling. It took me a little while to get used to it.
There is one thing that I disagree with though. The twice a week members like myself, cannot schedule ahead until the day the new month rolls around which puts us in a different class so to speak. In reality we are paying MORE and getting less. In other words all members should get same scheduling privileges because some of us cannot do Pilates 5 days a week even if we wanted to. I've had 2 back surgeries, heart attacks, and other health problems. I could probably do 3 a week, but not unlimited. @199.00 we should get 3 classes a week AND same privileges in scheduling ahead. That's my only beef.
I think you definitely could use some customer service help, and do a little advertising. But truly, I love having small classes and my studio all to myself.
Thank thank you for bringing this Pilates to my neighborhood. It's truly saving my life.
It IS EVERYTHING! ❤️

Went to a 1.5 class after only doing a total of 2 level 1 reformer classes not knowing I should have done 6-8 weeks of level 1 before moving up. I ended up hurting my lower back.

Absolutely, my fault for not doing the research. However, the instructor that replaced the original one for that night was rude and inconsiderate. While I am all for being corrected, there are ways to deliver correction. This lady was sort of bashing me in front of the other classmates as if I was an idiot. Literally, the classmates were staring at us whole time she was going down my neck about how I need to go back to reformer 1 after the class was completed.

She was also all over the place when in session, kept confusing us and kept looking at a form while instructing us as if she was just winging it. Perhaps she’s new at instructing. I absolutely did not enjoy her class.

Originally, it was supposed to be Brittney teaching the class and got switched last minute to this rude instructor. Don’t even remember her name! I’ve experienced Chris and Emily classes and they were amazing! They corrected me in a completely different way without making me feel belittled.

The classes were good enough but buyer beware with your 30 day written notice to cancel there is a 100 dollar fee. Which no one tells you about.

Not a fan! They spin their explanatipns to make you believe you're purchasing a "package" NOT a monthly automatic membership!!! I have SEVERE neck, back, and hip issues which I explained to them on my 1st visit. They offer $249 monthly for unlimited classed or 8 classes for $199. I believe there was another larger option but after speaking with the front desk lady and telling her I was not sure if my body could tolerate it or how my body would react, I decided to do the 8 class package to "try it out". Of course, I asked, " how much time do I have to use them? When I buy a package, am I stuck with a time frame to use them in?" I was told "It's super simple, no worries, you never have to worry about losing any classes, you can roll them over into the next month. You can take it slow and see how your body does with the classes." NOT ONCE was I told that the $199 for 8 classes was an automatic monthly commitment! ALSO, NOT ONCE was I told that YOU HAVE TO REQUEST FOR YOUR CLASSES TO ROLL OVER, and let them know you don't want any to expire. As if anyone would WANT their PAID FOR classes to expire!! After 6 classes, I saw another $199 charge on my credit card. I of course asked "why on earth is there another charge? No one even mentioned it was automatic every single month! " They paint a pretty picture of how great their "flexible" program is and how it will help me build muscle as I recover from multiple spinal surgeries. NOT FLEXIBLE OR USER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!! I can not do 2 classes every week as some weeks I can not even walk! I asked immediately how to stop that from ever charging me again and was told i had to do a written 30 day notice. I of course did the notice and, It was at this point she also mentioned, "looks like you have expired credits, I will reactivate those too so that you have those to use before your cancelation expires." So, AFTER I found out they charged me the $199 again without my knowledge and understanding, finding out what was left of my original 8 classes expired and didn't roll over, then filling out a 30 day cancellation, now, I have 10+ classes to use within the next 3 weeks!!! If I couldn't physically do 8 classes in 30 days, how on earth can I do 10 in 21 days? DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW 1000% THAT YOU CAN COMMIT TO AT LEAST 8 MONTHLY! Otherwise it is a SCAM to overcharge and under deliver!! With that said, after what I thought was a very thorough explanation from the lady at the desk, I didn't read the "fine print". Honestly, I should have but, who really does when they believe all of their questions were answered by the staff representative of the program.

The only plus is that there are a few really great instructors. Andrea is amazing as is the gentleman who teaches there too but I'm not sure of his name. He is a dancer and is wonderful to be taught by. There is a younger girl that teaches, too. Brittany, I believe is her name. She is condescending and talks to everyone as if we are all toddlers. That, and she gets easily irritated if someone isn't doing the moves properly. She has potential, but i avoid her classes as you leave feeling reprimanded and spoken down to.

I absolutely LOVE this place.
In 4 weeks I have lost over an inch in my waist and I’m starting to see the definition perk back up in legs, glutes, and AB’s.
My orthopedic surgeon recommended this place to me, due to an injury. Before starting my Pilates journey I was living daily with a pain scale in the 7-9 range, and now on average a 1-3. This is better than ANY medication I could have been prescribed (in my personal opinion) and the best decision I could have made for myself.
