Would give this a 3.5 rating, not quite a 4. I love Pilates and I really enjoyed taking classes. Most of the instructors are fantastic and great at walking the class through the workouts. They have different level classes for all experience levels. I have been taking 8 classes a month for about a year now and in that time, I looked forward to every class but there are some things that I think could use some improvement. Some things are out of the clubs control or intentional, but others are small things that could easily improve member experiences.

This is the only place I’ve gone so I don’t have anything to compare it to but this location is very small. There are 12 reformers and the workout space is just right but everything else is very cramped. There’s a cubby area for you to store your belongings when you walk in but the classes back up to one another with only about 5 minutes between so there’s always people on top of people trying to get their things and swap out socks/shoes, standing in line. There’s also only one bathroom and no changing area.

The price is another thing - Pilates IS NOT CHEAP. I paid about $180/month which got me only 8 50-minute classes a month (that’s with a discount). I heard them tell someone who wanted to sign up with both her daughters that Unlimited was OVER $260/month per person. In my opinion, the price is too high. There are other private gyms (i.e. Orangetheory, Kickboxing etc) that are much more affordable (still expensive) and you can go more often. You can take far less classes but it will still be expensive (about $25/class) and honestly, if you are looking for real improvement, I don’t know if just a few will be enough to see progress.

Compared to other memberships I’ve had, this one is different - almost like people just keep to themselves. There’s not a lot of interacting with one another there. After taking almost 100 classes, I don’t think anyone who worked there ever remembered my name, not even the front desk people who you had to tell your name to to check in. That is completely different from every other gym I’ve ever been a part of. I think using a dry erase marker for each person to write their name on their mirror/space would be a fun way for members and instructors to be more personal and interactive with one another. Then again, some people may like to walk in and not talk with anyone, do their workout, and walk out - basically completely undisturbed.

The club also gives recognition to people for the classes they attend; however, they don’t start until you hit 250 classes. Little things, like celebrating people hitting more achievable milestones (10, 25, 50, 75, 100, etc) would probably help with morale and motivation and keep people coming longer.

Again, love Pilates and the instructors are awesome and great people who really do a great job guiding you through your workouts.

My 2nd home ❤️ The instructors here are amazing. The front desk staff and leadership is sweet & helpful. I’ve been through so much over the years and the studio has ALWAYS supported me with flexible accommodations— whether it was making adjustments to my membership or canceling a class bc something unexpected came up — they were always understanding and reasonable. I’m so thankful for this place

Rebecca is great! I've taken her and Deborah but unfortunately Deborah is most aligned with my schedule but I would take any class Rebecca teaches she's amazing!

There is a major room for improvement in this studio's communication though. They almost never answer the phones and text communication is not much faster.

Also, something they do here that I have not seen at other studios is making you put your mat up after every class and put all the springs back on. Most other studios just ask you to wipe down your mat, leaving it on the floor for the next class, and either leave the springs or set them for the next class. I'm also finding a lot of stray hairs on the floor which is kind of gross and leads me to believe they need to vacuum more.

I think this studio has a lot of room for improvement compared to others I've tried. The best studio around is by far the Wiregrass one. Much cleaner and more organized.

The only reason I am giving this place 1 stars is due to the teachers whom I like , or I would give 0 stars , I been trying to get a hold of the manager now for 3 weeks , who NEVER CALLS ME BACK , all these credits I have and can not use due to medical reasons so 12 credits and can’t use can’t freeze my account , I’m done and frustrated! I quit!! Keep the money club Pilates and choke on it! ! Your manager and front desk suck!!
UPDATE : it is now the end of JULY and no one has called me back !! After numerous calls emails i even emailed corporate office ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND CLUB PILATES! There customer service stinks !

I signed up for the 30 min trial class in Trinity 6 months ago with Kristen and immediately knew I wanted to join Club Pilates. I originally signed up for 8 classes per month and within one week upgraded to unlimited. The instructors are great. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The variety of classes keeps me challenged and intrigued. Most of all, I take the advice of my instructors and pay attention to my body and breathing during class. It’s not a competition but rather your own journey.

I am loving Club Pilates in Trinity. All the instructors here are great. They vary the moves so that the classes are always fresh and fun. And they help you with modifications if you need them because of injuries or limitations. As a person with spinal implants from scoliosis, I find this very helpful. There are different levels of classes so that you can achieve a great work-out at any experience level. I just started a few months ago and already I am feeling improvements in my health. I'm hooked!

I finished my 8th class today and I’m ready to sign up for another 8 classes. I love how Club Pilates works with me to strengthen my muscles after having fractured my left knee. Sarah at Trinity is a great instructor and doesn’t make me feel rushed through my workout. I feel more flexible and energized after each class. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Thank you, Sarah and the Club Pilates Trinity staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a wonderful establishment! 39 years into my life, I finally find a fitness routine that I love. I truly look forward to attending my classes. The staff and crew at Club Pilates Trinity are unbelievably welcoming and friendly, especially Gianna and Kathleen. If you hate to exercise and need a good stress relief, sign up for a free orientation class and decide for yourself. ❤💛💚🖤

First time trying pilates. Highly recommend CP if you’re interested in making your workout routine fun and exciting, i can never go back to my regular gym workout. My favorite instructors here are Kristin and Deb. Pilates itself is a very challenging exercise but their instructions are easy to follow and clear that as a beginner I do not need to look at somebody next to me as much 😁👍🏻💪🏻

Several of the instructors are difficult to understand so be aware that it might take you some time to get used to them. Also before you sign up, be sure to read the fine print in the contract. PM me if you want more information before you sign up. And, if you have certain medical conditions, they may be aggravated by this form of exercise.

I love that I started Pilates here, however I’m assuming that they do not want to cater to a crowd in their 30’s, that like to laugh and chat or say funny things. Secondly have your phone on the mat in case you get a call that’s important.

The owner just called me and told me that she was canceling my membership because I had my phone on the mat and would stop working out to take a call, and also that I was saying inappropriate comments to friends next to me. First I have a sense of humor and far from living in a shell. Second I run a business and work with a team of individuals who rely on me to answer my phone at all times. Most importantly I have kids at home usually when I go to class. If that’s the rules, they should advertise for 55 and up for members. Clearly the owner was unhappy that I defended myself and had an answer for everything she said.

Not to mention I called the other day to ask a question about an instructors personality view. I asked if I was the only member that felt the negative vibe. I was told no and that they get complaints like that all the time.

After I brought that up she then decided to say that instructors complained about me being on my phone and they didn’t want me back in their class!!!! I said, So refund me all the money I have paid for the two months I’ve gone and on to the next club that understands people have lives outside and may need to answer a call or Text during a class.....

Kim, you should go to school for business management to educate yourself on how to run a business properly. Hope to see my refunds in my account next week. Corporate is aware of this and they have no policy that you said they have of cell phones. My cell phone being out is not a safety hazard if it’s on my side of the reformer. Not to mention I use my AirPods and my Apple Watch so I never have my phone in my hand.

Let me know if you need some business tips to help you be a professional business owner

Best of wishes

I have always prioritized exercise. In the gym for years and yoga for over 10. I discovered Pilates in June 2018 shortly after the Trinity studio opened. Since that day, I attend at least 6 classes a week. I’m not a wealthy person however you can’t put a price on the type of mental and physical wellness Pilates provides. I have never found something I can do every day without being bored or having aches of some type. Pilates changed all of that.

In addition, the staff is top notch and first class. ALL of them! I can say this with absolute certainty because of the amount of time I’ve been there and the diversity of experiences I’ve had. All instructors are not the same but if you commit to Pilates, you ultimately realize that their differences are your gain! I’m an executive/working single Mom who appreciates their professionalism, sincerity, and work ethic. Lastly, I have made some of the most valuable friendships of my life. There is so much respect amongst the members and I am truly blessed to have created these friendships. Do Pilates, Do Life!

I had NO idea how much I would love Pilates! I only go twice a week for now (Since Nov.) but am feeling so much stronger, more tone, energetic and I actually really look forward to these classes each week. Greg is an amazing trainer. He is very detailed in explaining the "why" behind "what" we are learning. He tells you what to do each step of the way, so your form is in line with your breathing and he goes around and makes sure you are using the equipment correctly also. The front desk girls are very welcoming also. I highly recommend you try the intro class, then give it a month and see what you think - you won't regret it!

First time doing pilates, and I'm hooked! All the instructors are great, super knowledgeable, and take the time to teach you the proper way to exercise. Small class sizes which makes it feel almost like a one-on-one session. Highly recommend for anyone looking to start a workout routine. So glad Club Pilates finally found its way to Trinity!
