I am so greatful to have taken the chance of trying out Pilates at this club. I used to be very athletic and have let myself go. I wanted to try something different that was not your regular gym workouts. The initial tryout class that I did kicked my butt. But holy guacamole! I loved it!!!! I have been going for a few months now, just one day a week. I like how if you don't use your credits, you lose them. Which gives you the motivation to actually go and take your class. Center & Balance is my favorite so far as a newbie. You don't realize how much of your core and central strength you lose as you get older. I will continue going here and adding more classes into my itinerary. Thank you all so much!
From the moment you walk in the door, through taking your class and when it ends. The whole staff makes you feel welcomed. No, one ever makes you feel bad if you can't do a maneuver. They guide you through a way to begin so that you can push yourself through and get further.

I like it and I’m going to keep going, but I will say it’s kinda frustrating an instructor can walk past you and you don’t understand the cues so you are doing something totally wrong, but they don’t correct you. how do we learn? also someone could get injured. this isn’t all the instructors, the lead instructor is great but more classes than not i seem to have this problem or see other people struggling.

I turned 40, with a younger kid, and fell in a rut. Facts.
Then, I took exactly (1) 30-minute intro class about 1.5 years ago and was immediately hooked. I am closing in on 250 classes.
So many awesome instructors, great class experience, and front desk/staff are so-so helpful and accommodating.
I have NEVER been an early morning person (forget getting up early to work out) and I regularly take (2-3) 7/8am classes a week.
I am an avid Reddit user and was almost scared away by the GENERAL review/reports of Club Pilates (NOT specific to this location), but Reddit does not apply. Speaks to the owners of this studio (and I assume the other locations they own; I only use New Tampa), quality of instructors, and general vibes of this studio.
I will also say, lots of instructor styles that make it easy to build a weekly fitness plan that checks all the boxes. Additionally, I find they are often ADDING instructors/classes, and rarely do I experience frequent turnover of instructors. I think that is a great compliment to the New Tampa location and the studio as a whole.

I don’t even know where to begin - joining Club Pilates in 2022 has truly transformed my life.
Before I started, I was running 6 miles (10K) a day but could barely sit comfortably due to chronic hip tightness, muscle imbalances, and ongoing shin splints. Then I found Pilates through this location, along with the Wiregrass and Carrollwood studios
(same ownership and many of the same instructors) and everything changed.
Pilates, as taught here, is a fitness learning process/experience. The classes are dynamic yet structured, designed to stretch and increase flexibility, build and tone muscle, improve strength and stability, and deepen your mind-to-muscle connection. But the most profound transformation has been internal, including gaining mental clarity, resilience, and presence. For me, each class feels like a form of moving meditation.
This studio has become a true safe space. The instructors, staff, and management have cultivated a warm, welcoming, and empowering community where everyone (no matter their starting point) is supported and encouraged. I walk out of each class feeling calmer, stronger, and more centered.
There are a variety of class types and options for private training, which makes it accessible whether you’re brand new or experienced. Joining Club Pilates is more than a workout commitment - it’s a commitment to your whole self. It complements other fitness routines and supports mental wellness in a deeply meaningful way.
Every class is humbling, inspiring, and rewarding. I’ve started a lifelong journey, and I’m beyond grateful to continue it.

Love love loveeeeee this location!! If you want a kickbutt intense workout, Mrs. Cecile💙 and Cali ☀️ are amazinggggg!! Because of them as well as other instructors, I officially have abs for the first time lol!
If you want the best customer service, the front desk associates, Lizzy ✨, Katorra🌷, Chloe🦋 and Sophia☺️ are the sweetest. And Kalina 💫, the general manager is absolutely amazingggggg!
The motivation I feel to going to Club Pilates New Tampa is very much like going to my second home. I am truly blessed to have made so many connections at this establishment 💕

I don’t usually write reviews, but Club Pilates truly deserves it. When I first started, I didn’t see immediate results and almost didn’t continue after the first month. But now, after nearly 7 months, I’m blown away by the changes I’ve seen in my body. I’ve always been fairly in shape, but now I have tone, definition, and strength that I never thought possible—especially in my glutes, which have always been tough for me to grow due to genetics.
Each class is challenging in the best way. No two workouts feel the same because the instructors are constantly switching things up to keep it fresh, engaging, and effective. They genuinely care and put so much effort into making every session valuable.
Pilates has become more than just a workout for me—it’s a lifestyle. I feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to my body. If you’re considering joining, give it time and stay consistent. The results are so worth it.

I’ve been a member of Club Pilates New Tampa for over four years, and it’s been a game-changer for both my physical health and overall well-being. I originally joined to complement physical therapy for knee pain, and I quickly realized that Pilates offered much more than targeted treatment. At physical therapy, I was paying over $30 per session and focusing on just one area of my body, but at Club Pilates, I found a comprehensive approach that strengthens my entire body.

The owners and instructors at Club Pilates New Tampa go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients.
They are currently offering online classes as well as studio . The studio follows all CDC requirements and beyond in maintaining a clean, safe environment during this challenging time.
My recent bone density test revealed an increase in bone growth and I attribute that to my Pilates practice.
If you’ve been thinking about joining a Pilates class I highly recommend Club Pilates of New Tampa.

Love this place! I've never been in better shape physically and mentally. The desk staff is friendly and attentive. My favorites are Edith, Kaitlyn, and Deb, but they're all great. Love the instructors and the challenges they present to me every day! They offer different types of classes and different levels, so no matter your age, athletic background, or physical stature, there is a class to choose from. Sonee has just the right amount of challenge for me in each of her classes. She's perfect for me!

So many years of trying out anything and everything searching for the right fit and have found it here! 51 years old and look forward to my scheduled classes every time! For me what stands out with this form of exercise is the variety it includes and absolutely never feeling bored or out of place. Every class every instructor is different every time and each instructor always gives alternatives to every skill set. There are even mind relaxing type exercise classes I take in the evenings to help myself wind down and sleep better. Sometimes I’m signing up for exercise classes other times for stretch classes. This place has it all! I want to also point out this location in particular truly has The most sincere communicative instructors and office personnel. Anyone considering this form of activity and this location in particular I think will also find a win-win here :)

I started going this place in June 2020. Stuck at home for months after covid and needed to exercise. I have done more than 160 classes at this location and absolutely love it! I had bad neck and lower back from constant sitting in front of computer and car accident from 2019, but pilates helps me getting back into shape. Instructors are enthusiastic on teaching and come up with slightly different workout routine everyday. Most classes get you workout every body parts. Staffs are super nice and always greet friendly. They make efforts to clean studio thoroughly. There are always disinfecting wipes at your reformer, even though it was cleaned twice before you use it. Their monthly unlimited membership is reasonably priced. I’ll keep going this place as long as I live in Tampa 💕💕

CP New Tampa is awesome! I have never stayed with a program for over a year and the changes in my flexibility, strength and overall stress level is better every time I go. I have completed 250 classes and I look forward to the next 250 classes! Marlana, Katrina, Quinn, Stefany, Nate, Amy, Melissa are so helpful and professional! I love Club Pilates and if you are looking for a low impact program then give it a try, you will not be sorry!

I came to CP in 2020 for a first time reformer class and fell in love! I've never ever had the same two workouts though. Their staff is so friendly and awesome - easy to text them and ask questions or let them know if you're running late. The instructors are all amazing in their own ways and you learn who is tougher, who will correct you, who is more for entertainment ;) I just hit my 100th class and don't see myself stopping anytime soon! Oh and since the pandemic and their reopening they are SUPER great about cleaning - masks on as you enter and get assigned your station, members get to clean their own equipment before and after class, and the staff also does heavier cleaning in between and at midday. Love CP New Tampa! <3

They offer many types of classes that fit most schedules. If you're looking for a full body, low impact exercise option or a way to recover from an injury, Pilates is a great option.
