Owner talks about community but her business practices indicate another mentality. I bought a series of 25. Clearly marked as no expiration. Wouldn’t honor it after covid. Why? Cause she couldn’t afford to. What about the money I paid? She couldnt care less. This is the only recourse I have.

The only place I feel at home… besides my actual house🙏 every instructor at colony yoga is so amazing I have learned so much more than I could’ve ever imagined here. Talking spiritually and mentally this place is perfect and it will always be my yoga home. Everyone here is so lovely and welcoming. Speaking physically, colony is located smack in the middle of everything so it’s easy to find, easy to get here, easy to park, just super convenient all around. You! Pay! For! What! You! Get! Which is the highest quality yoga you can find in the west. I tell all my friends and family to come here if you want GOOD yoga!!

Very mediocre yoga experience. The instructor did not seem grounded, nor connected to the spirit of the practice. No grace. Also, the floor was dirty. Music was ok though.

Colony yoga is a very special place to practice yoga. The teachers are well trained, knowledgeable, inclusive, and kind. Kelly and her fellow instructors have built a community of very dedicated and skilled practitioners. The Colony schedule includes a healthy variety of yoga classes that offer challenge, yet are accessible to all levels of ability and experience. My favorite Delray yoga destination!

Love love Colony Yoga. And always look forward to going. Been attending the morning classes for about 7 years whenever I’m in the area. The classes are always great with a blend of Ashtanga, Power, and Flow. The teachers are lovely and always aware of their students. There is a friendly feel to most classes. But what really tops off the 90 minutes is the overall atmosphere. This is not your average yoga studio. Held in an old Art Deco hotel with natural air temperature, there is a wonderful ethereal, comforting quality to the energy. I never fail to leave feeling relaxed but also energized having had a combined workout and meditative experience.

I took two classes while in Delray for the weekend. Highly recommend. Both classes were great studio inside the Colony is relaxed and live music on Sunday was awesome. Thanks Kelly for making sign up so easy. ❤️🙏🧘‍♂️

Kelly is absolutely fantastic! Such incredible energy and a gift to all of her students! I always feel incredible after one of her flows! I am currently enrolled in her 200Hr online Yoga Teaching Training Program , and am so very grateful for her and this entire experience! So life changing! ♡

Truly amazing experience - especially on a Sunday morning. Yoga with live music - but come early to get a spot. Parking in Winter Season is an issue unless you pay $5 to the Hotel, but if you scout around, you can find free 2 hour parking in the neighborhood.

Colony Yoga is a pillar in Delray Beach's community. I've been coming here to practice Vinyasa yoga for many years since it is the best yoga studio I know. Kelly and her team of teachers are absolutely wonderful. All levels are welcomed here and can learn a lot to continue on their path of practicing yoga.
