Marshall has been working with me for over 7 years. I cannot stress enough what a pleasure it's been having him train me. The progress I've made because of him has been way beyond what I initially though would be possible for myself. He is extremely competent, up to date on the latest training techniques, and is the nicest guy in the world. He really brings out your best performance very session. I'd recommend him as a trainer to anyone looking for one in a heartbeat.

I began working out with Marshall back in 2018–2019. After moving away for a while, I lost my training momentum. Then, by chance, I reconnected with Marshall last year—and that inspired me to give it a go and get back into gear.
I started training with him twice a week, and now we work together three times a week. Marshall designed a customized workout plan that not only got me back on track but also helped me rediscover my motivation. His guidance has helped greatly in restoring my confidence. Results have been amazing.

My wife and I started with Marshall back in January 2020. At our first session I told him I hoped I could lose 30 pounds. I wasn't able to finish our first session. Marshall tailored a workout for me, he gave me tips and tools to help me eat better and smarter. A little over a year and half later, I lost 100 pounds. I have been with Marshall Condra as my trainer from the beginning of 2020. I have several limitations due to previous injuries on my ankles, both knees and back. It was frustrating trying to figure out a workout on my own that would increase my mobility without reinjuring myself. Marshall is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is not a cookie cutter trainer, he modifies all the workouts depending on the specific needs (and injuries) of the individual. He has helped me improve my mobility, my strength and has become an integral part of my health journey. If you're thinking about working with Marshall, just do it! He really is the best.
Marshall has been my trainer for YEARS. He helped me get in the best shape of my life before my wedding (5 years ago) and, in the process, gave me the knowledge and skills to maintain my health and fitness goals long-term.

I have been with M Condra Elite Coaching since 2020. I didn't hire a trainer to lose weight or change my body. I'm a runner who trains other long-distance runners. A strong body keeps many injuries away. Marshall has always planned workouts that benefit me. He ensures I'm not overtrained. His workouts are challenging and have definitely made me stronger without making me so sore that I can't run. He has also taught me a great deal about mobility which helps keep injuries away when they want to creep up. I often find myself sharing much of what I've learned from him with my runners. As a female over the age of 50, I've recommended Marshall to two of my clients who are also older. They both love working with him and often tell me about their progress. Marshall is hands down the BEST personal trainer there is!
Not only did he create a great workout program specifically designed for my goals, but he was there every step of the way no matter how small or dumb the questions I had.
Marshall has been training me for a little over two years and with his help, along with commitment I have crushed every goal we’ve set!
My next goal is to compete in my first ever men’s physique competition after I am fully healed from my upcoming open heart surgery.

Fitness can be one of the most difficult journeys to undertake. It clearly takes its physical toll, but maybe even more importantly is the mental fatigue it can cause to stay disciplined. Marshall was not only a tremendous coach who was willing to listen to any and all suggestions for making our physical training optimal for me and my limitations, but he was even more amazing as a mentality coach who inspired me to kick it into another gear to get to my goal. You can see how much Marshall wants you to accomplish your goals, and he isn’t afraid to be stern with you to ensure you stay disciplined. Due to his wealth of real-world experience in going through this process time and time again, he can also empathize really well with any struggles you face and help you bring yourself back to achieving your goals.
