If your looking for a complete trainer Christian is your guy! He is the real deal; fitness isn’t just working out you need to eat right too and he provides that. He gives you workout assignments when your not training with him and meal plans. If you follow what he says you will see changes! You will feel and look much better ! 2 of my little cousins are in this program & love every bit of it. Every time I get to see them they never forget mention what their snack of the week was, the sport of the week, or how much they love their coaches! My cousin (their father) will tell me how excited they are for the upcoming summer camp. I highly recommend this after school program.

Just wanted to say how comfortable My kids and I feel with this company In their after school program. They have amazing customer service and very easy to get ahold. My kids look forward to what's next each week at their program where they offer sports and physical activitiesfor kids. We are super excited to have them joining their summer camp this year.

Rebecca la directora del programa tiene un trato especial con cada niño que participa en el. Sus entrenadores le sacan el mayor provecho de las energías de los niños... Que ni se diga :D

Christian is the best personal trainer! He keep you motivated & cares about every client. I highly recommend Cortiz Fitness no just because of the personal trainer service, also for how is looking for a After School Program. The coaches are more than excellent.

First I want to say that Christian is very professional I came to him when at 340 pounds and after 4 months I went down to 280 lb I just want to say to him thank you and I will hope to see him soon he is the best he has helped me my self-esteem and he has been a tremendous impact in my life great motivator and he is a nutritionist.
