I attended the Friday night lights for the last open workout as an out of town drop in. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The coaches and the members were so welcoming and supportive. I highly recommend, it was a great experience.

Just moved to this area and the owner was so welcoming, as was everyone else that was part of the gym. Huge workout area, great coaching, encouraging community of members. I felt like I was home the first workout.

I dropped in twice while on vacation. The owner is a great guy and the members are all friendly. Coaching was top notch and the classes flowed smoothly. There is a parking lot on both sides of the building. Go to the entrance with the big green chair.

Dropped in for the week while on vacation and loved it! Jimmy, the owner, was a great coach and the people at the gym are super friendly! The gym just moved to a new location when I visited, so there was some natural growing pains, but it was a great large space with a ton of equipment. I was a little cofused at first on where the entrance was, so there's some pictures below to help find it!

Great gym! Awesome box with everything you need, with an indoor and outdoor area. They have great coaches and a welcoming community, and the music is always on point. Definitely the best CrossFit prices you will find in the area, plus they offer a military discount. You can try your first week for free!

This business made an Unauthorized Charge to my credit card. Most alarmingly, they never responded to my numerous attempts to contact them ( via texts, phone call, message to their web site, and then certified mail). Never heard from them. I filed complaints with VISA and the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida. They are investigating.

This place is fantastic, and so diverse, there are so many different walks of life coming together to really grind it out in there. The coaches are great and the music is off the chizzzane!!! Can't wait to pound out rigorous WOD in the AM. BOOOYAAAA!!!!

While the gym may be great to some of you, my experience as a neighbor is not. Every morning at 5am myself and my two year old are woken up to the loud bass of this place blasting music. I have walked over there and explained that I have a baby. There is just no respect for the neighborhood they are around. Move somewhere where you can blast your music!
