I recently visited Crunch Fitness with a friend for her to use a guest pass, and the facility itself is excellent, my check-in experience was great. When I approached the front desk Jack—who has always been an outstanding representative of Crunch—greeted us politely, handled the check-in smoothly, and ensured we felt welcome. His professionalism truly stood out and the interaction was a very positive experience. I hope all staff will uphold the same level of customer service that Jack consistently provides.

Fraud!!!!! I’ve come in and canceled 3 times and they are still charging me. I told them I’m moved and canceled the first time and still charged I was told I have to come in again and I do when I emptied my storage and went in twice!!! They are still refusing to cancel my membership. It’s clear all they want is money and they are willing to defraud its community to do so. Beware! Go anywhere but here! UPDATE: per the owners response below I did call!!!! They refused to talk to me or call me back or cancel my membership!!!! Gym is Okay but one of the employees is a thief. Worked out late one night. Oct 9 2025. Left a phone charger plugged in the wall. Called first thing 5am next day for an employee to secure my belongings. Said I'd be by to pick it up. 2 weeks later I call to make sure it's there before I pick it up. Was in Daytona for business. Not there anymore. Pretty inconsiderate if you ask me.

This is such a welcoming facility! I love the group classes, instructors, and the people who come to work out here. I am a 65 year old woman and it is my priority place to come 3+ times a week. The bonus is the hydromassage machines and the red light therapy machine. All that plus more (childcare, tanning) is included in your membership. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. The gym and locker room is very clean.

Wish I could give this place negative stars. I was a member for over a year and moved to Orlando. I went to an Orlando location, made that location my home gym, started a new membership with them, and canceled my Daytona membership. The Daytona membership decided they would still charge me anyways. I did not notice for 2 months that I was getting double charged. I went in to the Daytona location to figure it out. I was told my membership was never canceled, even tho a crunch representative told me it was. I asked to cancel it and was told I had to pay an additional month. I told them I felt that it was unnecessary for me to pay that because I've already been getting double charged for the past 2 months and was told "it's illegal for us to cancel your membership without you paying for another month" what does that even mean? I ended up paying the additional month because I was tired of dealing with those incompetent people in Daytona. The employee I dealt with was named Justin. He was extremely unprofessional, constantly rolling his eyes and giving rude, short reply's. He has no place working in any customer service capacity. I guess that's why he's perfect for the Daytona Beach location. They could care less about customer satisfaction as long as they get that extra monthly payment

Most amazing gym I’ve ever been to. The trainers go above and beyond for their clients. Dalton is amazing. Not only does he help you get in shape, he is also someone you can talk to openly about your body and never once did I feel embarrassed or awkward. As a female that is really awesome. I’ve cried my eyes out a few times and he always listens and believes in you. William is another trainer I’ve gotten to know and he is also amazing. Nothing but encouragement and positive attitude. They are incredibly easy to talk to. Every staff member there has been nothing but kind and nice. To me it’s not just a gym but I place I can go to and relieve my stress and tears and frustration and also get healthy and nonstop support from all the staff. Also very affordable!!

This health club is by far THE BEST HEALTH CLUB HANDS DOWN ANYWHERE YOU GO! Priscilla the “Personal Trainer” is an amazing trainer. She picked my flaws apart and gave me hope. I’ve visited Deltona, Clearwater and others. Today I saw Jennifer the manager using a sweeper on the floor. When management is proactive in the up keep of their work place. Victor the manager makes his rounds in the locker rooms. I’ve seen the staff clean the saunas every weekend Ive used it. NEVER SEEN THAT AT FOLDS GYM! Hours are horrible - Fix Entry control if scared of 24hrs. Consult Security Firm for doing risk assessment and proper function.

Poor Layout- Wasted Space and white space unused... shrink Front entrance and add Entry control, Stop blocking everything off for 2hrs a day max for function rooms or just get rid of the rooms since that area doesn't bring function nor space to the gym.

Recently Join this location Victor is very helpful and the next time in to meet Chris did the run through spill on what I ask for in my fitness training to accomplish my goals and after this conversation I was expecting a tour of the gym and the facility in and out so I decided to go ahead and get my workout started no one ever asked me if they could help me with learning how to operate the equipment or nothing employees just standing around chitchatting within themselves nothing had to ask for sanity wipes for the equipment and even had to asked to show operate the equipment members because the don’t buy the package they requested they wouldn’t be bothered with older people.that’s not how people should be treated in any way everyone deserves equal rights regardless of their age 🥲 ,,,today would be the third time I been to this location since I wrote my first review and nothing has changed i get someone to help me understand the equipment and they have no clue then they leave me to go get someone else and never come back this place is got too many people standing around talking to each other instead of helping the people who need it unacceptable behavior when people are paying for the membership

We joined this gym 10/24 after doing some research on other gyms in the area. I have some experience having been a spinning instructor for 7 years. Priscilla met with us for our kick off appointment and she helped link us with Ryan who could meet our very tight scheduling needs. We were not disappointed! Ryan worked with my husband and me together. He challenged both of us with our individual ability, and intuitively used our friendly competitive nature to keep us motivated throughout our workouts. We left sweating, and woke up sore! Just what we were looking for! Very satisfied.

Horrible gym, uncomfortable environment, sporadic and problematic billing, weird staff to say the least. As someone who has been to a few different gyms and fitness facilities in the area, this was my first experience with Crunch Fitness. When I came in I was told I could do a trial membership and work out for a day, which was fine, nobody upfront seemed to be informed on the check in and explanatory process in memberships- meaning when my trial was over I felt like I had no options for my membership here- the front desk agent pushed me towards the most expensive “gold” plan saying this would be the only one to allow a guest, the person did not describe the billing, annual fee being charged three months in, the membership elements, let alone the amenities available. I had not once even known about the red light therapy or sauna. What I did get to know was how immensely irritating it is when you are trying to find a small section of the massive gym to simply stretch in, not only is there corny, loud, spaced out “group classes” always running at the worst times, the lead cornball will make you move to the “stretching area” which is a corner in between crammed and crowded machines, rather than the giant space you'd assume you can do a quick stretch near. Their is only one smith machine which is less than adequate and always being hogged. One time during my workout- headphones in- locked in not wanting to be disturbed, a “personal fitness instructor” came up to me mid-set on a weigh machine and told me to not straighten my knees… first of all I already have back pain Karen you don’t know what my goals are and interrupted my 42 dugg for no good reason, whole workout ruined. The billing and membership was explained so half-ass to me I had worked out for two months, was promised a “free month” and came in to someone finally declaring my membership had an owed 150+ amount- considering it had been just over two months, was promised a free month, charged an annual fee two months in and everyone here has am insurance plan to workout free, I hadn't even been aware of the amenities, been made uncomfortable and disturbed during workouts at ranging times of the day, this has been one of the most laughable experiences. Now I know to not ever recommend Crunch. They still blow up my work phone asking for updated payment information and make it impossible to cancel in an efficient manner. Disappointed but not surprised. Would rather go to Planet Fitness

I have never had a gym membership in my 60 + years of living. This year my husband and I joined Crunch to help ourselves get and stay stronger and healthier. We have not been disappointed. The facilities are clean and they have pretty much every piece of equipment you might want. Our second week there we decided to check into the trainers and take advantage of the one free session. I was matched with Ryan M. It was after that day we decided to work with a trainer. He has been phenomenal! As I mentioned I have never kept to a gym routine and working with Ryan makes me more accountable and stick with the routine to reap the most benefits. Ryan listens to everything I say to him and pays attention to what my body is saying also. He has customized my routine to fit what my body needs and can handle. Let’s face it, if it hurts too much we are probably not going to stick with it. Also I mentioned I need “workouts” to be fun and Ryan has made sure that I look forward to coming next time. Because of my weekly training session with Ryan I am becoming stronger and more “balanced”. I can feel it in my body and in my mind. I would highly recommend working with Ryan M you will not be disappointed. While I may be a “cream puff” as my husband says, Ryan gives my husband a very challenging routine and he finishes his workout with “a good pain”. Crunch and our trainer Ryan M has been and continues to be an awesome experience.

Beth! Was amazing! I love this gym and all their classes! But Beth does yoga and it is absolutely amazing! Orion is great up front too! Lisa is very inspiring! Sindy is intense but pushes you! Stephanie is great too! And as far as personal trainers I love Will Bear and Dalton! Great gym!
