Absolutely filthy. Seriously I was shocked at how gross the locker room was! This is a chain of many gyms and I can't understand how this particular location could be so unkempt when I visited. The front desk staff was not exactly helpful. I needed a band aid after I cut my finger on a cable for the rowing machine and I was literally told "we don't have access to the first aid kit, it is in the managers office and locked" 😱 I'm not exaggerating. OSHA needs to visit this gym asap!

Tengo una semana gratis para zumba y cuando llegó a la recepción me dice un señor sin saber mi estatus en el gimn que me iba a dejar entrar por hoy como si yo le estuviera mintiendo sobre mi membresia semanal, cuando le enseñé el logo con el código de barra entonces me trató de otra manera me sentí maltratada.

Horrible gym. Upkeep is bare minimum. The employees and the gym members seem not to care about the gym and leave weights all over the floor. Every dumbbell in the wrong location. I've been working out for 10+ years and been to plenty of gyms and this one is by far the most disgusting, undesirable gym I've been to.

This is by far the worst crunch I've ever been to. As a former employee of crunch I am dissapointed to call this a Crunch. Walking in, employees are sitting around on their phones and do not greet you. The locker rooms are filthy, there are puddles around the toilets and many of the paper towel dispensers are empty. The gym itself is small and extremely messy! Weights are scattered all over the gym and you must hunt them down. It's like weight trees don't even exist because they're all empty. No squat racks only 2 smith machines and 3 benches. A LOT of the equipment is broken and filthy, the floors are caved in and taped down, no wipes and no proper gym etiquette from anyone.

I've been a Crunch member for some time now and I've been to locations all over the state. They all have their differences but they are consistent where it counts. This location shouldn't even be called Crunch. There is no nowhere to deadlift and no bumper plates. I asked if there was a squat racks and was directed to a Smith machine. There was only one employee to be found and he was too busy playing with his girlfriend that was hanging out at the gym to be of much help. The gym wasn't very busy considering the time of day but it was a mess. There were weights all over the floor and it was difficult to find anything because weights were all over the gym. To top it all off, it was nearly 100° outside and the a/c wasn't working in the free weight area.

The service personnel are nice but the place is really crowded during "rush hours". Not so much crowded as the place is small for the amount of people they have. You'll have to wait 3 min for a machine or a bench but you should be able to adjust the workout accordingly.

I have been going to this gym for over a year its been ok, but yesterday I had a terrible experience. Las clases de algunos entrenadores que deben ser de 30 minutos empiezan 10 minutos tarde y terminan 5 minutos antes por lo que las clases solo duran 15 minutos. Las reglas de limpieza nadie las cumple. Todos dejan los aparatos transpirados y sucios. El suelo donde se dan las clases aerobicas pasa semanas sin ser aseado. This place is a tremendous TRAP! Honestly, yes they advertise the gym for $9.99 but all the fees AFTER are incredible high. They told me that I would pay the yearly gym fee in three months and I ended paying a little more over than the price they had actually told me. Sat down with the manager and they wouldn't do anything in order to keep the customer satisfied. They ask you for a card so that when they decide to charge you they will charge you whatever they want! Not only that but the club itself is very small and employee very unprofessional. Please, don't even bother looking into this gym. Thank you.
