I only been here 3 times . This location is out of business. Before they close down This location I was trying to close my account they try everything so I don't leave. So my debit card had som weird activity on it so I report it and got a new card they end up charge me $203 and it's on my credit right now . I will pay it off but never gain do I want a gym membership.

Straight to the point. I join this gym because of convenience purposes. However, instead of working out I find myself sitting in my car, trying to figure out how to write a review on Google. It's Friday morning and the gym is supposed to be open at 5 a.m. I get to the gym at 5:35am and it is not open and this was the straw... For you see, despite the fact that I have only join the gym for about 3 weeks to a month now, it would appear there's no cleaning crew(senior members has also brought this to my attention) . Paper towels are always out, soap dispensers are empty and exercise machines are not clean. As a result, I brought my own paper towels and soap and cleaning solution to rid myself of contamination from filthy gym equipment layered with the DNA of the previous gym members (DISGUSTING). But when this place decides to waste my time (my most valuable asset) it really burnt my grits. Having to do a thumb workout on my phone keyboard instead of crunches in order to express my grievances is unacceptable. I will hope things will change I will be more than happy to write and update in reference to the outcome (positive or negative). The ball is in your court now CRUnCh.

For the price, it’s about as good as it gets. The equipment is new, it’s always clean here, and the music is good too in case you forget your headphones. Way more workout equipment compared to YouFit or Planet Fitness for not much more money. I signed up on a special before this location opened so I only pay $9.99 a month. I’ll never cancel unless they raise the price. My only gripe is that they are not 24 hours. Because I often have to work out at 1 or 2 in the AM because of work, I was forced to sign up to another gym that is 24 hours. But for $10, it’s worth it even if I only get to come once or twice a month. Definitely recommend!

This place is really giving me a hard time to cancel my account, when they actually tell me that i wasn't under a contract, if i am gonna have to pay to get rid of this place i will because what this people do is just not right, im explaining that i am not even in the city to fix the inconvenience and they are charging me, anual fees, monthly 🤔🤔🤔🤔. I call them a month ago just a few days after i pay my monthly 9.99, to tell them that because of my work i can't go to there no more and i don't want to keep paying for some service i am not using, they never told me i have to send a letter somewhere 😒😒😒 now they want me to pay to some other institution or something because i can't go to that location. The guy just told me i was supposed to pay only the month i was going to go and if i don't or i can't go that cancelation wouldn't be a problem but you guys keep charging me for that! Ugh is just a really really bad experience. Another thing is that i found that they try to charge my card again, because my card got stole so they weren't able to charge again, otherwise i wouldn't be even notice it!!!! Please save yourself a bad experience and don't go there!!!!😱😱😱😱

The gym may not be open 24/7, but the atmosphere is definitely conducive for those who desire to take their fitness goals to another level. I will make a recommendation to taking "Camp Crunch" with Coach Will. Dude is a monster and dedicated to maximizing the results of all members and guests.

This gym has so many different machines and equipment that allow you to keep your workouts fresh. I'd recommend trying one of many of their classes run by extremely knowledgeable instructors.
Crunch by far is the only gym I've felt comfortable and welcomed at.
This place is the REAL "judgement free zone"

P.S. you won't find any pizza or bagels here because Crunch Fitness really wants you to get RESULTS!!!

I was one to say I didn't like gyms until I tried Crunch. There is something here for everyone from personal training, group training, to fitness classes and more. The staff is friendly and are willing to help whenever needed. I'd recommend this gym to anyone.

Wow! Where do i even start. Awful service!!!!! It Saturday morning and the gym is suppose to be open at 8am. Its now 9:36 and its closed. Wow really. Ok to the gym owner/ general manager if you want excellent service you contact me. What i experienced today was awful and bad for business. There is no excuse. I have management and excellent, i mean excellent customer service skill. Its a beautiful gym and a great location, lets bring more traffic and less disappoints by giving excellent service.

Read each pop-up before you sign, listen, and review your agreement once emailed to you; there's nothing hidden. The staff is friendly, gym is clean and they have some really cool equipment to break the monotony of workouts. Jordan took me around and demonstrated all of the equipment, and welcomed me to try them too. Hubby and I both joined and look forward to a new routine to include Crunch. Haven't taken any guest's yet, but I find it hard to believe they'd give anyone a hard time for doing so. We've belonged to many gyms over the years, felt pressured, locked into contracts, this gym is a no brainer, it's really up to you how it all works out. Btw, I had no relations to this gym what so ever before this, I just took a drive from our house to see how traffic would be, went inside, there it is.

Crunch is a great gym overall in the broward area. The staff are well- oriented even though the GM Jay I think is never there so if something's wrong with your account you're pretty much out of luck. but I've been to this one in Lauderhill a couple of times because of driving distance with friends and family members. I've constantly been harassed by the managers about bringing guest to the gym. which is what comes with what I pay for that is the peak membership. I was threatened by management that my membership would be cancelled because 1. I was bringing different guest (which are my friends and family that were less than a handful that I brought) 2. That I wasn't doing every workout and seemed as if i was "training" them. Since when did paying to bringing a guest to a gym and showing them how you do your workouts or showing how to do something because well maybe "they are trying to learn to get in shape or inexperience such as my wife" meant that I was trainer or training them. If that was the case then I would be a awful "trainer" . This is the first gym that I've been too and was told such a thing and threaten with such consequences. I honestly believe cooperate should do some do some reevaluation training with their management at this gym. I'm pretty sure the first 5 star ratings were made by the staff to give this gym a bump in rating but if you honestly take the real comments from members I would say the overall rating of this gym in lauderhill would be a 2 if not a . I will not be going back to this location ever.

Hado problems with my credit card , no one called me my payment, yet these people put my name for creditors to call ,waiting since Monday to speak to Jay Benning ,went twice this week and still haven't seen him ,not professional at ALL...
