The staff at this gym is absolutely top notch! They make everyone feel welcome and really know their stuff. If you’re looking for a great personal trainer, Brian is your guy, super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I’ve also noticed they’ve been upgrading their equipment a lot recently, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out in the naples area.

Regarding Crunch Gym, Pine ridge location:

I am submitting this review to formally address several serious issues I have experienced at your facility. These concerns relate to poor customer service, unsafe equipment conditions, and management conduct that raises both ethical and legal red flags.

1. Customer Service and Membership Misrepresentation
After being a peak member for over a year, I was recently denied guest access despite my membership explicitly including guest privileges. I was told new rules now prohibit this and that I “signed up under false pretenses.” Management even admitted that prior staff may have misrepresented the membership terms—yet placed an “incident” in my record when I disputed this violation. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and reflects serious operational disorganization if not possible misrepresentation of contracts.

2. Equipment Condition and Maintenance
There is a continued lack of equipment upkeep and replacement. The Ab Coaster has been out of service for months, and smaller barbell plates frequently go missing without being replaced. Additionally, several cardio machines remain broken or malfunctioning—for example, a recently observed step machine where resistance increases automatically without user input, posing a clear safety hazard and potential liability to the gym.

3. Management Misconduct

Given the pattern of mismanagement, contract inconsistencies, and unaddressed safety and legal concerns, I request that this situation be formally reviewed by senior management or corporate compliance.

I have been going to this gym 3 years now. I love this place. The staff and gym members are very nice and pleasant to be around. They just added new equipment a few months ago and it’s so much better to workout here. It’s a very chilling atmosphere. Their staff Daria is wonderful, she goes out of her ways to help gym members. She manages the gym instagram account and doing an awesome job at showing gym members activities daily. Their trainer Becca and her supervisor Ryan are above and beyond great at their job. Everyone should sign up with them for a one-on-one sessions. They will get you in shape and fast. I’m one of their clients. Great job TEAM!!!

I’ve had a great experience at this gym so far. The trainers really know what they’re doing and are always there to help. I’ve trained with Brian, the guy’s awesome. Super knowledgeable, always checking in, and keeps the energy up every time we’re there. He’s really friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. The guy at the front desk (not sure of his name yet) is always cool too, always greets us with a smile and a good morning.
Overall, just a great atmosphere and a solid team. Definitely recommend this place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 My Happy Place!

Crunch Gym is absolutely amazing, always clean, organized, and full of great energy. The staff truly make this place special.

A special shoutout to Mr. Bryan Pullin who goes above and beyond every single day. I’ve seen him personally helping members perfect their technique to maximize gains and prevent injuries, cleaning the gym himself including vacuuming and wiping down machines, and making sure weights are always where they belong. His dedication creates a fun, safe, and motivating environment for everyone.

The entire team is outstanding: Yisel, Maria Alejandra, Dylan, Joe, Tatum, Henry, and Rebecca. They’re all friendly, polite, helpful, cheerful, and genuinely care about helping others. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in.

This gym has become my happy place. Thank you to everyone at Crunch for making it such an uplifting, clean, and welcoming environment.

This is my favorite gym. There are a variety of classes so I never get bored. There is enough space within the gym that you can set up your own mini workout area. I appreciate the number of cardio and weight options, from kettlebells and squat racks, to rowers and treadmills. The trainers are very friendly, especially Becca, Bryan, Tatum. They are willing to answer any question you have. You can tell they are actively making improvements and it shows. Bravo team.

Amazing Gym Experience!
I absolutely love Crunch Fitness in Naples, Fla!! Ive been going to gyms for over 4 decades, and I can honestly say this is one of the best gym atmospheres I have experienced! From the minute we walk through the door, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Ryan, Michael, and Jessie at the front desk make us feel welcome and always greet us with a smile! Brian, Becca, and all the personal trainers are ready to assist with questions about how to use any machine, or answer questions about our workout! The equipment is modern, clean, and well-maintained — there’s never a long wait, even during busy hours. The atmosphere is super motivating, the music is great, and the classes are fun and challenging. I actually love working out here, and I am picky when it comes to gyms! I Highly recommend Crunch Fitness in Naples to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals!

I’ve been a member for about 3 years and I love crunch! The group classes are great and a lot of fun! The coaches give you variations on every exercise so you don’t have to feel intimidated and they help you work your way up to a higher level. There is plenty of equipment if you like to do your own thing. Everybody that works there is so nice and helpful. They also work really hard to keep the gym and equipment clean.

My boyfriend and I have had a great experience at this Crunch location. Ryan is always friendly and helpful at the front desk, consistently making check-ins smooth and welcoming. He creates a positive environment and engages with members in a way that really stands out.

I joined Crunch September 17,2025 This is my third week. I hired Bryan to train me three days a week for the next three months and I also do the cardio classes the other two days a week. I took a 25 year layoff From working out/exercising. Prior to that I was in tiptop shape being in competitive sports since a young man. Training with Bryan has made all the difference in the world for me I am extremely competitive with myself I have high expectations The more time I spend with Bryan, we are connecting more. I can see the difference in my performance in just three weeks. Brian brings a lot to the table number one he is fit , he’s extremely knowledgeable, in the exercises and the mechanics of each exercise. He Takes the time to explain and takes me through the motions and he knows how to push me enough to keep me driving forward. Bryan has done a fantastic job at Crunch as the Manager, the gym is organized implementing order in the work out spaces. For me, this is huge an unorganized, dirty gym or weights being left un racked are a major turn off and pet pee for me. I must say the entire staff I’ve been delightful I have no complaints everyone is friendly ,polite and helpful. I train in the mornings and the atmosphere is great I’m 61 years old and the feel and vibe in the gym is very welcoming. If you are considering joining a gym, let me recommend Crunch. Jorge

She's very personable, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping her clients reach their goals. I always leave my sessions feeling motivated and stronger. Her Monday class is a great way to start the week. Bryan's classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays are amazing- challenging, upbeat, and incredibly motivating. Joining Crunch has truly been life-changing for me. The staff are kind, caring, and genuinely invested in helping you get stronger — they’re nothing but encouraging every step of the way.

As I’ve gotten older and started feeling those everyday aches and pains, I finally decided it was time to fight back. I’m so glad I did. I began training with Dylan Heil, and making that commitment has kept me consistent and motivated. Dylan really knows how to target and strengthen the muscles that keep me moving safely and effectively.

After seven months of training, I feel so much better — I’m eating healthier, I’ve lost weight, my clothes fit better, and my confidence has soared. I stand taller, move better, and feel stronger than ever.

If you’re looking for a gym, look no further than Crunch! Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting out, the goal is the same: get stronger — and this is the perfect place to do it.

I've been a member for about a year and a half now, and over the last couple of months, the gym has been thoroughly updated with new equipment and a noticeable cleanup. The staff is helpful, friendly, and my personal trainer (Dylan) has been particularly helpful. I also take several classes, all of which are professionally run (thanks Brian, Tatum, Becca, and Jesenia) and have positively impacted my overall health and fitness. There are people there of all age groups, and I've always felt extremely comfortable there as an "older" man. Thanks, Crunch Team!

I’ve been training with Joseph (Joe) for a little while now and I couldn’t have been matched with a better trainer. Joe is very attentive, he is always prioritizing my goals and making sure i’m on track to get there. From the first session he was pushing me to strive. He is very professional and is super knowledgeable when it comes to his profession. Joe is constantly educating me on different stretches/workouts and different movement that can help perfect my form. I would definitely recommend choosing Crunch and if you’re looking for a personal trainer I would 100% recommend Joseph!!

The facility stays in a state of dis-repair even to not having shower curtains on the showers, not to mention constant broken equipment or a woman who cleans the men's locker room while people are showering and changing. When I first signed up, I thought this gym was going to be a great experience. I even received a call inviting me in for a tour, which made me excited to join. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.
Upon arriving, I was not greeted politely, nor was I given any guidance on where the locker rooms or amenities were located. I had to walk around aimlessly trying to find things that were advertised—but I didn’t see a single one. The locker room was also in very poor condition.
When I tried to start my workout, the staff member at the front desk was rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, he sarcastically wished me a “good workout” and made it clear he was used to people coming in to complain. At that point, I didn’t even bother touching a machine—I left immediately.
This was a horrible first impression and overall experience. I strongly suggest anyone considering this gym to look elsewhere—Planet Fitness, for example, has much nicer equipment, cleaner facilities, and far friendlier staff.
Lastly, I want to point out the man at the front desk (the buff guy who was more interested in chit-chatting orange shirt ) should not be representing this gym. The amount of judgment and lack of professionalism I experienced was unacceptable.

My friend and I both left cause we both had signed up so you guys not only lost one but two customers

I personally went to cancel a membership at Crunch Fitness on Pine Ridge, Naples, Florida. Why did I decide to cancel the membership?
First, on the day I signed up, I personally asked and made sure I could cancel this membership at any time. The person who sold me the membership told me several times that I could cancel at any time without any additional cost. I made sure to ask because 7 years ago I had a membership at Crunch Naples, and back then they forced me to pay to cancel, and even after paying, they kept charging me for several months. That is THEFT!!!
Second, because they charged me $43 for the membership instead of the $25 agreed upon in the membership plan. The manager lied and gave many excuses to avoid returning the additional $13 they had already charged me, and even told me that those $13 would be deducted from my next payment — which never happened. And I am not the first person this has happened to, so many people are getting robbed by this gym as i can see from other reviews.
On the day I canceled i asked more than 5 times if they were sure I would not be charged again, and the woman at the reception assured me each time that the membership was canceled and I would not be charged anymore.
To my surprise, they withdrew $136 from my bank account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION after repeatedly assuring me that the membership was CANCELED. Crunch Fitness are irresponsible, dishonest, and terrible workers who only look for ways to scam their customers.
The gym is small, it has terrible ventilation, the trainers there seem as if they don't even know what they're doing, the equipment is super rusty and old, the lockers don't have locks, if something is broken it will take weeks to get fixed, and you will be scammed on as much money as possible, I'm not telling anybody to not go here, but make sure you will be ready to deal with all the headaches this gym will bring you later on.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Crunch Fitness due to how unprofessional and frustrating it was from start to finish.

From the moment I joined, there was a constant hard-sell approach for personal training sessions. What they don’t tell you upfront is that there are different tiers of training and trainers—something I only learned after being assigned to a trainer whose level didn’t match what I was originally sold. Even worse, this trainer routinely triple-booked sessions, often training two or three people at once during time I had paid for as a one-on-one experience.

In one instance, my sessions were deducted without me even booking anything. When I raised this concern, it was dismissed without resolution.

I still have 15 paid sessions left, but I cancelled my membership out of principle because the level of disorganization and lack of accountability was just unacceptable. Attempting to cancel was another exhausting experience—multiple in-person visits, phone calls, and an email to management, only to be brushed off or ignored. They even had someone call me (who didn’t have the authority to actually resolve the issue) instead of taking responsibility.

Crunch Fitness seriously needs to work on transparency, professionalism, and respect for members’ time and money. I do not recommend this location to anyone who values clear communication or basic customer service.

This gym actually won't let you cancel your membership which is crazy. The manager, Tessie Hornus is the most unprofessional person I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She is extremely rude, dismissive and straight up lies to your face. Her being a manager here is a testament of how poorly run this location is. For everyone who has to deal with her in the future, good luck. Also, I will be reporting this place, and the manager to the Federal Trade Commission and if anyone is encountering a similar problem i would encourage you to do the same. Also, contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.

Avoiding this Gym. They are a SCAM!!!

This deserves a 0 star rating BTW.

I have been trying to cancel my gym membership for a month, but the only way to do this is in person. You cannot email them to cancel, the NAPLES location does not answer the phones, and if you think calling crunch corporate will get you support, know that the number online is for show (You can call but it "is not a monitored line" and you will be hung up on). I have visited them in person to cancel, but their policy is that only a manager can cancel your account and she only works until 2PM .

Most people are still working at that time. If you do not need a manager to open a membership, why do you need one to close it? I cannot believe I will need to miss work to cancel a gym membership. This is completely unacceptable and I will NEVER come here again.

-------

As far as a gym as a whole, here is how I would rate them:

Machinery = 2.5/5
Bathrooms = 3/5
Customer Service = 0/5
Value of membership = 1/5
Exhisting customer Loyalty = 0/5

* Overall Impression: The NAPLES location is subpar with frequently broken machinery. Expect PEAK hours to have 1/3 of the gym blocked off for HIIT classes(Also an upsell item), even when the workout rooms are available(and by the way, you can’t use these on your own, so this room often stays empty while HIIT classes take over the GYM)
* Membership Value: High membership costs offer diminishing perks and lack customer loyalty.
* Recommendation: Consider other gyms if you prioritize customer loyalty, service, and accessibility.

I hope this helps someone else make a more educated decision. Good luck!

This is hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any gym. I’ve been trying to cancel my month-to-month membership for over a month, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.

The manager, Tessie Hornus , blatantly lied to me on the phone. She told me I could only cancel my membership Monday through Friday between 11 AM and 4 PM and that she personally had to be present for it to happen. None of that is mentioned anywhere in the policy I signed. It’s a complete fabrication meant to delay or prevent cancellations.

I called multiple times and was hung up on repeatedly before I could even speak. It wasn’t until I told them I had physically read the cancellation policy in my contract that they suddenly started cooperating and finally processed my cancellation.

It genuinely felt like they were doing everything possible to make canceling as frustrating and difficult as possible. Whether it’s incompetence, dishonesty, or just straight-up scammy behavior—I’d strongly recommend avoiding this location altogether.

If you value transparency, professionalism, or even basic decency, do not sign up here. This place will waste your time and disrespect you in the process.

I have the cancellation document stating I have canceled last year and the effective date, yet monthly deductions are still occurring. Absolutely Disgusting — Avoid This Gym at All Costs

A few weeks ago, I made the mistake of registering for a membership online at Crunch Fitness in Naples. From the moment I walked into the facility, it was clear this place is a health hazard. The bathrooms were vile — urine visibly on the floor, uncleaned stalls, and a stench that made me question how this place passes inspection. The gym equipment was rusty, outdated, and covered in grime. The entire facility was filthy, and hygiene is clearly not a priority here.

On Day 2, I attempted to cancel using the 3-day right of rescission allowed under Florida law. I called multiple times — morning, afternoon, and evening — and not once did anyone answer the phone. On Day 3, I went in person. I was told it would be canceled that day and that a note would be placed in the system. Despite that, I continued receiving emails as if my membership were still active.

Out of frustration, I emailed the management team. It wasn’t until nearly a week later that a manager finally called me. Not only did she confirm the cancellation, but she also failed to acknowledge or offer a refund for the payment I made online. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

As a respected member of this community, I feel it is my duty to warn others. If you value hygiene, respect, and even the bare minimum of customer service — stay away from Crunch Fitness Naples. This place is a disgrace to the Crunch brand and a liability waiting to happen.

Signed up almost a year ago and would not recommend. Machines are constantly broken for weeks before getting repaired. I also signed up for personal training. One on my trainers got released, the other went to rehab. They missed a lot of scheduled sessions - sometimes without a phone call. I tried to get a refund on their missed sessions and Crunch refused citing the agreement. Positive items - they have lockers, showers and keep it clean.

This gym does the bare minimum. Barbells are all bent, locker room scales are not accurate, poor selection of cable attachments, missing clips/hooks, strange music. I will say the machine selection is great but if you’re a serious lifter/free weight enthusiast then probably look elsewhere.

This place used to be great but has become really strange over the past year.... Religious music on the speakers, people that seem like they are a bit unstable always there, singing the same song out-loud repeatedly and antagonizing other members. I can't get them to cancel my membership. I've asked the front desk multiple times, and the manager just avoids calling or I get dumped to hold. Nobody except for the manager can cancel your membership and I guess if you can't catch her, you're stuck. I had my credit card block the charges and now they somehow restarted them.

I would put zero stars if I could. Subscribing to this gym means, subscribing for life. I cancelled my membership for the first time a year ago. Today I am still being charged. I cancelled three times. I tried to talk to the manager in person, and have called several times trying to get them to stop charging me. I am not the first person to have this problem, I have a friend who had the same thing done to him. I was part of this gym for quite a while, just for the reason that it was close to me. It’s probably the worst gym that I been in. The bathrooms are always dirty as well as the facilities. There are times when the place is completely full of people. There are days when it is very noisy because they put speakers at full volume, so you can't even hear the music in your headphones or talk with your companion and also the staff is very disrespectful and uncooperative. If it couldn't get any worse, when I subscribed they told me it cost $13 a month. But they always charged me $21. Today I am taking legal action through better business bureau, and it is a situation that I do not recommend to anyone, so please do not subscribe here, there are many other options for gym in Naples.

I signed up online under the impression they had child care as stated on their site. I tried calling the center multiple times and no one answered. It's been about a week since I signed up and just found out today via moms fb page that they don't have child care. I came in to cancel my membership as I can't go if there's no child care, the whole premise of why I signed up. The one girl said oh we haven't had child care in a year.....what? When she talked the manager she goes oh it's just a blanket on the website. So if it's something that's offered why not have it? Then the "manager" proceeds to tell me there's nothing she can do as it's been more than 48hrs. And I have to keep the membership for 90 days- I understand that's the commitment but when you can't follow through with something you claim you offer there's nothing you can do about it? I asked if there was someone else to talk to she said no, I said there's no one in corporate- she said I could call. When I asked what the number was she said I don't know you can find it on the website, all while fidgeting on my phone and not looking me in my eyes. I asked again there's nothing you can do? She says no.

So I proceed to call the number on the website which is actually not in service and hangs up on you. The website gives you an option to email the club but I'm just going to get this women Tessie to respond saying there's nothing she can do.

I didn't even ask for a refund of what I already paid I just don't want to be charged for 2 months for something I can't use.

So if you're a single parent and don't have the luxury of having someone watch your children so you can work out definitely do not sign up here because they don't offer it and they won't help out with the aftermath of their poor marketing.

If there happens to be a DM reading this I would really appreciate a response to discuss this because this is a poor business practice. And possibly training for the employees, especially the manager, on how to talk with customers and not play on their phone and click around.

Having been a manager I know there is ALWAYS ways around helping someone out, choosing not to is just poor business practice which is going to hurt the business more than it would have to help out in this scenario.

Absolutely worst customer service. Spoke with multiple managers and first one said my cancellation was processed in October, I was still being charged and called back again in November. Spoke with a different manager stating that there was a policy that you had to hit 90 days which would be the 1st of December and I asked for them to put notation on my account to cancel as soon as they 90 days hit. Here we are in February and they’re still charging me. I called back again requesting to cancel and now they are stating there’s a 30 day cancellation policy and I’ll be charged AGAIN. Manager states she notated in my account that I knew about the 30 day cancellation fee but that is not true at all. Absolutely insane. Money sucking gym and the team is not on the same page at all. One person says one thing and the next says another. Fees for literally everything. Don’t recommend.

Dirty, incompetent and manipulative. Everything a gym shouldn’t be. Gym is antiquated and outdated with most equipment being old and abused. I initially signed up for their $24.99 a month plan where you are allowed to bring a guest. After two months they said that my guest had to be 18 or older. (Never mentioned initially.) they also said that that the memberships had changed and if I wanted to continue to bring a guest it would have to be upgraded to the $35.99 membership. Just do yourself a favor, stay away l, there’s a reason why it’s cheap.

I can’t really give a bad review because the prices are so low. Most of the paper towel dispensers/spray bottles are empty, leading to a culture where people don’t clean their equipment after each set. The locker rooms are always dirty, and the staff basically just stand at the front and talk, rather than doing something about it. But again, the prices are low, there’s a wide variety of equipment, and the staff are friendly, so i can’t really complain.

Also, be careful because it is difficult to cancel/suspend your membership. Make sure that if you need to cancel do it far in advance.

I paid the premium fee for over 2 years to have access to only some of the classes, with a broken stereo system where the volume jumps up and down on its own. The equipment is old and dirty and most of the time the bathrooms don’t even have a functioning soap dispenser, so I called MONTHS ago to cancel my membership and whoever I spoke with said they weren’t able to do that themselves, but would write my name down and get back to me, so I just moved on and forgot about it. I’ve continued to pay the monthly premium fee and finally decided to go back to working out a few weeks ago, since I’ve been paying all this time, only to find out today that they FINALLY cancelled my membership 5 days ago without notifying me, so I drove over 30 minutes into town only for them to come up to me in the middle of the gym, after first saying I was fine till the end of the month, then change their mind to say that the manager says I can’t work out unless I pay an additional 75$ fee to downgrade my membership or reinstate the premium for classes with a broken stereo system. Terribler customer service.

Stay away from this gym. It is in dire need of repairs and upgrades. The machines are old and rusted out with a lot of “out of order signs” littered about the gym floor. Most of the accessories look like they were bought at a garage sale — discolored and gross. The padding on machines is worn and tattered. They definitely don’t like to pay for air conditioning since it is sinfully hot inside all the time. Crunch should be embarrassed to have their name on this building. Go to the Crunch in Bonita Springs instead, as it is much nicer.

After two years at this Crunch, I will be letting my membership expire. The machines are very tired and worn out with many machines broken at any given time. When I asked today when we could expect the machines to be repaired or replaced, I was told by the manager that she would not give any timeline and led me to believe that my inquiry was unwelcome. I now believe that there will not be any real improvement.

I was member since 2016. And 3 weeks ago I had a big situation with an agresive and really bad person. Tessie, the new manager. I don't think this kind of person can manage and get customers for any place. She was rude, saying bad words and making faces. Today I discovered she canceled my supscription. Lets start, this Pine Ridge location has a lot to improve, starting with bathrooms: are dirty, a lot of humidity and condensation, there is not any kind of air extraction. All needs a big renovation. I know more people canceled their supscritions same day she was removing other members from the zumba class. I go to the gym to relax and enjoy, not to find problems or bad situations. I can see she wrote a review of 5 starts the same day this problem happened. It is a joke!!! Tessie you are not good for this position. Customers are the most valuable thing in a bussines. You can not walk in the midle of the class and touching shoulders and screaming. It is not correct!

9-20-24. Management and employees change constantly. I've been a member for 6 years, and equipment and cleanliness have not been a top priority ever.
2 months ago, I completed a contract and paid in full for one year of membership for my 15-year-old son. I did this at the gym with a manager. Now, they have new management. New management walks over to us in the middle of a workout and tells me that my son can't work out there because he is not 16 yet.
We had to cancel my son's membership, even though he is turning 16 in a month and a half, and they are supposed to refund the full-year membership to me. When is crunch going to get quality people in there that stick around? This place is convenient. That's all.

From the first time I stepped in the gym I’ve had bad customer service from the front desk. I wanted to try out the tanning bed since it was included in my membership. I thought I was going to be able to go into a room and have space to move around and lay down, no, they brought me to a tiny booth that’s basically out in the open with a stand up old bed. I would just recommend going somewhere else. Also I have been having the HARDEST time trying to cancel my membership and who knows when i’ll be able to. If there was an option for ZERO STARS 🌟 believe me that's the one I would choose. I was a member back in 2016 everything went perfect decided to stop going and that was it!
This year decided to go back and everything has changed for worst specifically PERSONNEL AND MANAGERS. Nobody knows what they're doing. I canceled my membership in March I was told fine I asked if I owed anything they said no. My friend that used to go w me to the gym stated they never canceled her membership either until this date. She said check you bank account because Crunch is still charging me. So guess what? I did! I called Crunch and said hey I canceled my membership 2 months ago and still charging my card? Oh sorry, you are all set. Long story short went in person twice they wanted me to pay again to cancel so I refused and left. New manager ANDREA called me super rude! ARROGANT! No manners at all. Did not want to hear my side of the story n stated if I didn't pay she will send me to collections. What kind of management is this? What's going on at this Naples Location? I thought managers try to ease things up and do not let things escalate? She even hung up on me! I will never ever step this gym in my life again. Highly disappointed they played with my money as they pleased and with my time going back and forth and not resolving anything. I hope the owner sees this message and does something about it.

HEALTH HAZARD

I’m absolutely appalled by the condition of your Naples, Fl Pine ridge location. With about 7-10 trainers/staff standing at the desk the bathrooms were FILLED with Fecal matter and urine. I stopped about 5 people within 3 minutes from going in. And multiple people using the restrooms, WITH NO WATER. People were going back to working out without washing their hands. When I informed the desk I was told that I should’ve seen a sign when I walked in and the water hasn’t been working since NINE AM I arrived almost at TWO PM. I told them the sign needs to be by the restrooms as multiple people are still using them. I expected this issue to be corrected quickly but upon arriving the following day at almost SIX AM the restrooms are still out of order. The health department should be contacted about this as the entire gym should be deemed a health hazard. After attending this gym for 2 years with mild issues like machines broken ones that haven’t been fixed in almost a year!! As well was constantly running out of wipes for the machine I cannot continue to go to such an unsanitary gym and will be cancelling my membership immediately.

Seems like the trainers don’t stay busy here either. Trainers, desk and management is always changing. Many times I’ve heard them complain that clients have mentioned messes broken equipment etc and they say it’s not their job. Why would someone want to schedule a training session for people they see being lazy at work? They can’t even pick up weights after themselves and I see them sitting down on their phone while clients workout.

EDIT: I have gone in twice to cancel a membership and am still waiting on the elusive manager to contact me so I can cancel.

Over one week later and still waiting on my cancellation as I received another charge. Heard of many people waiting on hundreds of dollars back because of how terrible they are at cancelling. Don’t start a membership here

I have been going to the gym for over a year. I has spent a lot of time in various gems and I’ve seen great gyms and terrible ones. I have never been impressed by this gym, but was compelled to write a review after my experience today. I often work out over my lunch. At my office down the road. I always come prepared to shower so that I can return to work clean. After my workout today, I found that none of the showers were operational in the men’s locker room. There was no sign or other indication that the showers were out of order, either upfront or in the locker room itself. I was forced to return to my medical job hot and sweaty seeing patients all day who probably wondered why I smell so bad. After leaving the locker room returned to the front desk were three employees who looked at me blankly when I explained that their showers were out of order with no sign and why that is a problem for people who come here over their break at work. They did not offer an apology or any sign of understanding or sympathy. Like I mentioned earlier this gym has never been a shining example of a worthwhile establishment, I have only been going here for so long because it’s convenient. I’ll be looking for other gyms to place my membership with and I suggest anyone who is a member here or considering to be should do the same.

If I could give 0 I would. I agree with the last review. The place is run like crap by a lot of younger guys that do nothing but stand around. Where is the manager? However, it literally is the only gym within walking distance of where I live in the Vineyards so I was going to go and walk on the treadmill in the mornings, and then work out at another gym in the evenings where it is cleaner and the equipment is kept up. There was a perk advertised on the Collier County School website for teachers and I went it and spoke to the front desk about it. They preceded to scream at me and told me that there is no such perk authorized. I logged into the system and showed them, and then they said it doesn't matter because that is not ours and we won't honor it and then they spoke about the club in Bonita. I called them number on the perk and low and behold one of the guys I was speaking to answered it so it was a perk at that particular club. I called into district and told them what happened and that they said it doesn't matter that it is listed there because they are under no obligation to honor the price and terms. I would go elsewhere. Walk into the club at 6 to 7 pm and see what a mess it is...it has loud thumping music and there are no paper towels to be found anywhere and the staff does nothing (except for the hard working staff that does the classes).

Just like everything in Naples, this place is a robbery. Subpar establishment to begin with, I signed up for a years membership which should've ended yesterday. Instead they charged me, today, another annual fee. I called to let them know I had no desire to renew my membershipment and would like a refund for the annual fee since I won't even have a membership this year! The general manager said I should've had sent them this in writing before my membership automatically renewed. Meanwhile, they give absolutely no notice of this requirement, no email correspondence, nothing. This is a blatant trick to rob people of their money or else they would have given me some form of notice to do just that. Beware of this underhanded way of stealing from you. The general manager gave no other alternatives, could not put me in contact with the owner, and this gym answers to nobody apparently. I would hope that an owner of any business would have a bit more integrity, but if this is the management they choose and the policies they choose to enforce, then I'm not surprised at the poor conditions of the place.

Great staff!!! They are very helpful and they guided you in all your process. Andrew it’s an amazing personal trainer, he goes far and beyond on the training, I paid for 30 minutes every training and he goes up to an hour, very acknowledged, explains you the muscles you are working that day and focus as well and you not getting injured while you reach your fitness goals. Highly recommend him!!! Thank you guys.

I have no idea what’s going on with this gym lately, but I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and recently there has been NO paper towels or wipes, just one disgusting wet rag for the whole gym to use and a spray bottle. I emailed the manager several weeks ago about the issue and she assured me new wipe stations were coming. Subsequently, they removed the 5 previous paper towel stations and replaced them with 2 cheap wipe stations, with thin little wipes, which ran out of wipes within a few hours of the gym being open. And now there aren’t even any wipes. I come here because this location is convenient, but cleanliness is important and not having anything to clean equipment with has to be some sort of health code violation. My husband is refusing to even come at all now. Some days they’re blaring gospel music, there’s no music at all, or there’s some class going on in the HIIT area with hip hop music blasting. I watched as a guy freaked and stormed out because, according to him, he couldn’t even hear himself thinking, and I agree. Fix this please.

I hit up Crunch Fitness a couple times while on vacation in Naples. Colby taught a super fun group fitness class that accommodated a wide variety of fitness levels. Two of us also had a personal training session with Katie and she was amazing! She did an awesome job of meeting both of us at our own different levels of strength and experience, making it fun, and keeping us engaged the entire time. I would definitely work with her again!! The gym is clean and well stocked, and I didn't find it crowded either of the days (one during the week and one weekend).

I've been going here for a couple weeks now. It's an ok gym, you can definitely get a good workout in. The staff are cool and friendly. The only real downside is that there isn't any airflow in the men's locker room. They have fans in there but they are either broken or they just don't turn them on. Kinda sucks when you're getting ready after a shower and you're sweating more than the the workout, like what's the point of the shower, lol. Also, some of the equipment might need to be upgraded. Overall, it's an ok, gym I've seen worse.

This place is a scam! I started going here a year ago I stopped going about 3 months in, I tried to cancel my membership. I went to the the gym asked them to cancel it they told me that the manager wasn’t there and to come back in like half an hour came back half an hour later and they told me there was still no manager and to call this number or email they gave me a business card with the number, email and the name of the manager. I email the manager and get no response so I send another one and again no response. Now i’ve been charged like two months without going once. I go on the crunch website to see if I can cancel it through the website but it says this location doesn’t allow online cancellation and that the manager was contacted and that I should receive a reply within 1-3 business days, those days pass by and still no response. I decide to call me bank and put a force stop payment for my membership so I won’t be charged. Today I get an email from a debt collector for the money that i supposedly owe Crunch. I don’t owe anything to Crunch if anything they owe me all the money they stole, and now they want to screw over my credit score! Don’t go to this Crunch unless you want to get scammed!

I am embarrassed to admit I am still a member of this gym. Time to make a change. It is disgustingly dirty, often hot, music which used to play overhead hasn’t worked for six months due to a broken speaker—6 months REALLY! Too many good choices in Naples!

I went to this gym today (Crunch) I wanted to go back to the gym, but I got so disappointed when I was doing my work out there was a lady who came with the huge speaker and I thought it was for the Zumba class, but no she put the speaker in the corner of the gym with very loud music I can’t even hear my music and I had my earphones that’s not right, not everybody likes to same music plus it was super loud if you are in the class OK that’s fine inside of the class room but not in the middle of the gym, and the class room was empty. No one was doing class. I don’t understand. She was where everybody else is working out. I spoke with one of the staff members and he said it will be like that always …. I’ll cancel tomorrow there is more gyms around. I really didn’t like that. Not recommend it at all.

Horrible! The gym is unclean and gross, and when you try to cancel your membership, they make it incredibly hard. The manager tells you it's canceled, but they still bill you. Taking me over 3 months to cancel even though they tell me it's canceled each month. Would not go back ever!

I was introduced to Crunch by my personal trainer, Britteny Ingram. Crunch is great gym and there is always ample access to machines - during my early morning sessions.
Britteny is simply the best personal trainer you could ask for. She is extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and organized. She knows my current level - weaknesses and strengths - and she consistently organizes my workouts to hit all muscle groups in a progressively appropriate manner. I recommend her for anyone looking for a trainer that will inspire and motivate- and one you can trust knows what she is doing!

I have been training at Crunch ever since they opened. I’ve gone through a lot of trainers and Brittany is one of the best. She took time to get to know me and know my training goals. She came to every session with a written plan to fit my needs. She always encouraged me to be my best and recognized exactly what I could do. I can’t say enough good things about Brittany

I have been going to Crunch for about 2 years now and absolutely love the HIIT classes. Each trainer there offers something different and unique to their classes and training. I did a training session with Brittany and as a mom herself, she really can help with getting you on the right path after having kids as our bodies change tremendously. All of the HIIT trainers are fantastic, Anthony, Bri, Caleb & Becca not only keep it fun and motivating but they continue to switch up their routines each day to keep you from getting bored. Between the fun music, their positive and fun energy and and their training skills, I will continue to come back daily for my fitness journey.

I am thrilled to be a member at Crunch and mostly grateful for my trainer Brittney. She guided me through all my sections to build up my stamina and gave me the encouragement that I needed to be stronger and fit for my activities. Being 80 yrs young I was not going to just sit around and vegetate just because I retired from nursing.
Brittney set out specifics that I needed and also to be able to continue on my own. Thank you Brittney and Crunch. You are an asset to the facility

holy this place went super down hill, the ac feels like it doesnt work, the mans room doesnt have hand soap, they took down all the paper towel machines so you can wipe your station after, got rid of the only squat rack and deadlift area they had, every pad is half torn or coming apart, just not enjoyable and most of all NOT SANITARY, the rest is frivolous but the no soap or wipes is just disgusting and hazardous to fecal matter and any type of skin infection from other members. gross

The Naples crunch facility is one of the nastiest places I have ever been in. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, smell horrible, the facility has more machines broke down or ripped. I'm surprised that more people aren't getting sick, way too many people sitting on machines for long periods of time using their cell phones. This place is nasty. I will be dropping my membership. Never will go back. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. Nasty.OSHA should check this place out.

Been a member from the beginning. It started off great but then gradually went downhill. Most of the machines I use are broken, in disrepair or dirty. They moved the heavy barbells behind the treadmills, so every time they drop them you jump. Groups of people monopolize the machines that do work while they socialize. Very stressful workout conditions. Sometimes the music is so loud that earbuds don't help. I don't really think they care what their members think. For the price, I guess you get what you pay for. It was conveniently close, but I have been going to another gym. It isn't as convenient, but it's clean, the machines work and you can get a work out in without leaving frazzled. I likely will be giving up my membership, but I keep hoping somebody who actually cares will fix things.

I have been a member here for a few months and have noticed that a lot of the machines are either outdated, not working and/or dirty and lacking routine maintenance. Machines are always down and the flow of the gym isn't user friendly. Classes being held in the middle of the gym while the class room is empty, playing very loud music and cant even hear myself think. Also took notice of others being annoyed as well. I guess what upsets me the most is that this gym has 5000 current members and the the slum lord wont fix anything.......so obviously my one time annual fee along with the other 4,999 members is being pocketed and not put back into the gym. So if you want dirty bathrooms, broken, dirty and unmaintained equipment, obnoxiously loud music and staff that never refills soaps, paper towels(with the exception of Sam) than this is your dream place!

This Gym use to be Great!!! Then Bryan started and screwed it all up. Upset all of his co-workers, fired one of the top trainers they had for no reason at all. Also she had already put her notice in for leaving. All because of his “EGO”! Amazing how one person can screw it all up.
