Our first time ever to go to CRYO850!
It was a fun, relaxing yet energizing experience! My husband and I started with Red Light Therapy, then sauna, then Cryo and ended with leg compression!!! We totally enjoyed everything and went back 3 additional days before heading back to our hometown! Gina got us totally set up the first day! She educated us with the Cryo, Red Light and Compression Therapy. All of which were our first time to use! We have used infrared saunas! The ones at Cryo were perfect ! Gina was very patient, helpful and encouraging as were the other health professionals! We totally recommend CRYO850!!! You will wonder why you have not been there before !!!!

My experience at CRYO850 was great. I was always interested in the cryotherapy and when I learned the offered that I had to try it out. I loved that I was able to pick my own song to listen to as I endured the three minute long session. It was an experience that I’m glad I can say I have done and it provided me with a rejuvenated feeling especially after just finishing my workout at OTF. I also tried the compression therapy which felt really good in my legs. I left feeling relaxed and wasn’t as sore as when I started. The next thing I want to try is the Red Light Therapy.

I came to CRYO850 for the infrared sauna for the many health benefits, including improving my heart health, pain relief, muscle recovery and most importantly to detox from this toxic world that threatens to constantly and almost daily poison us through the food we eat, the air we breathe and the many medications that most of us need but unfortunately have many toxic side effects.

What I found was a plethora of many other wonderful technologies that CRYO850 offers to aid my physical health. I have heard of the many benefits of cryotherapy, especially for athletes (many athletes come to CRYO850 for recovery and performance). I wanted to try it as I have read it is great for boosting the immune system which everyone can use! I feel INCREDIBLE after every session. I was delighted to find they have red light therapy as well as I have wanted to implement this in my health regime. I once had a red light facial and saw amazing results and became instantly a fan. At CRO850 you can utilize a full body therapy and I am loving the results! I also enjoy the lymphatic massage that I believe they call Chillax. I had pulled a muscle working out and as a result I could hardly walk. Gina (one of the knowledgeable and friendly assistants at CRYO850) immediately set to work to alleviate my symptoms with a localized cryotherapy session and compression massage which delivered immediate relief!

I also have to add the mental health component of this place as well. The staff is wonderful and the people that frequent CRYO850 all very friendly and I enjoy all their company immensely each time I visit. I leave this establishment always feeling better both physically and mentally! I have become a member and intend to increase my membership as it is my most important investment I have made to date!

I had 3 discs fused in my lower back 9 months ago and have been in pain ever since. The pain was less than before the surgery so the surgery was successful to a point. After 6 days of red light therapy and cryo therapy, my back pain has subsided 75% and continues to get better with each session. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks but I am fortunate that it has improved significantly in a shorter time frame. I can’t say the freezer is a lot of fun but the results far outweigh the 3 minutes of freezing.

My son and some of his teammates discovered all the ways Cryo850 can help with recovery after practice and games and they got educated about how she can help with injury recovery too! They even got to test themselves on the light board that is a mental and physical performance enhancement for players from all backgrounds - even pro and college athletes use it! Overall a great experience and we will be back!
