Dani is a wonderful instructor who really cares about her participants. If you have concerns with your knees or back problems, she provides alternate moves or instructions. When I first started the class there were moves I couldn’t even do but with her encouragement and practice I’ve gotten so much better.

I love the classes!!! I recommend everyone do this for your own health and wellbeing

Dany is a very experienced, compassionate and friendly instructor. She brings the special tools we need for class (straps, hoops, etc). Every class is different utilizing different stretches and exercises for us. She does a great job of moderating the class for our age and skills. She is the kind of person that radiates happiness and positivity in everything she does. So glad I found this class to attend!!
