I have reached out to this company in regards to one of their employees who is a personal trainer. This employee name is tru, I have attached a few snippets of him bullying women in the fitness community . This employee even laughs at the idea of his employer, stating they won’t get involved. Personal trainers are meant to encourage others to start their fitness journey not end them.

This has been on of the best classes I have been to. Instructors and people are phenomenal - they make you feel right at home no matter your level.

Amazing workout for all fitness levels and swimming backgrounds. Super positive coaching who make everyone feel welcome. The mental benefits are just as impressive as the physical. Thank you Shay and Nico!

This is by far my favorite workout, therapy, stress reliever and community experience ever. I look forward to each session and even on a “bad day” I feel amazing. I recommend this program for all levels of water experience as a fitness regimen, physical therapy and mental therapy. Although you’re in the water having fun, your working so many parts of your body that you’re missing out if you don’t join us.

Great workout and even more important, amazing group of people from different aquatic backgrounds. Some have no background in water sports and pick up on the skills and technique very quickly. There is a lot of encouragement from the instructors to keep getting better.
