This is the most beautiful studio you have ever seen. I feel better just stepping inside! But then, the instructors are phenomenal the classes meticulously planned in the CLASSICAL pilates style which is so rare these days! You leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and ready to take on the world! I love this place SO much! I go back as often as I can!

As soon as you walk in here, you walk into a different world. It uplifts your day. It's inspiring and everything is perfectly detailed. I haven't even mentioned the pilates, which has amazing instructors and the owner is amazing. This is Classical Pilates studio so you know they know what they are doing. I always look forward to coming here!

I absolutely luv this place. They teach authentic, classical Pilates and are highly skilled, friendly, patient, and nurturing. I’ve been taking private lessons with Alice and the owner, Delfina. Not only are they absolutely incredible trainers, they are warm, caring people. Delfina Pilates is a gorgeous studio with very elegant, comfortable, modern equipment. Delfina is one of the nicest, sweetest people I have ever met. When you find a Pilates “home” like this, it’s a joy to have it in your life. All the trainers are exceptional. From what I’ve seen, the clients are friendly snd happy to be there. I’ve previously trained with second generation (Romana) instructors (some big names) for a few years in CA, I also tried some places in Boca … but Delfina Pilates is my fav! I’m seeing amazing results and am feeling great! I wish I could give 100+ stars!

Firstly, Delfina Pilates Studio is an elevated, luxurious, and beautiful studio (check out their Instagram). It's such a welcoming and serene space. The owner, Delfina, is the sweetest! She is very experienced and creates a welcoming, supportive, and positive environment that makes clients feel comfortable while enjoying a fantastic workout. Her prices are also reasonable and she has great new client specials. I highly recommend!
