I’ve trained with Danny for 2 years and have seen significant body transformation. My goal was to put on muscle and build a strong foundation, while also trying to cut fat. I was able to see significant full body muscle gain, while also losing 10 pounds. Overall I am far healthier with better habits and regimens due to Danny’s guidance and training program. Coach Delgado has done an incredible job with my son Caleb 13 year old athlete. Not only has Caleb been challenged by the workouts and has gained incredible strength and power but also sticking to the Dietary demand that his body needs to accomplish his goal. Caleb and coach Delgado txt daily with pictures and recommendation of food and protein goals. Caleb has lower his body fat while putting on Lean muscle. Caleb baseball coach notice something different and approach me to ask me what was Caleb doing. Baseball Coach “The way he’s been generating power with the bat lately Seemed like a bigger kid hitting the ball”. He’s been training with coach Delgado a Specialist in strength, conditioning and nutrition. 🔥

I am not exaggerating when i say Danny has changed my life. He cares so much about his clients and will work with you to create the perfect workout for you and it doesn’t stop there. He gives the best advice on diet and lifestyle to make sure it is something realistic for you to implement. He helped me achieve all my goals and crafts workouts to pinpoint the exact muscle i want to grow or tone. He made sure i looked my best for my wedding and then years later, my goals totally changed and he helped me grow my booty and transform.
Beyond being an incredible trainer, we have the best time together and he makes a workout that i might otherwise dread a ton of fun. When i text him that i dont want to work out, he gives me the motivation i need.
I couldn’t recommend working out with Danny enough.
