I've tried the free pass last week and loved every bit of it. Now I got the membership for 6 months. I tried coming in for 4 days straight and each day was a different workout even if it was the same coach! One hour session is enough and if I want to lift some weights, they have a gym at the back that's included in the membership. I will try to get a session with every coach because you come in not knowing what's going to happen. We love surprises!

Also, the cleanliness of the gym is amazing!!!

One comment on the sauna though, it's smells of body odor that it makes it unbearable (for me) to stay long. Maybe add sauna safe fragrances like eucalyptus, peppermint or cedar?

My daughter started training at the gym about a year ago. She loved it so much and got in such amazing shape I finally said I’m doing it. I love it so much! Everyone is so nice, the boxing is so much fun, the place is clean and professional. It is a great workout that I actually look forward to doing! Hands down the best boxing gym around for miles! Everything about this place is the reason why i keep coming back. The trainers love what they do and are outstanding! They are willing to go the extra mile and correct you and push you through your limits in order to get you into the best possible shape! They have all kinds of bags in order for you to get good at everything all around. They have a full gym with all brand new equipment in the back, sauna and even a cold plunge for recovery! I joined this gym a month back because I wanted to up my fitness game. The classes here are challenging and fun, everyone is super friendly and the instructors are excellent!
There is also a weights room and cardio equipment, and sauna.

As a fitness therapist I felt compelled to write a review for the Delray Boxing Club. I found the camaraderie between club members to be beyond anything I've ever experienced in fitness a facility. Immediately it was obvious to me that each of the trainers in this facility are highly skilled, keenly observant of and attentive to each individual member. The atmosphere is always positive, motivating and professional.
I also feel as important to mentioned that while this is a boxing based training facility it is not a
testosterone driven macho fight club. Delray boxing club seems to be governed with respect for old school boxing. The training programs that are offered individually and in groups are especially effective and cumulative for people of all age groups and fitness levels.

I never boxed before and didn't know what I was going to get. If I knew boxing was like this I would have joined long time ago! The coaches are great, the staff are wonderful, and the people boxing there are very nice as well as helpful! The boxing area is very clean and you also have another area for the gym/cardio machines which is also squeaky clean. The 1 hour classes are awesome, keeps you motivated as well as non-stop exercises. You definitely build muscle while boxing and also plenty of cardio at the same time. This is truly the best gym ever!! What I most love about it is that it has the old-timey feel and ambience reminiscent of the old school boxing gyms of my youth. It feels genuine. Beautiful facility with nice equipment....and that's about where it ends. The instructors are laughably bad. As someone who's been very fortunate with my training I feel terrible for anyone who comes to this gym learning to box. There's no organized stretching to prevent injury before class, no running, and ZERO technique. Additionally, if you are a competent boxer, be prepared to catch a lot of stink eye from the male staff as they are very easily threatened. Finally, be prepared to cancel your $150/month membership a full month in advance, and be prepared to pay for a couple more months after you cancel while they get their act together. They'll be out of business soon enough.

I only was in Delray for around six months but darn it, I wish I had found this gym sooner. The guys are super knowledgeable & really care about your form and getting down the basics before you move forward. As a personal trainer myself, it is imperative to start with ground work before progression occurs. Classes are kept at a smaller number therefore you get quite a bit of individual attention and when there are larger groups, they up the coaches (a concept many gyms should utilize). Within only a short period of time, my body went through some significant positive changes: I was constantly being complimented on my shoulders!
Also, the very best part: once you are done with a killer workout, you can have a beer at the bar next door. I love that they incorporate building a community as well as a gym.
I moved cross country or else you can bet I would still be attending this awesome gem! Thanks again ya'll !

It’s unfortunate what has happened at the gym recently. I was a member from the very beginning and loved the trainers; but unfortunately ownership thinks they have a better idea of how to do things. It was crazy how the coaches were able to grow the gym from one or two classes a day last year this time to totally packing the place all day. The trainers they originally had were some of the best boxing coaches I have ever learned from. It was a great gym and everyone that came to train were all part of a family. Unfortunately, the trainers left due to not getting paid properly for their services. I find this to be a bad business practice, especially when it involves trainers that take the time to make sure everyone is the best they can be. Sorry to see these great coaches leave, but the gym doesn't deserve to have them coach anymore.

To be honest I was a member of this gym and absolutely loved it! I once gave it a 5 star review. Everyone including the members and staff treated eachother like family down to giving people nicknames, and that was one of the reasons I had joined the gym despite the pricey membership fee of $170 a month. The trainers were great with all different skill sets it was fun to train with them and unlike other gyms they really worked with you because they cared and wanted to see people excel and have the same passion they had..... Behind the scenes was a different story I feel the owner of the gym didn't care about his employees everyone that was a customer of the gym saw the work the staff had put in to get the gym up and running also and with out warning tried to undercut the trainers then let them go. Needless to say this was unfortunate and the family that everyone was accustomed to was gone. Alot of members canceled their membership since because if the owners don't care about the staff what does that say about the members... other complaints although the bar staff is amazing and loved sitting there having a drink the bar was almost always empty except on fight night and the occasional customer, the sauna that I looked forward to using was also broke for about 3 months now. I was very unhappy with the management there.

What an amazing experience!! Totally amazing concept with the English Pub. As a women I was a bit timid but my boxing coach was very thorough and kicked my butt. Very clean and professional staff. I signed up as a member. Love Delray Boxing Gym.
