My favorite and best gym ever. One of the greatest decisions I ever made. Greg and Christina are so helpful and caring. My son and I have been going for a little under 6 months. At first, I was skeptical about taking my 13-year-old son to work out, but they really know their trade. It’s fun, energetic, challenging, and their super attentive. It has the perfect mix of causal and serious fitness. Greg and many gym-goers are Active Military and/or veterans, always helping me and my child throughout our workout. I highly recommend this gym. I have personally invited everyone I know. 😊

I enjoy coming to this gym, when i started I was weighing at 275 and im now at 245, the coach is a great coach, very knowledgeable on training and cares very much of his customers. The previois negative comments are so far from the truth. The owner Greg does does security details for Donald Trump and the RNC. Plus if yelling to push his members to finish the workouts is talking down then i dont know what this weak society has come to.

This place changed not only how I look but how I take on life aswell. The owner of this GYM Greg really cares about his members and truly brings together that crossfit family community 💪. Also the huge community of military and law enforcement really is a motivation for many new members. Greg the owner also to put a cherry on top works with the Donald Trump security detail team aswell for the republican national committee. Truly a unique opportunity to train with the best in the business. And to sum it up the gym offers first aid and self defense classes to it's members . I don't think there's a more versatile gym out there right now in miami.

I have been training here for a year and I absolutely love it. More than just a gym, this has become a safe place. I work for Sunrise Police Department and this gym is law enforcement, military friendly. They focus on helping us to achieve our goals and get better. Greg and Cristina have become more than my coaches, they are family to me.

Went to this gym with the promise Id be transformed from a 2 to a 10. Instead that gym is occupied by a bunch of 1s being led by a 4. This stolen valor of a gym owner really is only professional at making false promises and results. Save your money and just join youfit.

Small warehouse with a lot of rules, extremely hot, with very little equipment. Ran by owner (former military?) and wife. They charge for water. Finding the place and finding parking is quite difficult. Once you get past all that brace yourself, workouts are deadly which clearly indicate coach is not well prepared to program. Look up their certifications on the CrossFit website. Not an affiliate. Family style box. Small but good community.
