About the Club

Devine Personal Performance is owned by Julie Devine, MS in Rehab Science & Injury Prevention, and a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer, with over 10 years of experience as a certified Personal Trainer and a former college softball pitcher. We offer 1-on-1, partner, and group training sessions tailored to your goals—whether it’s sports performance, athletic conditioning, injury prevention, post-injury rehab, or general fitness. Our services include resistance training, therapeutic bodywork, nutrition coaching, and softball lessons (pitching, hitting, and fielding). We help athletes of any age and level excel in-season and off-season while supporting individuals new to fitness or recovering from surgery/injury.

I used the open gym time slots and it was PERFECT for my needs. I work out often and use a variety of equipment and they have everything for the ideal workout. Julie explained all the machines to me during my first session to ensure I knew how to use them. Very easy to communicate with and book time slots as well. Overall great, clean, and well taken care of facility. Highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Julie for almost two years now and I truly can say that I am so thankful to have her as my trainer. I don’t typically write reviews, but I absolutely have to for Julie.

Julie has this rare mix of genuine care, deep expertise, and the ability to really listen to what you need. I usually work out in the early mornings, and not once have I walked in to find her unprepared. The music is always going, the energy is always positive, and her private studio is equipped with the latest and best equipment, making it so comfortable to focus without ever feeling self-conscious.

When I first started with Julie about a year ago, I expected a transformation in my body through weight loss. What I didn’t expect was the transformation of my mind. I’ve always had the mantra, *“I do hard things,”* but Julie has reinforced it in ways I never imagined. With her encouragement, I discovered that when I thought I couldn’t do another rep or another set, I actually could — and that mindset has carried over into every part of my life.

On top of her training expertise, Julie is also certified in cupping and other recovery techniques. I’m often dealing with injuries, and what would normally sideline me for two weeks has been reduced to just a couple of days thanks to her care and knowledge.

Working with Julie has been one of the best things that’s ever happened to me. Yes, I’ve gotten stronger and leaner, but more importantly, my mindset has transformed. Julie is hands down the greatest trainer there is. Her programs are built entirely around you and evolve with your growth/goals. She’s so incredibly encouraging and pays attention to every detail. I love that she focuses strongly on an athlete mental. I was an athlete way back in the day, and Julie brings that old fire out of you with her programs.
