I a a senior citizen and just join the gym through my insurance and silver sneaker program. I love this place, the classes, the equipment, the instructors, the staff plus very clean facility.

Great instructors, classes, equipment, trainers, smoothies and tanning beds. What else could you ask for in a gym?

The space is huge and there is a good sized stretching area. There is a daycare facility for those that want to workout but need someone to watch over their kids for a bit. Also, tanning beds for post work out sessions. Locker rooms are clean and the staff are a lively bunch. Four stars only because I don't get to visit the gym often.

I absolutely love this facility, it is very clean and well kept. The equipment are relatively new. The front desk people re very helpful when I need advice on what to buy as a supplement. You should try the smoothie it is yummy and not high in calories. I like this place because they have a wide range of people both old and young, a nicely mixed population.

Great large facility, clean, wonderful and well-mailtained equipment, helpful and friendly staff. The owners are relatively young but they are there all the time and take members' comments serious and address the concerns in a timely manner.

Love this gym! It' huge and has the most state of the art equipment, great classes, excellent trainers, products galore at good prices and the nicest owners you will ever meet. 24/7 makes working out very flexible!
