I have been training with Don Bell Fitness for the last four months and his program is like MAGIC. I am down 20 lbs and I feel great! The hands on, one on one training sessions are priceless. Thanks to Don and his program my confidence has gone through the roof. When you look good, you feel good. Training levels range from beginner to athlete.

Rejoined in February 2018, already down 12 lbs and wearing a new clothing size! I still have work to do to reach my ultimate goal, however I get the much needed support physically, mentally, and sound nutritional guidance. Whatβs even cooler is that my classmates encourage and uplift each other. I strongly recommend this program for all levels of fitness, think of the mental clarity, physical transformation and new self awareness you could acquire at such an affordable price.
